Went through the drive thru and told them straight away it's going to be 2 separate orders, ordered the same exact thing for both orders, one order just had an extra cup, they asked me to repeat it several times and made it way harder than it had to be, was still wrong when we got to the window, told them what was wrong (politely) and then they gave us attitude and was very rude. Stopped at Cane's drive-thru today for lunch. I like their chicken fingers and Cane sauce but their fries are truly disappointing. They were limp, soggy, almost cold, and unsalted. I have always been a super fan of Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich. my daughter wanted to try something different and she suggested raising canes. This was the absolute worst food I've ever had! It was like somebody took a bunch of day-old chicken strips and literally smash them on a bun with some weird sauce. The lettuce on my sandwich practically disintegrated when I picked it up. This was my first visit and will probably be my last as there are so many better chicken finger places Menu was limited like condiments with only two dipping sauces available. Had hoped for a finger salad but this strictly a finger place, which would have been fine if the fingers were moist and tender. Fingers were dried out and hard. Portions were small. I got the four piece tender meal with a drink which set me back almost 9 dollars. Counter staff were rude and unfriendly which is almost unheard of in Tulsa. Definitely disappointing. Stopped in with our baseball team as we traveled through Tulsa. Louis was excellent! He took our order ahead of time and was able to get food out to our team super quick. He suggested we double up on fries in the box combo to better fit our athlete's tastes. The food was hot and fresh and the service was quick and excellent. I travel with teams quite often and hate when we walk into a location to feed the athletes and the staff visibly groans about a bus pulling up. That was not the case here. Fries--crinkle cut. 3*--pretty good. Lemonade--2*, meh--Chik Fil A, this is not. Selection--2* Misc-- No BBQ sauce? They offer signature sauce, hot sauce, and (I was told by friend) honey mustard. I was told by some locals that this place makes good chicken strips, especially considering it is a fast food joint. I got a 3 chicken tender meal, which also came with fries and a piece of Texas toast. I also added a side of slaw for 79 cents. This meal cost about $8 and was actually pretty good. The chicken was crispy, hot, well seasoned, and a good size. The fries were typical frozen fries, but they were hot and crisp, so can't go wrong with that! The Texas toast was disappointing because it was just a greasy and soggy. The slaw on the other hand was actually my favorite component of the meal - weird right??? It was fresh, crisp, and not overly mayo-y. It complimented the chicken quite nicely. The dipping sauce is a little strange to me. I heard that it was Raising Cane's FAMOUS sauce, but it just tasted odd to me - seemed like a mixture of BBQ sauce, mayo, and pepper? I like plain ol' ketchup much more. The prices were pretty good but the service leaves much to be desired. The cashier was not very friendly and mumbled during the entire transaction. Why did I pay $8 bucks for chicken pieces and filler sides? The chicken is fine for being breaded chicken tenders and the sauce tastes like something I concoct at home in the middle of the night. Which is ok, too, but there's nothing secret about it. Potatoes and bread are dirt cheap to supply so would've been happier paying less for a meal. And the smallest amount of coleslaw on the side, which wasn't bad either, but the ingredients and effort to make it are cheap and easy. Why not just give me a bigger serving? Additionally, when ordering 25+ piece chicken fingers. Your side orders are only on request and they aren't family or catering sized. First ever time at this location. I've been to raising canes 5 times since coming to Tulsa since I am from Philadelphia we don't have them there. The first 4 times was so hot and fresh I keep trying them for lunch. This time the food was old and the fries were crunchy! The reason for the 5 star is that Chad the manager solved my issue and made me feel ok about getting the food replaced and took care of me the way a manager should.
