Decided to give it a try because everyone has different experiences. Overall, I would say that my family had a great experience with our eye exams, very thorough and efficient. I would rate the doctor as 5 star. The front desk people are not great and maybe I just also had bad luck with them. Our first time as a family here and found that I had to make call multiple times to get a call back, they do not respond to text message (though they direct you to use text) and seemed unfamiliar with insurance/unwilling to figure it out. Therefore, it was fine overall - we got what we needed in the end, but will probably would not go back.

She listens and is personable with amazing bedside manner. The rating is not for her service, credentials, or expertise but for her front staff. These aspirational IG influencing ladies, are always rude and rushing. Two times I have had to tell her staff that I do not use medical insurance for any visits and had been billed once through my medical coverage and after countless calls, and emails, I was finally refunded my "out of pocket costs" for my annual visit. Not one apology offered for the indignant attitude given by the staff or for the erroneous mistake of billing the wrong insurance. After even walking the younger woman through my insurance copays and also providing their phone number to verify she still sent the bill to my insurance and charged me. Today the same scenario with a different aspirational influencer. Less resistance though and actually looked up my insurance and coverage but also I refused to provide my medical insurance. I'm sure had I provided it she would have taken the same lazy route as the other lady a year and a half ago - and billed the wrong insurance again.

She treated the uveitis and Dr. Lisker let me know that this recurrent uveitis was likely related to an underlying autoimmune disease that I have. Because of Dr. Lisker's diagnosis, I was able to find a Rheumatologist that diagnosed me with the actual autoimmune disease that I have. I am now on appropriate treatment for the underlying autoimmune disease. My experience with Dr. Heidi Lisker was great.

I've been going to Dr Mojgan for years and decided to follow her to the new location when she opened her own practice. She has always been kind and attentive every time I saw her and made the whole process as easy as possible for me. Well, this time I decided to take my two boys there. They both needed new glasses, and they wanted to try contact lenses for the first time. Wow! She was so patient with them and encouraging even when one of them literally spent 2 hours trying to get his contacts in!
