This is my favorite location of Canes in all of the valley in my 50 years of living here. The chicken is absolutely delicious, better than any other location and my favorite employee is the young lady Emma. She is always friendly and accommodating to my requests. We come to this canes location often because it's the one closest to our house. However EVERY SINGLE time we come it's always the same thing. They always have an attitude while we're ordering and they will audibly sigh when I order my next item. Then they always ask "anything else" when I wasn't even done ordering my first item? They used to give one extra sauce if you asked for it with your meal but they got greedy and won't even do that anymore. $0.48 for a tiny half filled 1.5 oz sauce? Heck no. Get your priorities right. My second time here was grosser than my already gross first time. I think I forgot it was gross and paid 12 dollars for that mistake. The chicken is tough, chewy, bland and small. I'm surprised with chicken being their specialty that they missed the mark so badly. Their sauce is also gross, it tastes like mayonnaise. Their French fries are unseasoned, soft and were warm. I didn't like any of it. Go to Safeway and get your chicken strips there. Maybe Raising Canes should switch to hamburgers or hot dogs? Chicken clearly is too challenging. read more

The posted hours are 12:00am for n a his Monday where the manager on duty in the tacky pink jacket has kicked everyone out and shut down the soda machines. She kicked out 9 paying customers right after they got their food and refused service to at least 12 different customers between 9:50-10:10pm. As I waited on the paying customers I watched all this happen. She was as rude to the customers making them sit out in the cold to finish their food. If she doesn't like her job and feels overworked maybe she should speak to her manager instead of taking it out on the people who provide revenue for the store. Don't expect to receive service if they aren't in the mood to let you in. Someone get this store a printer or some paper and a pencil so they can stick a paper sign on the door that says they aren't in the mood to serve customers until 12:00am so people don't waste their time walking to the door to get yelled at. The area is ghetto enough without her attitude. I suggest going across the street to Denny's or Eegees where they serve customers during posted hours. read more

I don't know what the heck is happening to fast food joints lately but I am absolutely shocked that this little box of garbage costs $18. Look at these little chicken shards! What the heck?? They're so small; they might as well be called nuggets! The Caniac used to be $9.79 and the chicken tenders were massive. I had pretty quick drive through experience. I waited for about 10-12mins overall from entering the dive through line till exit at night. Person who took my order is kind and asked if I needed any sauce. Order was 3 finger box. I love how yummy their chicken finger and Texas sauce together. I didn't fancy the crinkle fries and bread - that's just my personal preference. I felt the chicken fingers were really tiny. They used to have a better quantity earlier. 3 fingers I got only weighed about 30gms. Taste was great and chicken was juicy. I would love the fingers to be handful! read more

I work in a corporate office a few miles from this store and because of the convenience of its location, we choose to order from here. But, today was the 3rd time in a row that our order was either missing items or the food quality was under/over cooked. My coworkers and I have chose not to complain about the first couple of times and decided to order from the 7st and bell location moving forward. Due to being on a time crunch today, we decided to give this location another try and yet again they seem to disappoint. I ordered a 4pc where I only got 3 tenders and one sauce instead of two. I also asked for extra toast instead of coleslaw and still got coleslaw. I called the store to make my first ever complaint regarding our service where, whomever I spoke with, did not listen to anything I had to say and finished the conversation with "okay we'll do better on quality". That was it. I wasn't looking for a refund but this being the 3rd time we've received poor service, at least extending the offer to fix my order would've been appreciated. Instead we got nothing. I do not feel my situation was taken seriously and received poor customer service even trying to submit a complaint. For this, I do not recommend this location at all and would encourage fellow caniacs to attend the location on 7st and bell. NOT THIS ONE. I personally will be taking a break from canes for a while as I feel I have spent a decent amount of money on their food and not gotten the service I should. I came to this canes today before I went to a concert and I ended the night with salmonella because of undercooked chicken that was served to me. I am not happy about a well known establishment serving undercooked chicken and bc of it, at the concert I was in the bathroom for most of it because of the food. This location only put 4 chicken strips in my 6 strip dinner. Unfortunately it was a mobile pickup order so I didn't notice until I got home. It was too far to drive to try to correct it. Much like the other comments about this location I also noticed the strips were tiny. We will be going to the other Bell road location from now on. Typically don't have high standards for fast food restaurants. Yet, this place surprised me. Clean and brand new looking from the outside. Stepped in and despite it being 9pm, the place was spotless and clean. We were greeted with a smile from the 2 employees working the register. Already off to a great start. The man working the cash register was respectful and had excellent customer service. Got our food and it was delicious. Tasted clean and fresh. Then the employee came and took our trash for us. Unseen service these days, especially for a late night crew. They were walking around cleaning up tables after customers, and the best part was the restroom. It was spotless and felt very professional. Everything was clean and modern looking. Had to write a review, because whoever is managing this place is doing a phenomenal job. And the night crew employees especially the young man was going above and beyond. As a former chick fil a manager, I have to say the customer experience was 10/10. Amazing job and thank you!!
