First, they refused to negotiate pricing with me on the sets that I needed, which was hard but ok. Once I found the right set and agreed to the price, which was about 12:40pm, Josh said that he would send me an invoice by email and to pay it by 1PM. I told him ok and I got home with mins to go. He texted me about that time and asked me to pay, and I told him that I was doing it at that min. He said ok. I was having difficulty paying by PayPal initially and had to update my account but by 1min after 1, I was back on and making the payment to iLounge. At that min, 1:01pm, I got a message from Josh saying he canceled my order and gave the furniture to someone else. I was late by 1 maybe 2 mins and he cancelled my order. I was pretty surprised. That seemed so unreasonable and unkind. He knew I was working on it. So technically he did give me till 1pm. Philosophically, it would show good character and good customer care to maybe give me 5 extra mins and/ or check with your customer to see if they needed help before cancelling their order. Thats just what decent people (and smart business people) do. I guess I just put faith in Josh that he wouldn't drop my order so quickly and without a phone call. But he was cold and abrupt and cared nothing for my business or my event. Thats not the kind of company I want to deal with. Here is what our conversation looked like for proof: Josh at: 12:41 I will load once purchased thanks we will see you soon. Josh at: 12:54 Please make sure to make the purchase before 1pm in order for us to make it on time. Me at 12:55 when I arrived at home. Yes Josh at: 1:01PM Okay I'm sorry but i will have to cancel this order ... purchase hasn't been made and i have another client that just purchased for today thank you Me at 1:01. No, Im trying to pay for it now Josh at 1:01 Sorry just took another gig and i need to move now Thank you End: So although they have some good reviews, my experience was very disappointing. Jasmine made the most Incredible ballon arch that was perfectly on theme and just gorgeous and huge!! They also catered the food for us and we had over 125 guests. They did an amazing job and also did the food to fit our theme so everything was presented tea party style. So we had mini sandwiches and charcuterie and treats that were exactly what we were looking for. They also decorated it all so cute and nicely and made little menus for each item showing the ingredients that were also Alice themed. They had a tent and chairs guy come the day before so everything was set up in advance with the tent which we were so grateful as it gave us time to prep the space. They also arranged for a bounce house to come the morning of and they got us a cute castle one that went with our theme perfectly too!
