End of appointment - no goodbyes, no words at all. What a waste of time and an overall unpleasant experience! Stay away from this man!

Dr Singh and his staff was response and he had both discussions and referrals to various tests to check if there were any underlying issues. He is very friendly and they always return my phone calls within a day. They also respond very quickly to text messages. I missed an appointment once and they waived my cancellation fee because they knew I was having financial hardships. I have been seeing psychiatrists for 20 years and Dr. Reddy is probably the best one I've seen. I'm very happy with her. You have to understand the limits of a modern psychiatry practice (they aren't therapists!) but, within those limits, Dr. Reddy performs very very well. I don't live near her office actually (I used to live closer) but I continue to drive out of my way and see her (even though it is somewhat inconvenient) because a good psychiatrist is worth his or her weight in gold. She suggested going to Dr. Miller and right away he was able to determine that my son broke his Hammate bone. He gave us the option to give it time to let it heal on it's own (which originally sounded like the best option), but then he stated that it will likely break again given that my son plays multiple sports. He then gave the option to have surgery to remove the broken bone. The surgery was quick and easy. His entire staff was wonderful as they took care of my son and all of his concerns. He was healed in 6 weeks and is back to hitting and working out in preparation for his coming Spring basball season. I have no issue paying for services rendered, but I would have appreciated receiving statements along the way instead of one large bill at the end. When I requested a detailed bill so I could submit it to my insurance company, I was told the office does not handle billing directly and that I needed to call an 1-866 number. I left at least ten voicemails. Each time, I was told someone would return my call within two days. I never received a single callback. I then went back to the office in person to request a detailed charge history. I was told I needed to speak with the office manager. After leaving her several messages with no response, I returned again and was told she was in a conference call. On my most recent visit, when I tried to speak with her directly, she refused and shut the door to avoid the conversation. This is a facility I trusted with my medical care. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has left me feeling extremely disappointed and disrespected. I will not be returning and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
