They put it in a box at this one regardless if you are eating in or not, and comically only give you one napkin. I asked for more, they gave me one more. I used those two to clean off the table because they dont clean the tables off at this location so I had to go back up and ask for another lol it was comical to me at that point. I've seen so many people post on social media about how great this place is, blah blah blah. So I finally took the time to come check it out and I've never been more disappointed. One star is for the friendly service. The girl who helped me was super friendly and asked if I had ever been here before and I said no, so she did a little explanation and highlighted some things about Dave's. I placed my order and had a seat. There was a family sitting and a few other people that were waiting. They were relatively quick. When my number was up, the girl (different from the one who took my order) was also friendly and she asked if I wanted any additional sauce and anything else I needed. I ordered the #4 which is just one slider with fries for $9.99. I ordered my chicken in 'Hot' with no slaw. The second star is for the fact that it was hot. It had a nice kick to it, definitely not mild/medium like how some places tone it down. I enjoyed the flavor/spice. But that's where it ends. I waited and for my food supposedly being fresh, why was it soo LUKEWARM?!?! The fries and sandwich despite tasting fresh, had the warmth of sitting there for awhile. Both items were so small too! Like it wasn't a piece of chicken, it was basically a tender that had more bun than chicken. The fries were such a small portion! The fries would have been good if they were at a better temperature. They had a nice seasoning and crisp but were barely warm. Overall, not impressed. I really don't see why I would ever come back for mediocre lukewarm food. read more

This place is always good when it comes to a quick chicken craving, whether you'd like to eat sliders or tenders or even the loaded fries, right after ordering once food is ready. The fries are so crispy with the chicken being so juicy and well seasoned. Their shakes are always great. And they're always very efficient when it comes to placing order and getting it almost instantly even when the location is pretty busy orders tend to come out really quick. I stopped by today with my son to pick up some dinner for the family and we love this place! We were immediately greeted by the employees and the ambiance in here is awesome and colorful! The staff were very friendly! They have a good choice of options. I got the Daves #4 mild with mac and cheese and their mac is pretty darn good! It's very creamy and saucy which I love! My man got Daves #1 Hot with fries - my son got the Dave #1 as well he got mild with fries. We all ate all of ours and left no crumbs! It was sooo good! I was in the area and decided to try this spot for dinner. I'd heard good things and wasn't sure where the closest location is to me, but since I was across the street I stopped by. It didn't seem too busy with people but there were online orders being prepared as well. Spacious restaurant with lots of seating including outdoors and neat artwork/murals on the walls. I ordered at the counter with the cashier and was given a buzzer. It took about 15 minutes for my food to be ready and I was offered extra Dave's sauce and ketchup at the counter. I grabbed some ketchup packets and was on my way. The chicken tenders were delicious, the extra hot wasn't as spicy as I anticipated but still had good heat to it. The sliced bread was okay, I prefer no bread but it was good after I toasted it. Always enjoy having pickles and there were plentiful. I'm not a fan of the typical hot chicken sauce (usually some sort of aioli, thousand island) so I'll try some but it's not for me. I upgraded to cheese fries ($1.50) and they were good, but not worth the extra cost lol. Overall it was great! I put in an order online for pickup. Ordering was easy and painless and the menu is simple. We ordered some sliders and Dave's bites to go. It was busy and chaotic during pickup. There is a sign that guides you where to stand for pickup orders but there was a huge line and no one checking in to see who was picking up for quite a bit. They seemed to be super short staffed but the employees were working really quickly and were friendly. Pickup was almost 30 minutes after stated time but the food was served hot. We stopped in for a quick dinner at the recommendation of my sister. She said she preferred it over Canes or Chik fil A. We went on a Wednesday night around 8pm and there was constant flow of people coming in. The staff were all very pleasant and the restaurant was clean. I am not a partaker in spice at all and so it was a zero spice order for me. I did the single slider and it was definitely bigger than what think of as a slider. It came with the slaw and the sweet pickles and fries. I am usually picky about crinkle cut fries because sometimes they don't get cooked well enough in the middle but these were cooked perfectly. They also have a seasoning on them) reminds of Paradise Valley Burger Company fries). The chicken had a nice crisp to it. It was a good amount of food for the price. I think about it often, I crave it, I can taste it in my mind, I can't get enough! They just opened this one about 2 months ago in Phoenix. I decided to drive down there today to get some lunch. I got there, parked, walked in, and nobody was in line. Score! I placed my order for my usual....A #2, Hot, with upgraded cheese fries. Had some water to drink. Paid my money, took a seat, and waited for my food to come out. While I was sitting there, droves of people decided to come have lunch. The line went to about 15 deep at one point. They got everyone through pretty quick. My food came out pretty quick, within 5 minutes or so! How was it? Combo #2- My favorite! 2 sliders, and fries (upgraded to cheese fries). I love their buns, I love their sauce, I love their slaw, I love their pickles, I love their chicken tenders, I love the combo of flavors, I love the cheese sauce on the crinkle cut fries. It's a gosh darn perfect meal. I noticed at this location, the "hot" was much hotter than other Dave's I have been to (not complaining). Had to blow my nose quite a few times....this chicken was spicy, and I loved it! The tenders themselves seemed just a tad smaller than normal (still plenty filling and hung off past the bun a bit), but I didn't mind since it tasted so damn delicious and pretty much fit the bun perfectly. Service was friendly, and fast. Bathroom was a little bit unkempt (out of paper towels and running low on TP), but I've seen worse. I informed a worker about it and hopefully they took care of it.
