Food is fresh, fries and chicken are crisp, and flavored well. The drive-thru is redesigned without clear instructions. Once you turn in there are black cones and some painted arrows on the ground, but I think the cones need to be brighter with signage in front as I'm facing the store. They now have attendants outside taking orders, but to get to them you have wrap around the side of the existing built drive-thru and watch for cars leaving. As I left, I had to wave cars over because I didn't want to get accidentally hit. Be careful when using drive-thru!! read more

A box combo was what I got last night. When I first tried Raising Cane for the first time which was three months ago, bread was warm and very buttery. This time it was cold and chicken was barely seasoned. I don't know what happened but last time when I dined in here about two months back there seemed to be problem with packaging. We ordered 9 pieces of chicken tenders and box melted. That is very concerning because we're eating chicken tenders out of that box. read more

Love the Sauce! This location has nice staff and the chicken was fresh and hot. We came to pick up a quick dinner on the way home. The bread is yum. I ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal that came with the bread and sauce. My hubby ordered the 4 piece and it came with bread and the slaw. I like the slaw. I was bummed I didn't get any. lol. It was a Sunday evening and the line was short, so our visit was really quick in the drive thru. The outside of the restaurant is clean and fresh looking. The employee that took our order helped us decide and was able to ring us up right there before the window. Service with a smile. When I mentioned that one of the drinks given to me was a regular instead of a large which the combo comes with, the girl at the pickup window gave me an attitude. We dine here often by having a meal in store and through DoorDash and Uber Eats. My family's favorite is the Caniac Combo substitute the coleslaw for an extra piece of toast. The tea and lemonade states great, it's tastier mixed together. The service is always fast and efficient. The ambiance is always great in store and via delivery. We love the cane sauce and love taking a whole cup home! That's only available in store and not through delivery. I take my family here that visit from Hawaii so they can enjoy something different. Loved it from the first time. Pretty simple and straight forward menu. Great tasting chicken fingers. Juicy not dry. The breading is perfectly seasoned with delicious crispiness on the outside and juicy and tender meat inside. Their fries are delicious too. The toast is also tasty and buttery. But their house made dipping sauce is the best and goes perfectly with the chicken fingers, so yummy . It is like a mix of a Dijon mustard and mayo , very good and definitely a must try! The restaurant is always clean and inviting, very vibrant atmosphere. The staff is friendly. Their drive-thru is always busy with a long line of cars . But you can always dine in, which I recommend, because you don't want your fries to get cold. Overall: great tasty chicken fingers, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I really wanted to like this place, but the takeout experience was disappointing. The box was partly melted, which is worrying--especially since my kid was eating it too. They really need to pay more attention to packaging. The fries were way too salty, even for adults. Also, placing a sheet of wax paper under the food would have made a big difference. Am one of the few who never tried Raising Cane's. One just opened up down the street from my home - so of course we had to try it. Was concerned about how it would affect the traffic since it's located on a busy street. Quite surprised on the quality and taste of their chicken fingers. Ordered the combo with their lemonade. Chicken fingers were very tasty, canes sauce, fries, BOB toast and coleslaw. Again the chicken fingers were delicious but for some reason, the coleslaw had a weird taste. While it was very fresh thought it was just a one time thing but I suspect that it was my taste buds since we have gotten food from them a couple times. Their customer service was wonderful and I can tell how well they are trained. read more

I must say that portion sizes seem to be getting smaller and smaller and even though it's more expensive now, you don't get as much as pre Covid times unfortunately...the chicken strips are even smaller too and not too many French fries (a handful to be exact) eh, I only eat here maybe every 3 to 6 months so, not a big deal I guess ‍ oh and their sweet tea is delicious but, I always have to ask for an extra cup of ice since it's usually melted when it's given to me, service is good and pretty fast for a busy Saturday afternoon read more

They have really done downhill. Used to be my favorite place. The prices have gone WAY up and the fingers are half the size. In one of the combos we got today, there as a strip the size of a McNugget. Could not believe they counted this as a strip, when it obviously was not. Great location, off of I-215 and Stephanie, right across from WinCo and Chase Bank. Conveniently close to Cornerstone Park, too. Dining room and restrooms are pretty clean, being cleaned constantly. Employees are friendly and fast. Even the drive through is very fast with two lanes going parallel. Dining room is open till midnight, but the drive through stays open late! Food is consistent. I don't really care for their fries, so often I ask for substitutions for coleslaw or for the Texas toast. read more

My daughter really enjoys it after her afterschool activities and says the sauce is excellent. The bread is perfectly buttery and crispy and the fries are awesome. On my way home from a solo concert rehearsal in Boulder City, I stopped by Raising Cane's because I thought that chicken for dinner sounded good. I rarely eat fast food, but I was starving. I also actually had a long work day that day and didn't get the chance to eat lunch! I went in the drive thru and was greeted promptly by the young man guarding one of the tents outside. I chose to go a little overboard and order the 6-piece Caniac box combo with the usual fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and their amazing sauce (I asked for extra sauce because it's THAT good), plus a drink to go with it. It wasn't all that busy and the drive thru line was super quick - I think I was in and out of there in about five minutes. I took my food home, enjoyed my meal and finished the entire thing. If you need to place a large order, avoid this location! I scheduled a Door Dash order a week in advance for approximately $500. It was running late and I couldn't get ahold of the Door Dasher so I called the restaurant. The employee said that they couldn't "get the payment" and they haven't started making my order. I had to cancel my order and physically go to the store to resolve it. When I arrived, there was a crowd of Door Dashers around the pick-up counter. All of them had cancelled orders due to this location not being able to process payments. After placing my order, I waited over 30 minutes, without an apology or any attempt to expedite my order. They also stuffed 4 large trays of chicken into one paper bag, which tore as I walked to my car. No one at the counter offered help carrying the order out, as many restaurants do when they see a customer with a large order. Late night dinner, this was sooo good! It was about 10pm, we arrived and parking was ampel, it was not busy. Person at the register was super nice. We ordered and got our food brought to our table. That was nice to receive as we thought we would need to go get our food like any fast food place. Food was brought out fairly quick as well. The condiments and fountain drink area were stocked up. Placed a curbside order called a hour ahead to make sure I was aware of how there location curbside went which I was instructed to give my car details and park in curbside parking spot . I got there they have no information other then curbside parking I had to call again to let them know I was here and im here for my pick up curbside order . I waited 10 minutes nobody came out . I called again and the same kid answered and told me he would be right out. When he arrived to my car he looked confused he was asking me if I ordered curbside which I already explained twice on phone to the same person it was curbside he told me he didnt know making it seem like I needed to come inside to grab my food .
