This review is for a delivery order #1 We were at work and couldn't figure out what was for Lunch. Someone mentioned that everyone loved Raiz the last time it was ordered so I was all on board. I ordered the Sweet potato fries and Tandoori chicken pizza. The fries were waffle cut and dusted with what i assume was cinnamon and sugar. They came with syrup for dipping. They didn't need the syrup. Sure it would probably taste great but the fries were AMAZING on their own. The pizza...... the crust was one of the best I've had in Central AR. It felt homemade but tasted fancy. The texture was great. I wish there was more sauce but that's a nitpick because the veggies were fresh and the chicken was so flavorful. I may have just created a new fixation meal. Our meals were packaged well and accurate. Our delivery came at the specified time. I'll definitely have to stop in to try more out in person. I've met the chef/owner before and you can tell how passionate he is about his menu and business. We will be adding this place to our workplace lunch rotation indefinitely. *other items ordered were a chicken sandwich (the bread was great according to my coworker. And the lemon cake.) read more

My husband and I just got back from a trip to Italy. The chef made sausage at Raiz Eatery is as good as the sausage we had in Italy. I also love their Reuben sandwiches. I had a sample of their homemade chicken and dumplings last time we visited - yum. We highly recommend this restaurant. read more

Would like to say that Scott the owner had a very friendly, witty and charming attitude. The restaurant was very clean, calming atmosphere with seating inside and outside. Service was fast. Now the food - I had the Ruben which was amazing, it's favorite of mine when I go places that offer it. My wife had the RBR and the chicken was perfectly cooked. The kids had the French dips which were devoured quickly with homemade potato chips. I will be visiting again soon. Got to try the pizza as they smelled fantastic. read more

This was our first time eating at Raiz. There were 6 of us. Everyone was very pleased with their meals. The restaurant is extremely clean, bright and inviting. The service was excellent. The owner/chef could not be nicer. My thin crust Hawaiian pizza was delicious. A friend ordered pepperoni pizza but with a regular crust. He was very pleased. Went here for a pick up order. Ordered a sandwich with gluten free bread. Asked the person taking the order how long it'll take so I can be back. The person asked the kitchen with my exact order to see when it'll be ready. The response came back- "10 mins". I left the place and showed up in 10 mins to find out they didn't have anymore gluten free bread. Then there some bickering with who to blame and someone recommended to just get it in a bowl even though I paid extra for the gluten free bread. I was in a hurry so I appreciated a solution and went with that. After I started eating my food, I realized I couldn't finish chewing this cheese. Turns out the paper that separated cheese comes with the cheese. Needless to say, disappointed and there was no compensation offered for the inconvenience/lack of inventory (gf bread being unavailable) . I did not call them to complain about the food because I figured it might turn into another blame game session ruining my time. I'd give them more time to get their stuff together and hopefully it'll get better read more

I thought I was going to Gandolfo's ny deli,all the outside signage said Gandolfos ,but when I entered it was all different. Server gave me a menu and then returned and asked if I had decided what I wanted. I told him I had planned on a pastrami on rye but didn't see it on the menu. He said they still had an old menu and could make it for me. They were in transition to the new Riaz eatery. I am glad he told me it was a pastrami on rye because I would have never figured it out by eating it. The sandwich was slathered with spicy mustard (way way too much)and the meat tasted nothing like pastrami. The house made potato chips were good, but the pickle spear was pure mush. It was absolutely the worst sandwich I ever tried to eat. It was so bad, I would not trust anything they cooked. Once was enough for me!!!! Service was ok but place a totally empty look. I hate to see this happen because Gandolfo's was a great place for a sandwich. I gave it one star because you can't go any lower. read more
