I specifically went with a box combo because I didn't want to deal with a swap on the 3 finger combo... I also decided not to give a $20+$2+$.96 just because I wanted a $10 back... you know? Math. I decided on the $20+$.96 for the even $8. Ok... get my drink, so far so good. Then I get my meal and inquiry as to whether I got my drink. Yes, but not my change. No dispute just a few extra minutes added, my bad for paying cash.... I get home and while I am stoked about 5 chicken pieces in my 4 piece combom, I am devastated about 2 toasts. My least enjoyable part of the meal.... it HAS to be me right? This is a decent canes but extremely busy and a bit dirty inside. The staff are nice and good as they listen and make sure to fulfill your order exactly as you want. And the food overall is good too as expected at any canes. Also the interior is nice too with movie posters from popular films. There is also the usual interior decorations you see at every cane's like disco balls and other music era decorations. But again the inside needs to be cleaned a bit better and the parking lot could be better. Since it's so busy there is almost no parking and it can be a pain to park. Also need to be careful when driving in as the way in is right near the exit of the drive thru. So that could also lead to frustration when trying to drive around to park or get in without running into close encounters with other drivers. Overall, this is a good Raising Cane's but it can be a mess to park and really frustrating to get in and out since it's right near the ASU campus. That will lead to it being super busy and other chances of not being able to find a place to sit or long wait times. read more

Not every review can be of a high dollar meal. Sometimes you just need to stop in for some Cane's! I'm a true foodie... I enjoy all kinds of cuisines at various levels from going over the top at fancy fine dining experiences to delicious home cooked meals, and also fast casual/ fast food places to boot! The main qualifier for me is-- did it taste good?! And yes, Raising Cane's absolutely tastes good. Plus, it's one of the few fast food chains that has their process for consistency and quality locked in. Every time I eat Cane's it's exactly as I expect it to be. Crunchy fried chicken strips that are juicy, nicely fried crinkle cut fries, Texas toast that I could easily eat 3 of (but don't), a little side of cole slaw and the famous Cane's sauce. We usually just share a 6 piece Caniac combo and that's the perfect amount for two of us. I also enjoy their iced tea & lemonade so I make an Arnold Palmer for my first fill, then refills are 25 sweet/ 75 regular split of iced tea. My main rule about coming here so that I get peak "yumminess" is to only eat it there. The food texture is just better when eaten right away. Fried foods don't stand the take out test IMO. Even a short ride home from the drive through can leave the chicken and fries less crispy. So, pro-tip-- eat it there whenever you're able to :) read more

If i could do 0 or negative stars i would. Ordered 2 box combos with a tea and lemonade. It was good till we discovered LONG BLACK HAIRS in BOTH BOXES!!! Immediately spit out the food and inspected and found a few more on the sauce packaging!! This is honestly the 4th time this has happened with this and other locations. For starters, this is the only Canes open until 0200. I came in while working late around 1am. I ordered the basic 4 piece with 2 additional toast. Gotta love the sweet tea here!! They had my food in less than 10 mins., and while driving home I swear I counted to 7 before I ran out of chicken lol. Disappointed! Stopped by here to grab a bite since I was in the area, and the prices not only increased since my last visit but the portions were horrible! I'm so sad to write this review because I always heard good things about Raising Cane's. First things first, the redeeming qualities were: service, fresh chicken, and decor. Service was super fast. The chicken was hot and tasted fresh. Loved the cute decor of the yellow labs everywhere. Now the not so redeeming qualities: flavor, fries, and sauce. The chicken, though fresh, was bland. Besides using actual chicken breast and good breading, I couldn't tell if they forgot to season it or if it was supposed to be like that. That's why you dip it in sauce I suppose? And the sauce tasted unique, though I feel like I could make it myself at home so nothing too special. Last but not least, the fries were extremely underwhelming. Room temperature, unsalted, tasted like it was from Walmart's frozen section. For $3?! I totally could've gone without. I threw it out after a few bites which felt painful to do. Overall, tasted like elementary school cafeteria fries with better quality chicken tenders and sauce your mom made to impress people at the summer BBQ. I have pretty high standards for Raising Cane's, because certain locations I've been to have been absolutely amazing. But this location was subpar - the chicken tenders were definitely under fried. I think if this one thing was better, I would give this place a four or five stars. But the chicken tenders should be the star of the show, and they were not as crispy as they should be. Other than that, service was great, the restaurant was clean and spacious. Parking is Somewhat limited, but not impossible to find a spot. read more

Yeah so.. such of a rip off. I love paying $13 for 3 pieces of chicken that is basically the size of the sauce container. I attached photos of what I received. I would much rather support another location because this seems like a joke and a scam. I reached out to the staff there and they said it was normal. I went home and then contacted to customer service and all they said was "well we train our staff to mix and match sizes" and basically said they couldn't guarantee anything. I tend to avoid Cane's and for good reason (cue the negative responses lol). The line is ALWAYS wrapped around the restaurant no matter what time you go. We went on a Friday evening at 10 thinking there wouldn't be a line and we were WRONG. The line this time was only 30ish minutes compared to however long it usually takes. By the time we got home I was dismayed to see just how SMALL the chicken tenders were. They were just about the length of my index finger so no longer than 3 inches and they were on the thinner side. If you are a canes newbie like me it's basically the same as Zaxbys sauce. Where I was disappointed was in the French fries. They were under cooked and under salted. The size was a bit smaller than I expected though. Crinkle cut fried were not over or under fried. Slight seasoning on it, not bad. Who actually eats the coleslaw?! It was a tiny cup and not very fresh. Did they feel the need to add veggies bc the menu had none? Lol if I'm in the mood for tenders and fries, slaw is the last thing I think about. Texas toast was soft...not like toast and tiny. We got a half sweet and half unsweetened tea. Sweetness was just right for us. Since it was my first time trying it we didn't sub anything out but definitely subbing out the coleslaw next time haha. For $17 after tax I expected more. Some of the best chicken fingers you can find in AZ!! There is a reason this parking lot is ALWAYS a zoo. You can't go wrong with chicken fingers and a slice of toast all dipped in their special sauce. The other sides that come in the meals are nothing to rave about - we request no slaw extra toast. It's all about the fingers and sauce. We ordered via postmates to avoid the long takeout line (Cane's please get curbside pick-up figure out!!). Thinking I might be mispronouncing the name because I've never been to canes before, I repeated myself. She again looks at me like I'm crazy and said "so our sauce IS the canes sauce." GO ELSEWHERE, at least another location if not another chicken chain. NOT WORTH IT. Was craving some fried chicken before a half marathon tomorrow and wanted to try Raising Cane's since I've never had it before. Poor decision. 1. The traffic design is TERRIBLE. The drive-through line backs up and blocks the intersection to turn into the shopping center, so cars are waiting in the road to turn in, in both directions. Just to exit the drive-through, you either have to elbow your way into a long line of traffic leaving the main parking lot, or manage a 3 point turn in the middle of the lane to turn into the main parking lot. Don't even try parking by the restaurant, or you'll be blocked in. 2. They take your order before you even see a menu. When I told the kid taking my order street-side that I'd like to see the menu, he sort of sighed and turned the table around...but the print and icons were so small that I wouldn't have been able to read it unless I was basically breathing. Ew most days, but especially with covid around. 3. Ordered a three piece combo with a lemonade. Proceeded to wait OVER 12 MINUTES. For "fast food"?! 4. Didn't check my food until I managed to get out of the parking lot and find a quiet spot to pull over. Guess what? Although I PAID FOR A 3-PIECE, I RECEIVED A 2-PIECE. I waited long enough, paid a decent price, AND THE ORDER IS STILL MESSED UP?! 5. ONLY REDEMPTION IS THE CHICKEN. Word - of - mouth brought us here. So while visiting the ASU area we decided to see what all the fuss was about. We arrived on a weekday night about 8pm. The dining area was tidy and alive with customers, mostly college aged. The motif reminded me of the local Pizza Hut with ASU sports memorabilia and movie posters. The bathroom also looked clean. I ordered The Box combo. It was good! The chicken a combination of 20% crunchy and 80% tender, decent fries a side order of favas beans and a nice Chianti thfhtftfth!!! (Just joking; movie references!). The dinner was good; a fellow Yelper mentioned I should've tried the sauce; I did as it came 'on the side' along with my cole slaw. The sweet tea was good, too. The location was busy but parking wasn't impossible. I am obsessed with Raising Cane's! It is my guilty pleasure. I come to this location occasionally but normally try to avoid it because it's right next to ASU and a bunch of construction. I always order a 3 strip meal for myself with a tea, about 8 a la carte strips and 4 extra cane's sauces. The strip meal comes with 3 strips, a piece of Texas toast, fries and 1 cane's sauce. The cane's sauce is addicting and tastes good with not only the chicken, but the fries and even toast too! Good service here. Everyone RAVES about raising cane's. Apparently, it's the trendy place to go now kind of like what in and out used to be? Well, we stopped in the other day to see what it was all about. They were fairly busy for a Saturday afternoon but we got our food fairly quickly when walking in for dine-in (they had a long drive-through line). There were four combinations to choose from - I picked The Finger Combo. Basic enough - three chicken strips, french fries, and Texas toast.  The chicken was pretty good - seemed quality enough. Though the breading was too thick and crunchy for my liking. The fries were pretty salty and tasted like a standard bag of freezer fries. The bread was pretty good. They give you Cane's Sauce, which I'll agree with previous comments that it does taste like mayonnaise, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Good! But nothing to write home about. They don't have ranch dressing here :( Lemonade was meh. All in all, I tried it. Been there, done that. It's ok. read more

Food was excellent alongside the quick and friendly workers. This location gets BUSY!! being near ASU. There was a large line at Canes so we opted to just eat in. The parking is behind the canes away from the drive through so you don't have to worry about being trapped in the parking lot because a car is blocking your way. The inside was nice and clean.
