The drive-through was SO fast! And our food was incredibly fresh. It was still hot when I got home & it reheated well in the toaster oven today! The green beans were my favorite side, my husband loved the mashed + gravy best. The max & cheese is fine. I'd order it again but I want to try the other sides before I do! Some of them had been standing for 20 minutes or longer. She took their orders hastily with a clear look of anger on her face. She started screaming at a male coworker making food, who started screaming back. Her and that coworker started shouting profanities about other coworkers that didn't seem to be present calling them names. The male coworker also shouted profanities at Brittany, who yelled back. Brittany also screamed out all of the new orders and kept repeating them saying she needed them now. She got one customer's famous bowl and just yelled "Famous Bowl!" She slammed the bag down on the counter. The food was okay, but they forgot to leave off the pickle on the chicken little as requested and the famous bowl seemed to have been made in a rush. It was just thrown together and not layered like normal. There were about 7 other people in the lobby eating that all looked uncomfortable because of the employees fighting each other. A woman ordered some chicken for her family and Brittany said loudly before handing her the order that "it was dark chicken but hopefully she doesn't care about it." There was one woman who ordered two pieces of chicken and a biscuit and was told with an attitude it would be about 20 minutes. After about a half hour of sitting, her order was still not done and she got frustrated and got a refund.

But this time, we made the mistake of going through the drive-through because the line didn't look too long. The service was extremely slow, and we only did a cursory check of our order. When we got back to the house, we found that the dressings had been left out for both of our salads! We didn't want to make the long trip back to get the dressing while the rest of the food got cold, so we went ahead and tried to eat them dry. Not a tasty experience at all--especially with lettuce that was already a bit wilted. I'm not sure I'll be able to convince the others to give them another try. But if we do, we'll order when we're almost there, go inside to pick up the food, and make sure every last item that's supposed to be in the order is included!
