I'm here almost every week and love this location. Very Clean, food is always how I order it and everyone is very friendly.

Every single employee was exceptional. They were attentive everyone greeted me. But one person who really stood out as a terrible undercover racist human being is Yania. Not only was she awkwardly communicative but she also smelled very weird as well. I am not sure they do hygiene checks at all but they have to start that process asap. Please do something about this, you cannot have the whole kitchen smelling terrible at 10 in the morning. Very disappointed. read more

Usually this location does me right when I request my food to be extra crispy, but tonight that was not the case. The girl who took my order, Melanie (as it says on my receipt) put down my order correctly, but my food when i received it was all soggy and the chicken breading was crumbly and wet. I should have known considering just how abnormally fast i received my food, but I guess I am just naive to think the cooks actually would follow the prompts correctly. This place was next to my hotel so got it for dinner. They have the usual combinations and I got the 3 finger combo with an extra cane sauce. Everything was fresh and as good as you expect. Service was a bit slow but it was busy and I unfortunately had the timing of coming right after an entire kids softball team. Not much seating inside but ample outside. read more

This place has a great menu but this is only one aspect of what makes me want to go back to a restaurant. I'm not going back, no matter how good the food is, if the customer service can't give simple condiments, even after they're the ones asking what condiments i want. We were happy when this store was built because it is closer to our home and what do you know...we changed our eating habits and it took over a year or more to finally go! The service is quick and efficient, went through the drive through for takeout. It wasn't too busy but I have noticed at times the line can get a bit long. Their chicken fingers are always good. You have to have an appreciation for fried chicken in order to appreciate their food. We ordered a couple of the Box Combo's, which were $11.59 each (their prices are a bit high but so is everywhere!). Comes with four pieces of chicken fingers that are marinated and coated in their crispy coating. Fried to perfection so they are juicy and tender. Also has fries (which we asked for well done and got soggy, warm), cole slaw (theirs is a bit drier than some but the sauce is good), a piece of Texas toast, and Cane sauce (which I really like). They are now charging 39 cents for extra sauce so be aware. I typically order an extra one because I love both the chicken and fries dipped! Overall a good fast food chicken dinner for the days when you are craving chicken and not worrying about the healthy aspect! read more

I was at a friend's last Friday helping her with some stuff. Her husband wanted to grab some Canes at this location near them and asked us if we wanted anything so we put in our order. I don't go to many different fast food places and usually only stick with In & Out or Chick-fil-A. I just got the 3 piece combo and looks like she ordered the 4 piece combo. First thing we noticed when we opened our meals were how tiny the pieces of chicken were!!! I can fit all 3 pieces on that one toast. I remember them being wayyy larger before. I really like Raising Cane's as when it comes out hot and crispy, it is so delicious. It makes a quick meal for me and I like to get the endless sweet tea. The regular black tea is good too, and sometimes I mix the two teas together. The raising cane's sauce is good with the fries and with the chicken strips. The Cole slaw is just okay for me. I prefer to switch it out for an extra slice of Texas toast or fries. I like the Texas toast with butter on both sides. You have to specially request that otherwise butter is just on one side. Their three finger combo is usually just enough for me. I can eat two to three chicken strips and the fries in one sitting. Sometimes more if I am hungrier than usual. I can't believe another cane sauce is charged additional. read more

Great staff ! A great place to grab a fast hot meal while driving to your destination. I noticed that their prices increased which has halted my stops here! The big box combo is now $13 for fast food, that just seems like alot or maybe I've always been paying this but just now noticing the price since everything, everywhere is going up constantly. They have yummy fries here which is why I will sometimes double up on them. Drive thru appears to have long lines but, in reality, the lines move pretty darn fast. I went to this location and ordered 1 Caniac Combo and 1 Box Combo, both combos were short of chicken and the chicken that we did receive was tiny. The Caniac only had 4 pieces and the Box only had 3 pieces. We were told we could come back for a refund (20 minute drive each way, 40 roundtrip), which we did. When we arrived we were told a refund could not be given due to the "new system" in place. What a waste of time and gas! The lemonade that I paid extra for had no flavor and just tasted like water with a hint of lemon, fries were all cold and soggy. I come to Cane's often, but not anymore! I never thought I'd be this heated over $0.96 cents but all the times we come, it seems to be the norm of getting short the extra sauces we pay $0.32 cent each for... so yeah, I'm mad... especially when I reminded the staff at the time of my drive-thru order to put them all in an extra container... sure enough after the drive-thru line, get home... no sauces!!!!! WTH... so yeah, I went back for $0.96 cents I was shorted... call it petty, but it's frustrating to not get what you pay for. This trip was one of the worst, but the manager made sure to personally redo my entire order (including beverages) as the initial order was cold. I requested it multiple times and said I don't wanna come back... and I was back... I'm chalking this up as a one-time bad experience hence the 3 stars! From a food perspective, everything was good as usual.... My family & I went to this location twice while we were out of town on our vacation because we received an recommendation about them. The line was long but went out fast & had employees taking orders outside on the busier evenings which is nice. We ordered 2 chicken strips sandwiches which comes w/ fries, drink & their special sauce on the sandwiches & 3 piece tenders w/ fries, garlic bread & special sauce on the side. We all enjoyed our food, prices were on the same page as Chick-fil-A & service was great. Now I just have to go from working out at EOS to grabbing that deep-fried unhealthy stuff in the diagonal corner of the same intersection! I always get the Three Finger combo with extra Cane's Sauce. I dip the fries in the Cane's Sauce. I dip the Texas toast in the Cane's Sauce. I dip the chicken tenders in the Cane's Sauce. I'd probably dip my glasses in the Cane's Sauce and eat it as if it were hummus like in, "You Don't Mess with the Zohan" if it didn't warrant some ugly stares from fellow patrons. Just put the Cane's Sauce on everything (they charge for extra sauce and for good reason)! So good! Placed an app order for curbside. I arrive curbside at the designated time and sat 8 minutes in my car till I decide to go in and just retrieve my order. When I go inside the associate told me that they gave my order to someone else and they had to remake it. No apology, nothing. So not only did I wait in my car for 8 minutes already but had to wait an additional 9 minutes in the store for them to remake - now we are 17 minutes past the designated time for pick up. Best part is, we live less than 5 minutes away and the food is cold. Nothing was remade. I wouldn't be this upset had there been communication when I arrived that they messed up and the only way for me to find out is to walk in and ask. However, being in hospitality myself, the fact that nobody offered apology is even more frustrating. In top of that the lack luster cold food is ridiculous. Came in the drive thru for some good chicken. We got three 4 piece box dinners with fries, coleslaw and bread. Also got a lemonade and large Coke. When they read back our order they had it wrong and said four 4 piece combos, which we corrected for them for only three combos. Got to window to pay and they still had it wrong g, which we corrected again. Got to pick up window and they ended up giving us four 4 piece combos which we didn't notice until we left. I've had really fast service here although the line at the drive through can look like it would take forever. The chicken is always hot and the crinkle fries are pretty good, maybe a little floppy and undercooked for my taste but still okay. I don't eat the toast, seems a little weird but I'm sure that's just me because my husband eats mine and his! This was my first time eating canes since we don't have them in Connecticut. I have to say it's really good!! The woman who took my order was really helpful and they were quick with making my order. The chicken was clearly just made and so were the fries. I think it's very similar to Zaxby's, but canes' fries aren't seasoned and they're much thinner.
