I come to Chick-fil-A all the time, but this recent experience was honestly disappointing. The manager, Ethan, handled the situation very unprofessionally, and instead of trying to help or make things right, it felt like my concerns were brushed off. I asked for a remake on my ice cream because it looked skimpy compared to what I usually receive, and employee Haley immediately told me "no" without any effort to understand or help. Since they refused to remake it, I ended up having to ask for a refund instead. As a regular customer, I didn't expect to be treated that way over such a simple request. Customer service and professionalism really matter, especially for loyal customers who support the business consistently. Hopefully management works on handling situations like this better in the future. read more

Really great food. The staff are incredibly nice. The service was great. I don't see why this place has poor reviews. I've eaten here quite a few times this time I came in I had the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with bacon, which is really great. And a side of chicken nuggets, french fries, and a strawberry milkshake all of which were made really well. This was my very first time ordering at Chick-Fil-A. This location is off the 17 North exit Jomax. Next door to McDonalds and there's a Fry's Market nearby. Typical fast food set up, you either eat inside or get your food at the drive thru. Lots of parking spaces and handicap stalls right in front. We parked and went inside to order, they greet you when you come in and the menu is directly above the counter so you'll be looking above the workers heads to see the menu. Ordered the Cobb salad which had extremely fresh crispy lettuce and toppings. Extremely generous portion that can feed 2 people. Dressing was avocado lime ranch, yummy!! Ordered Frosty Lemonade. I liked it and expected a Frozen Lemonade type of drink. This was more like a lemon milkshake but still liked it. My wife ordered Chicken Strips and she said it was really really good. She also got waffle fries which was superb and crispy. She ordered a Cookies and Cream shake, she said it was yummy but should have had more cookies. We came around dinner time so there were more customers at drive thru than dine in. It's kept super clean inside the store, almost like hospital grade clean. We took our food to go and didn't wait that long. Good overall experience, will return. We also joined their rewards program as we plan on more visits. read more

Ooh I didn't realize this is a new location but it makes sense considering the area is being built up in Norterra. Also I found it on Google maps but it's not listed on the official website. I stopped by here to get some lunch and used their new mobile thru. Basically, I ordered on the app and they would prepare my food once I arrived and scanned the QR code to check-in. They have a separate lane for mobile orders which helps you bypass folks ordering through the drive-thru. You still have to merge into one lane after that point but I think it's a good idea and it does saves some time as I was able to pass a few cars. In the app, you note what car you have and pull forward to the window. You confirm you received your food and you're on your way. The gal handing me my food was lovely and friendly and everything tasted great as it normally does. Not the easiest entrance into the drive-thru as it is the same area of the parking lot where people enter, so that can get hectic. Love using the app and getting rewards. Drive through took 29 minutes, as soon as we drive away we realize we are missing an order of nuggets. We loop around get back in the drive through line and 50 MINUTES later get the nuggets and a lecture from the manager about how we should have just come inside. Chick-fil-A food is pretty consistent, so you know what you're getting there. What makes a great CFA, is the service, and this is not a great CFA. I thought separating mobile orders into their own lane was genius, until I did it. Place your order in the app and then when you get there, you'll be prompted to scan a QR code. (If your phone location doesn't ping there, good luck figuring out what to do). Then the fun begins, you get to merge into the drive through lane with people who have been waiting for who-knows-how-long. Then when you finally make it to the window, generally people behind you are getting their orders before you. They need to keep the mobile orders in their own lane - OR - do away with that all together. Also, better park in the Fry's lot if you want to go in or you'll be trapped by the drive thru line. On the plus side, this operator drops more rewards than my previous location, but it still doesn't make me want to go. read more

It seems so convenient to get food here when you're already here to shop. Abort mission. I repeat abort mission. I showed up on a day when the drive thru was empty so I thought it was a win. It really wasn't. I much rather wait in a long drive thru if that meant that my food was cooked at the proper temperature and that my lemonade was served up without ice but with Sprite like I wanted. The staff is polite. Well.....maybe slightly irritated that they had to work when I pulled up but they turned on the polite light after I paid. Came here for the Cobb salad on Saturday September 9, 2023 at noon. The drive thru was packed and I went inside to order. Entire process took less than 10 minutes and they were doing a brisk lunch business. Returned for lunch again on Tuesday September 12th again for lunch and had even quicker dine-in service. Both meals were perfect as ordered and very good. This location is brand new and working hard to meet customer demands.
