Had to have an In-N- Out Burger before leaving Arizona. We were pleasantly surprised there was no line when we walked in and ordered immediately. We had single cheeseburgers and animal fries. The burgers are still reasonably priced and consistently good. The burgers are topped with lettuce, tomato, and a Thousand Island-style sauce. The fries are topped with cheese and grilled onions. For me the attraction to In-N- Out is it is limited availability outside of the West Coast.

Came here for a bite to eat after a concert and it was super busy but the workers managed to keep the line moving at a good pace. Burgers were great!

This place was so busy at 11pm! For this location it was hard to find the parking lot entrance. I wish I got like twenty animal style cheeseburgers bc this food was BOMB. Just a total classic that the east coast is missing out on.

Anytime I'm near an In-N-Out, I have to get it (I'm from the East coast). Service was great, it was super busy, but they got everything out quick and efficiently. I had been craving a burger and this hit the spot! It was clean, music was playing and it was the perfect way to end my day.

Amazing food, quick service, beautiful location! I will forever market in and out and encourage everybody to try it! Everything is delicious but here is my favorite order: Double double, animal style, no lettuce (I find sometimes the lettuce too wilted), fries (this is important: WELL DONE), and a vanilla shake! I love their salt packets too! Ask for extra spread, peppers (bite the tip and then squeeze on each bite of the burger), and salt for the fries! Can't wait for another trip to IN AND OUT!

I really don't understand the hype with In-N-Out Burger. The positives are the price points & speedy service. The staff was kind during our visit, and they kept the restaurant pretty clean. However, the burger & fries were lackluster. I am not a fan of the french fries. They were brick hard, and flavorless. The burger was just ok, and not something I would order again. I gave this place a shot twice, and it was a miss both times. I know people love the nostalgia here, but this burger joint isn't for me!

It's kind of mind boggling to me that I've never Yelped In-N-Out, being that I've eaten their food hundreds of times. But that kind of makes sense given I've been going for so long it definitely pre-dates my use, or care for Yelp lol. But as I was sitting on the patio today enjoying a delicious treat, I thought yeah I'll do it. What can be said about this place that people don't already know??? I started as a customer in the Bay Area, the first time I had it in 2007 I think?! I was on a date. What I appreciate the most is the damn consistency of the chain. I've been to many different locations and the food is always the same--delicious! That's a miracle with fast food, that few chains have mastered. I live really close to this Tempe location and it's just about always packed so I only go once in a while, but that makes it special for me. There were a few years where I got tired of it, and didn't appreciate it, but I'm back! It's awesome. I will either order a dbl-dbl animal style with well done fry or I'll get a cheeseburger with onions and animal fry. What I won't do is order a dbl-dbl AND animal fries. That's how I used to eat it, but it's too much for me now. I also used to order a chocolate shake every time but now I love getting the Neapolitan blend. And I think I used to just get a cup of water but I really like making a Pink Arnold (iced tea and their pink lemonade). Pro-tip is getting the fries well done. It makes them the consistency that fries are best at. It always made me laugh that ppl don't initially like the fries...they are undercooked!! So the texture is off, but you get used to it. Well no more, I learned that well done is the perfect crunchy texture on outside and fluffy inside. (As fries should be).

I'll never ever get tired of In-N-Out and I am unashamed of it. Thankfully this location provided an even better experience because it wasn't busy at all which tends to be the main thing that irks me about it but not this one!! I got my usual which was a animal style burger and animal style fries and it was delish. Yummy and all the toppings and couldn't ask for anything better plus the staff came around and checked on us which I thought was super nice.

Being from Illinois we've never been to an IN-N-OUT restaurant as we do not have any around us. We found the burgers to be very tasty and the meal was a great value. The signature sauce is the perfect touch. So tasty that my daughter actually ate two burgers. Very unusual! The facility is clean and staff is kind. This place makes me feel like I'm walking down memory lane with the staff's uniforms. They do have a driver thru that is almost non-stop and they also have outdoor seating that is well lit.

I'm not sure if I can add much to In-N-Outs well earned reputation, but this location was great and continued to live up to their stellar rep. They offer a large amount parking if your opt to dine on and this location had quite a bit of covered outdoor seating. As with most of their locations they have a very busy drive thru that does wrap through the lot. I got my usual protein style, animal style with chopped of chili's, double double . Always delicious, juicy fresh and hot. The service is always so friendly and usually out within 5 minutes. Solid option for quick and good fast food bite.

In-N-Out is the best chain burger restaurant there is! I love how good the quality is, and it's cheap too! You never sacrifice flavor for price here. The staff are always friendly and get you through your order quickly. I love the colors and the uniforms of in-n-out because it gives the place such a distinct vibe. Will always visit in-n-out when I'm near one!

Another great In-N-Out burger joint that's super busy! There's the standard burger menu but you can ask for a variety of options. You'll have to ask what they have at this restaurant, e.g. lettuce vs buns. The service is again pretty good at this spot even though they are super busy.

Classic In-N-Out experience--great burgers, made fresh just like always. The fries were freshly cut and tasted great. There was plenty of parking and it wasn't too busy when we went, which made everything quick and easy. If you're bringing your dogs, you can go inside to order with them, but you'll need to sit outside to eat. Thankfully, the outdoor seating is a solid option. The only downside was that while we were eating outside, a staff member came to change the trash and brought all the trash cans over to the one spot--right next to our table, which was the only one occupied at the time. It was a bit off-putting and definitely impacted the experience. Still, solid food and fast service as usual. Just a bit more awareness around outdoor dining would make it even better.

To start, my burger tasted pretty good. The cheese was good. Bun was a little dry and stale. The lettuce was yellow and chopped and looked several days old and slightly rotten. Two of my tomatoes had active mold growing on them. It was too dark inside to see it but we ate in the car and saw the moldy spot then. The fries are good but way too salty. We really liked the fried mushrooms. But we made our own dipping sauce which was better than the ranch they give you: mix 2/3 mustard and 1/3 Mayo. Tangy and delicious. We get these at "The Windmill" when we go to the jersey shore and the sauce that comes with the fried mushrooms is a horseradish sauce which is amazing (hint hint, Chuck Box). I would eat here again but bring a flashlight to inspect the produce and lower my expectations. It was good, not great. It smelled kind of off in here also. The AC and vents probably need to be cleaned.

And the food overall is good too as expected at any canes. Also the interior is nice too with movie posters from popular films. There is also the usual interior decorations you see at every cane's like disco balls and other music era decorations. But again the inside needs to be cleaned a bit better and the parking lot could be better. Since it's so busy there is almost no parking and it can be a pain to park. Also need to be careful when driving in as the way in is right near the exit of the drive thru. So that could also lead to frustration when trying to drive around to park or get in without running into close encounters with other drivers. Overall, this is a good Raising Cane's but it can be a mess to park and really frustrating to get in and out since it's right near the ASU campus. That will lead to it being super busy and other chances of not being able to find a place to sit or long wait times.

I work in the food service industry so I was a little confused as to why that's not something they would disclose at the beginning of us ordering, especially if they knew it was a large order. They told us it would only be 5-10 more minutes though... and then that became 20 extra minutes of us waiting. The customer before me also ended up waiting 40 minutes for just 3 tenders. I feel like they should've offered us a free drink or something after seeing us in the lobby waiting for half an hour. And it didn't help that the 3 people on expo were just talking and fooling around. They had also looked irritated when we had gone up after that half hour to ask about our order. I ordered the chicken Medi bowl and it was so incredibly flavorful. I took the picture before I mixed everything together, but I was glad to see it did mix well. There's nothing worse than getting a bowl and trying to mix all the ingredients together, but you end up just taking giant bites of hummus with nothing else. Their portion size felt like just the right amount, with a good balance of chicken, veggies, quinoa, and a sauce to mix in. I was originally going to immediately give this place 4 stars max, because it's my biggest pet peeve when places don't give silverware with their takeout orders (I luckily had a fork from something else I ordered, but it was flimsy and not made for this bowl for sure). But after eating it, the flavors were out of this world that I did feel like it was deserving of 5 stars. There are many things to like about this place but a few that made me also not like it. First off the main part, the food was great. The zesty wrap was a great price and very large, same as the Doner bowl, packed with all of the ingredients both me and my wife were very full after eating our meals clocking in a just over $30 tip included. Now for the downside, the menu posted inside above where they make everything, maybe I'm old, but it was just confusing to me. Then when you walk up to the counter to order they have a hand held menu that makes sense. Easy to understand. Wish I would have seen that first. The main thing that disappointed me was the service or lack thereof. Now I realize they were busy with mobile orders and maybe it's because it's in campus or i don't know. Even after standing from afar looking at the menu for a good 5-7 minutes nothing from the employees. Then walking up to the counter we stood at the register for AT LEAST 5 minutes with an employee less than 5 feet away with no acknowledgment whatsoever. Then when she was ready to take our order she was neither friendly nor happy. Overall Yelp doesnt do half stars but I would realistically give Spitz a 3.5, not 4.
