Humongous Chicken Tenders!!! These tenders are almost double in size to any other that I've gotten. An additional plus is how tender and juicy they are. I got the Charlie Sauce {fry sauce} and the Tiger {spicy honey}. Both sauces were a good match for the tenders. It would be nice if they had a description of the various sauce available. I reviewed this place about a year ago, but I need to update my review. Originally it was a 4 star, and probably the year before I would've rated it a 5. Over time I kept getting the chicken tender box, and time after time the tenders tasted less like chicken and more like breaded crispiness. It sucks too because I used to love coming here when I first discovered it. Now? It's hard to justify coming here when I don't feel like I'm getting enough chicken for my moneys worth. We have the honey mustard and ranch and Charlie sauce with our strips and they were all very good love their crinkle cut fries and their buffalo wings were awesome with the blue cheese! The tenders were fried to perfection -- crispy and crunchy on the outside, moist and juicy inside. You can tell the oil's fresh and the technique is locked in. Tiger Sauce had a sweet-and-sour flavor with just a little kick, and Charlie's Sauce gave seasoned fry sauce vibes with a nice tangy pickle note. We were suggested to come to this place from a friend, only to discover as we pulled up, that we came here 5 years ago and had already left a review The sad part is, I ALMOST wish we didn't come back. 1st, we stood in front of the register ready to order for a solid 5 mins while the employees just walked in front of us back and forth not even acknowledging our presence. Then when they did, they all seemed almost upset we were there. After ordering, we proceeded to sit there for 35 mins while we watched 4 or 5 orders after us get their food. I finally went up to ask what was happening, and asked if they had forgotten our order. Upon telling them our order number "211" it was obvious they had forgotten, but one of the workers said "uh no, we didn't forget". And they were frankly all kind of rude about it, like I'd done something wrong. They didn't even say "I'm sorry" once. To top it off, once we got our food, our order was a little messed up. We had an order of Nashville fries and asked that the sauces (particularly the hot honey) come on the side, as we weren't sure if it would be too hot. This was not done, and they forgot 5 of our sauces. The only redeeming quality, is that the chicken is as good as it was the first time I reviewed it. Very possibly the best chicken tender I have had. Though, the customer service was so bad, I don't think it's worth coming here for the best chicken tender in town. read more
