The pizza is amazingly flavorful and crust is crispy and the garlic knots are amazing. The service is great and all servers are incredibly nice. What really puts this place over the top is the fun decor including kites on cowlings and the fun of having two floors.

Just moved to Arkansas, first time I've had this and it checked all my boxes. 10/10. Ordered for takeout, looking forward to dine in.

This should probably be a 3.5. We went for late lunch on a Saturday, and the service was great!…read moreFirst, they have Pepsi instead of Coke products so that was an immediate bummer. We started with the beef carpaccio which was a very generous portion and great...probably the best value I've ever seen for that dish! Next time we'd order without the tomatoes on top (kinda seemed like canned, crushed tomatoes and not a traditional part of the dish), but it was a great start to the meal! Then my husband got the pappardelle bolognese, and I ordered the pork chop. We probably should have known not to order pasta after seeing their version of "carbonara"...penne instead of spaghetti, peas, cream, AND chicken on top...my Italian husband was getting hives just reading it. The bolognese had huge chunks of undercooked onions and just wasn't a traditional bolognese at all. The pork chop was fine, but kind of dry even though I ordered medium and with no char on the outside. The Brussels sprouts as the side veggie were good. If we go back, we'll just get a bunch of carpaccio!

This establishment really likes to pretend to be gourmet, but it's a pretentious farce. Paying the amount we did for what is hospital quality eggs and biscuits, overcooked bacon, dry sausage patties, and Jimmy Dean Sausage Links is bizarre. Ordered an eggs Benedict and whoever poached the egg failed to drain it properly and I 'enjoyed' watered down hollandaise sauce with very little flavor. If you want a similar experience head over to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and enjoy the cafeteria's breakfast for $29 dollars less! :) They did have a very nice band playing, I would've preferred just giving them all of the money. A pretty terrible experience overall! :)))) Service was polite and helpful at least.

I will give the good review first. I've been here multiple times; food and service have been great…read more Only thing, they can loose your reservations sometimes but that hasn't happened to us in a couple years. Just call the week of to confirm it. Now onto Feb. 14, 2026 (Valentines). Had reservations at 6pm for two. Our server was great, golden waitress that night. Got seated promptly. The place was gradually getting more guest but no big tables yet. The chef and kitchen staff are who got under my skin that evening. They use to be accommodating to a request. It was their way or the highway that night. I wanted the Veal dama bianca over pasta and not the veggies and potatoes. They wouldn't substitute for pasta that night, knowing your pasta station is always going because you're an Italian restaurant. To me, that would have been easier to do for your guest than plate it with all the veggies and potatoes, which aren't that good to begin with, paired with that dish! I would have gladly paid an up-charge for pasta to get what I wanted. ZERO accommodation that night. I will be back, but I was very disappointed with the kitchen staff this past Saturday night. I was really looking forward to that dish. Jay's Italian Villa and Via Roma are the only two places that served that dish. Jay's is no more, and Via Roma has the best Italian food and options in Hot Springs. Glad they did get back the osso bucco on the menu.
