I was working with my crew in this part of Vegas and we needed lunch but we didn't have time for a real sit down lunch or even a buffet, so it's In N Out to the rescue. Everybody like In N Out that a sure thing and they all order whatever they want. I can depend on the fast consistent service and the menu is the same wherever we go at any location. This In N Out is located in the Eastgate Shopping center with the big Walmart super center just off the 11 freeway at the Sunset Road exit, just go west and the shopping center is there. Lots of parking! We go inside and eat. One of my crew grabs some seats for us while I do the ordering and pay with the card. The service is efficient as always and my big order for 5 people is repeated back for accuracy. All's good and the guys fill their drinks as we wait for our order. WE get called and it needs two trays, so one of my crew helps bring it back to the table. Yes, In N out Yummers! The one girl on the crew ordered the lettuce wrapped burger, not my fave (tried it once) but she likes it. All the food was made accurately and tasted great. Dinner in Henderson, Nevada... After a self-guided tour of the Ethel M cactus garden's Valentine's Day decor, I drove the group to the nearest In-N-Out Burger... We don't have this chain in Hawaii. We like it because the prices are reasonable, the service is friendly and efficient, and the food is fresh. This was a VERY busy location. There were no seats inside, so we sat outdoors where it was a bit chilly (in February). There was a friendly Security Guard holding the door open since the line was almost out of the door. We all ordered and paid at the counter, then waited for our number to be called. In the meantime, we filled our cups at the self-service beverage station. My hamburger combo was just right! The "well done" fries were nice and crispy! Yay! The only hiccup was that our Aunty Sue's order took such a long time! I had seen an order drop upside down onto the ground, but didn't know that it was hers! They had to make it all over again. Too bad they didn't tell her. She asked for takeout because she thought we'd be done eating by the time she got her meal. However, we waited for her so she could eat there at the table with us instead of eating in the car (too messy) or the hotel room (the food would be too cold by then). In n out to the rescue! A patio that doesn't snub cats was a delight to find after First Watch treated my tortie like a parasite and us like trash. (We still needed to eat) Animal style Flying Dutchman no spread is chef's kiss. Never skip the fries or the tiny peppers (if those are things that you like) The price for two of us was under 20 and the service and the atmosphere were welcoming-- even during lunch rush! Craving In-N-Out burgers today and they were excellent. John took our order while he stood out in the high winds. He has a great personality so friendly and professional. Everyone who works there is so nice and accommodating. When we got to the window to pay my husband asked if he could add a strawberry shake no problem ina few seconds the cashier handed him one with a huge smile. The crew here is fantastic the food is always delicious. We were really excited to try the Flying Dutchman from In-N-Out after seeing the mouthwatering photos--two thick onion "buns" stacked around cheesy, juicy patties. What we got was... not that. Instead of the iconic, Instagram-worthy creation, each of us received two patties smothered in cheese, topped with a few sad grilled onions, and slapped on a single piece of parchment paper. No structure, no onion "buns," just a greasy mess that looked better in photos than it tasted in person. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. We each ordered one and honestly wished we hadn't. Sharing the pics, but even they make it look better than the reality. Skip this one unless you're a fan of eating meat and cheese off paper with your hands. Definitely not the masterpiece we expected. Unbelievable, This location is not only understaff they are under prepared. After waiting nearly 30 minutes in drive thru with one person a head of me before continuing my wait for an Impossible to eat burger only pickles and tons on salt and pepper not by request. The fryer oil is old and I got two for the price of one because my skinny fries were mixed with fat fry's not by request. Three items which included a shake $25 and 30 minutes I can't get get back! Upset is and understatement this place is not worth the high salt intake nor the burned gas I wasted in the drive thru. I hope they get the help they need and soon read more

We love the open customization and the location is close to our home. We normally order the single and double meals for our family with regular fries and animal style fries. We dine in sometimes and order to go in store to beat the long drive through line. They are usually fast with getting our family of four order processed, boxed up, with extra spread and have the coke product options we enjoy. The in store service is always friendly, efficient, and helpful. The ambiance is always welcoming and even with a crowd, everyone is usually nice. Other locations like the UNLV and Strip locations always have rude crowds. We enjoy the food and service location and will always be return customers. read more

Some chains seem to digress when they expand too rapidly but it's nice to see it isn't the case with In N Out. Service and quality of food is pretty consistent at the newer, out of state locations I've visited. The only reason I gave this location a 4 star is because they failed to follow my order request and added some items to my 3x3 I didn't request. Not a major blunder but when you make a custom request, it's nice if they actually deliver. Line moved reasonably well in the drive thru for a Saturday night. Prices are still reasonable compared to what other major chains have been charging the past few years. Just a note for this location. Please check the orders more carefully. If this had been an allergy issue, it could have been bad. read more

This is not fast food. After long lines at the drive thru, we decide to go in and order, the girl on the grill wasn't fast enough or maybe they need two grilling people. But I'm not blaming the people, just a little observation from the manager can see that. I mean don't get me wrong the burgers are great but not when you have to wait in the car for more than 30 mins just to place your order (I'm not exaggerating either). I see many opportunities, but who am I to decide. But going forward I will not be back to this In and out location. If Yelp isn't gonna fix this location, then I'll just treat it like a new review. It's kinda appropriate for the 1500th. In-N-Out Burger (not with an "s") has been on Sunset in Henderson for years, although for some reason this business listing is brand-new. I've enjoyed it for as long as I've lived in the area, which is over a decade now. Their California locations were some of my first experiences branching out from "the usual" so I feel like they've at least partially inspired my Yelp career. Aside from the consistency and quality, the secret to staying in love with In-N-Out Burger this whole time is their secret menu. And that's also the way to resolve everyone's favorite complaint: the fries ($2.15). Everyone says they're too limp/undercooked, and then they hear about the "well-done" modifier and don't like that either because then they're crispy. The middle ground exists and it is called "lite well" on my receipts. You may get some fries erring more toward soft or hard, but most will come out crispy with a soft interior. Dip in cold ketchup either from their in-store dispenser or from packets, and you have a win. The secret menu applies to their burgers too, and I only ever order the Double-Double ($5.30) as Animal Style, no pickles. Two beef patties and two cheese slices are fine with me (although they do let you add more via secret menu). Animal Style yields caramelized diced onions and more spread, and I don't really like pickles with this blend. I do ask for even more spread and use about half or 2/3 of a packet on the burger (and the rest with the fries) since it's so addictive, but once in a while I'll get the taste of surprisingly juicy well-done beef. The soft bread, melty cheese, fresh veggies are always on point. Fountain drinks ($1.95 small, $2.10 regular, higher for larger) are not a bad idea here. Pink lemonade is fun, and today I blended it into a variant of Arnold Palmer (with a hint of 7-Up) today. It's pretty addictive and balanced in sweetness, in my humble opinion. I highly advise making sure that you eat your food fresh here. Not only do you avoid the maze that's the new drive-thru area, but you'll likely get the order faster than if you'd stayed in your car. If you do take it to go, that's fine too, but after moving a bit farther away, I've found that it tastes that much better when it's hot and fresh rather than 10-15 minutes cold. In-N-Out is still my favorite fast food option out of any. If you didn't like their regular fries, try the lite well. read more

I was attending a school football game nearby and stopped to get a quick bite to eat, or so I thought. Traditionally, a long line at In N Out does not mean a long wait time. This location is definitely the exception. I waited 26 minutes in the drive through for my food today and that is the longest wait I have ever had at this chain. If I could have escaped the slow moving line I would have but I was pretty much stuck the moment I entered. Oily burgers and limp fries, truckload of sauce. I prefer Blake's or Whataburger's. I really don't know what all the hype is about In-N-Out burgers. It's better than McDonald's though. I don't know if they put oil on top of it before they serve it so it looks homemade I'm not too sure but if they do that better stop that's disgusting. There's even oil on the buns. There's no structure to the fries, when you squeeze it, you can actually squeeze grease out of it. That's just nasty. read more
