We both ordered the Box Combo, which consists of 4 chicken fingers, a slice of Texas toast, crinkle fries, Canes sauce, a cup of coleslaw and a fountain drink. The food was good and freshly made.. Nice, hot, flavorful. Service was good, with attention to a minor dietary restriction that they clearly labeled to prevent mix-up. Overall good experience. I didn't go inside this time. My husband and I went here for a quick dinner. The drive thru was pretty full, but it moved quickly. We got there at 6:11 and had our food by 6:20. The people working were great! I made a curbside order, got there early, and parked in the right spot. After waiting far past the time I was told on the site, I walked in and found out that they had the order and just didn't check for my car. It was almost empty, so it wasn't just a matter of being too busy. If not for the food I wouldn't be writing this, but sadly my sandwich was missing everything except the bun and the chicken; completely devoid of any of the other toppings it is supposed to have. The fries were unsalted, and the texas toast was soggy and untoasted. I had been here before. a couple years ago, and found that the styrofoam had melted below where the chicken was. We came here because we were denied service at stellar wings and loved it. The people who worked in the indoor counter had phenomenal customer service skills. They were very friendly and approachable. They got our orders fast regardless of the line of 20 people inside and 20 cars in drive thru. Our food came out in average time but it was hot and fresh. I ordered the chicken finger sandwich. I like how organized my box of food came where it looked like they paid attention to how they packed my food. Indoor seating was very clean which impressed me for how busy they were and how late it was. If Im in the area I'll definitely come back and eat here. read more

As soon as I entered the restaurant at opening, I was pleasantly greeted by a very friendly and welcoming employee! I was there on 3/19/26 at opening. I didn't get her name but she was petite, short with dark hair and pretty eyes. She was genuinely nice to me and it was so refreshing!!! Customer service is going downhill so fast nowadays. Cane's is lucky to have her! Also, my food was ready in a split second and it was hot, fresh and delicious! The music was a touch loud inside but thats not a big deal. i love this location, its close by, speedy service and they have never messed up my order. I love the box combo but if you need extra fuel the maniac is great too. Im from Las Vegas thus was already quite familiar with raising canes. Though I've never been a huge fan and typically preferred chick fil a. However, the chicken I had at this location was probably the best canes I've ever had. It was out super quick, yet was extremely fresh. The chicken basically melted in my mouth. Idk what this location is doing different, but please keep it up! If canes was like this every time I went it would be a much closer contender. Aside from the food, this location is also pretty nice, not that they all aren't, but this one particular had a large covered outdoor seating area, which most canes don't, so that was cool! read more

I didn't know what was all the excitement about Canes. Once we walked in it's just chicken strips but wow these chicken fingers aren't like any chicken fingers they are so tender and juicy. The flavor is so good. The sweet tea is refreshing. The place was small and I liked the decor. Idaho needs to have Canes, because Utah is too far to drive just for canes. Zero Stars. I cannot give a Atar rating at all after todayʻs experience. Tristan, the manager, at this given day and time,is very unprofessional. I would urge RaisingCaneʻs to reassess Tristanʻs role, before he does irreversible damage. He speaks very rudely and aggressively to crew. Also, he was observed to be rude to customers. Its no wonder his crew is made up of "mostly" new staff members; i would guess that no one really wants to work under his management. It was pretty busy here on a weekend morning. Good thing I was one of the first in line. Ordered a box combo, which gives you 4 chicken fingers, fries, one Cane's sauce, one Texas toast, coleslaw, and a drink. I like Cane's, but my first and only visit so far at this location left much to be desired. The crinkle cut fries were soggy and barely salted, so they required dunking in sauce. The Texas toast was very buttery and good taste-wise, but it wasn't toasted all that much, so it doesn't count as toast in my book, and was another soggy item in my box. Chicken fingers were lightly battered yet crispy and tasty, especially when dipped in Cane's sauce, but some pieces were quite small and my biggest issue was the dryness of the meat. It wasn't nearly as tender as the chicken fingers I had gotten at a different location. I'd try them again because this is the closest Cane's to me, but if the chicken is dry and the fries and toast are soggy again, I'll have to keep looking for a chicken tender spot that actually has tender tenders. read more

Our first time eating at Raising Canes. Staff was friendly and efficient. The Chicken fingers and sauce were tasty. However, we paid $10.00+ x two combo meals. The fries were barely cooked and were limp sad little potatoes which went into the trash. The Texas toast was only toasted on one side and joined its potato friends in the trash. The iced tea was pretty much brown water and the lemonade was weak yellow water. There are no Raising Canes in Indiana and I can honestly say I could care less if we never got one. read more

This store has been going down hill. The past 4 times have been hideous. The portion sizes are so small, both fries and chicken. They never give you the condiments that you request (Ketchup and Hot sauce) no napkins and I asked for easy ice in the drink but they never listen. Chicken is as good as Chick Fil A--but at 2.5x the price! Yikes. No thanks. Don't use the drive-thru. Nobody was in line and I waited 15 minutes for 2 meals. Ordered the 6 piece meal and 4 piece meal. Not only did it take exceedingly long, but we literally got HALF our order. The 6 piece came as a 3 piece! The 4 piece as a 2! The "Texas Toast" is some soggy bread heel--literally. For that kind of money, I'll go to Pretty Bird for much better quality: plus they get my order right and the price is worth what you get. Nothing really that special about Raising Cane's. I don't understand all the hype. The fries were tiny and dry. In terms of fast food crinkle fries, Del Tacos are way better!! The Cane sauce was super salty!!! After investigating ingredients I discovered it contains fish sauce (anchovies), so that explains it. Coleslaw with a packet of Louisiana hot sauce was nice! Old old old rancid oil. I have eaten here for the last time. I used to frequent this location often, but did notice it was so greasy like the oil isn't hot enough so absorbs into it so I go through a ton of napkins just to absorb all the oil, but this time you could tell the oil was so old it just had absolute rancid taste. We stopped by Raising Cane's on the day it opened. The drive thru line was pretty long, so we went inside, expecting to wait a bit, but not worried at all. Inside was clean and safe was friendly. We ordered a chicken tender combo, some lemonade and cole slaw. I'm surprised to say, we were in and out of the building in less than five minutes! Wow! The chicken tenders and toast were great, fries were good, but nothing to write home about. Cole slaw was okay, although I'm sure a lot of people enjoy vinegary cole slaw, I just don't. Ordered a Box and Caniac to share with the fam and the fingers were tiny - most were maybe 2.5" long . The worst part was the Box Combo only came with 3 fingers. I was surprised to see a short line here in the drive through. The line moved pretty slow. When I got my chicken tenders, I noticed they seemed smaller than compared to other locations. My chicken was tough to bite into and there were portions of my tenders that were all batter or ligaments of chicken. My fries were barely warm. Given my penchant and love for Popeye's, once this rolled into town, I felt I owed it to go and check this out. I didn't expect competition, per se, but I'm nothing, if not a completist (but I'm trying to get better). Anyway, I managed to finally remember and roll through to see if Ice-T, who is apparently the chain spokesperson, was going to lead me wrong. I guess first things first, the "famous" sauce you can make yourself by heavily peppering a sauce we're all familiar with here, known as "Fry sauce." Or by heavily peppering a combination of mayo and ketchup. I don't like fry sauce and didn't like this sauce, either. The chain has a very limited menu, which is either chicken sandwiches or chicken strips. This definitely means that any chicken is going to be have to be great. The chicken here is solid. It, like all of the other hot items, lent the impression that it was freshly made. The flavor is definitely not as good as Popeye's, though the strips themselves seemed slightly larger. There isn't any variation as far as spicy vs. regular, just what's there. I'd give it overall a solid, if unspectacular. Also to the good, you can get Coke Zero at this location, so bonus there. The sides...the sides are not great, to be frank. The "Texas toast" was a very soft and spongy bread with very little flavor to speak of, which accompanied the very little toast part, though one side did have a kinda sorta slight bit of crunch, with what I assume was supposed to be the butter flavor. The crinkle cut fries they push as "premium." In my case, that apparently also meant entirely unsalted. I got a caniac combo, which came in its very own styrofoam tray, which had holes in the lid to try to keep down condensation. This also made the lid useless as a serving tray, but the ketchup comes in those nifty packets like they have at Chick-Fil-A and the cane sauce comes in its own dipping cups. The coleslaw I didn't bother with, as its not something I generally bother with. So, I tried it. I wouldn't look past this chain if I was in the area and wanted something solid, but it's also expensive, so I won't be doing this too much. It is by no means no equal, or even close, to Popeye's. read more
