The arrived an hour before our party start time, they didn't need any help from us, they were able to set up the bounce house and we also rented the kids size chairs for the kids tables. They were beautiful white chivari kid size chairs. At the end of our party they picked everything up and it was one less thing to worry about. I liked that the bounce house came with a shoe bucket and socks for the kids to put on when in the bounce house, they loved them! I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry. Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they're so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make. I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they've been to. Moreover I've received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track. Our graduation party was on a Friday, and I called Mike just a couple of days before. We were able to coordinate and have it all booked for my event. I really appreciate him and his team taking my reservation at such short notice. This activity was the highlight of the whole party. We did the 3 race car stations. Each with its own set of cars and course. I want to say the person who arrived and assisted the children in their play, I think his name is Bryan? Sorry it escapes me at the moment, but he was great! He made sure they played safely and interactively, and he was in the mix showing them how to use each one of the stations. He was on time, set up everything independently and quickly. Take down time was quick as well. The children were non-stop entertained from the first minute to the last. They didn't want it to end. Truly such a memorable experience for all the children.
