I've had a bit of a mixed bag with this office, but have been relieved that it hasn't been nearly as bad as the reviews suggest. They use very outdated systems for record-keeping and communication, although I was told they're updating some of this. You have to fill out a scantron for current symptoms at every check-in (no electronic check-in options). The waiting room is very small and seems to be constantly crowded. The staff at the desk aren't the friendliest, but they're professional and competent. I have had issues with the communication between the clinic and the lab, and turn-around for test results can be extremely slow. This is made worse by the outdated record-keeping and communcation systems. Unlike MyChart, test results are only posted after the provider has reviewed them. I'm being treated for PCOS (now PMOS). It's been a bit frustrating how much this office focuses on weight gain/loss. It's a symptom associated with my condition, but it shouldn't be the primary focus. If PMOS had been explained in terms of a metabolic disorder rather than simply an issue of stubborn weight gain, I would have been more keen on beginning treatment. Because I have a history of disordered eating and body dysmorphia, focusing predominately on weight can be triggering. This office would do well to update their approach to discussing weight issues. I'd also like to see providers at this clinic do a better job of caring for gender non-conforming/expansive patients. Not everyone who has PMOS is a woman! (As a side note, GLP-1 meds are almost exclusively advertised as weight loss drugs, but I'm only just learning that they have way more benefits for PMOS than just helping you to lose weight!) All of that said, I REALLY like PA Ameya Patel. My physician, Dr. Sheshadri, is pretty good but it was difficult to schedule with her and she can be slow to communicate test results etc. When I managed to get seen by her, our appointments always felt rushed and, again, very focused on weight gain rather than other symptoms. I did, however, appreciate that she seems to understand that calorie counting can be triggering for folks with a history of disordered eating. PA Patel, by contrast, always takes the time to really listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my condition and options for treatment. I've been impressed that she remembers details from conversations we had months prior and her sensitivity to my particular needs and concerns. PA Patel was also very informed about the recent research on how to properly diagnose and treat PMOS and was prepared to explain some of the ways that insurance coverage can affect our options for treatment. Lauren Hendricks NP-C and her clinical supervisor, Dr. Glenn Stall, are on top of everything; their staff are professional, kind, caring, and great at communication. The reception staff are top-shelf, always helpful with patients and able to get things done before folks go in for our appointments. Same with check-out staff. I finally found a new Endocrinologist at UNC Rex. Several times, I asked my doctor and nurse to recommend another doctor. I was NOT happy with them. I even changed docs within the practice! They don't give a flip about me! I told them I had found another doctor, and when I was due for my scheduled bone density test, I canceled; however, they have now charged me. I am so glad and rid of them! They are right next to UNC. It's a no-brainer. read more

The front office staff is the literal worst. I wish I would've found these reviews before I scheduled my first appointment. My doctor, who I won't name, but is an endocrinologist and I saw her 3 times and she was horrible. I drove an hour to see her and spent 5 minutes with her as she rushed me out of the office. She also made a comment and said "don't worry miscarriages are normal and happen to women all the time" when I expressed my worry about my labs results and how my disorder was leading to multiple miscarriages. I have since been switch to her nurse practitioner who I've seen once and so far she seems extremely polite and sweet and kind. But the front staff...YALL SUCK. They'll cut you off while you're talking, transfer you while you're talking without letting you know they're transferring you. Then the person your transferred to never calls back with a follow up to let you know anything. It's just poorly ran overall I'd be extremely embarrassed to be the manager of that office because your staff need some work done. read more

I rarely write reviews, but I felt this needed to be shared. The front desk staff at Raleigh Endocrinology have been extremely rude and unprofessional . There's a noticeable lack of compassion or patience when dealing with people which is especially disappointing in a healthcare setting where kindness should come first.I expected a higher level of customer service, especially from a medical office. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and cared for. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. read more

AVOID. I don't know how this practice is in the UNC Network, or even open. He clearly prescribes Prolia a lot but, for some reason, I had to source it myself, then make MULTIPLE calls to his assistant to explain to her how to order it. Particularly frustrating with the language barrier. It's like health care in the 80s. None of them seem to email. No MyHealth or MyChart. I had to get his assistant to snail mail me my lab report. Speaking of labs: They double-billed Blue Cross and me last March. Ten months later, they still haven't refunded me. Life's too short y'all. I had my first appointment at Raleigh Endocrine Associates today. I almost didn't go because I read all these reviews last night, but I decided I'd rather have that $100 than give it to them. I had an 8:30 am appointment with Gregg Stall - and arrived with 4 minutes to spare. I was greeted with neutral indifference by the front desk staff. I definitely tried to engage her, but she just wasn't having it - but - at least she wasn't rude. I only waited for about 5 minutes before Dr. Stall's nurse called me in. She was very sweet. She asked some questions and took my vitals and we chit-chatted the whole time. After she left, we only waited another 5 minutes before Dr. Stall came in. He was smiling and immediately started with "Dad jokes" and kind of dry humor - but we chatted about TV shows, holidays, kids, etc for about 10 minutes before we started the actual appointment. I had been asking for about three years to be referred to an endocrinologist for suspected Metabolic Syndrome, and my previous three doctors refused to refer me and just blamed me for my symptoms. Even when I did everything they said and things were getting worse, they wouldn't refer me and just told me I needed to try harder. My new PCP finally referred me (but not before blaming me and telling me to try harder). When Dr. Stalls said "So what brings you here?" I told him I thought I had Metabolic Syndrome, and I told him what I think I did to cause it - and he almost cut me off and said "Oh, you definitely have it! and this is not your fault. This is genetic. The stork dropped you down the wrong chimney...Let's drop a bomb on this instead of going in with a pistol like everyone else has been doing." I was in shock!! For three years, I've been fighting about this! I even brought my husband with me today (as my witness) because I was fully expecting to be blamed and called a liar - - - again! Dr. Stalls was very warm, kind, empathetic, and informative. He wasn't condescending or dismissive in the least. I still can't believe how well the appointment went and I'm actually looking forward to seeing him again i 3 months! The woman who checked me out was super friendly and engaging as well. I don't doubt what everyone wrote here (especially because there were so many people saying the same things; I just can't believe it was all about the facility that I visited today. read more

Office poorly staffed. Dr Berlin and staff neglect portal follow up and do not return calls or messages. Unprofessional.

I have only been twice so far and very pleased with Dr. Berlin. He listens and seems very knowledgeable. However, outside of Dr. Berlin and the person (forgot her name) that checks you in the rest has been a nightmare. PERSCRIPTION: My prescription was sent to Amazon Pharmacy and then vanished. I asked if they would re-send it and they said No. Keisha seems to be the person who handles calls and online messages for Dr. Berlin. Dealing with her has been the worst medical office experience I have had. She refused to re-submit the prescription or help with the issue in any way. So after several calls to Amazon I found out they only take e-scripts for controlled medications. I tell this to Keisha and her response in writing was..."We only fax prescriptions. Sorry for the inconvenience." I asked if she had any advice on where/how how to get the medication. She would not reply. Since Keisha would not help... I called the maker of the drug and ask them for options. They told me about their in house RX card to help reduce the price of the medication. They also told me about the mail order pharmacy they usually deal with. I got all of their information and put submitted a message on their portal to send the RX to that pharmacy. The response I got back from Keisha was "oh yes that is the pharmacy we usually send that prescription to." Keisha seemed to have no interest in helping with anything. BILLING: I have visited twice and paid twice...but my bill have been wrong both times. They use a third party billing company and it is hard to get information and/or see their billing. I have from my insurance 2 charges and it shows that I am paid in full. However, while pre-registering for upcoming visit... it says I owe some odd amount. Their 3rd party billing system for me has been a total failure. I really do like Dr. Berlin and want to stay but it is hard to deal with their front office (Keisha in particular) and billing. read more

Very brief: steer clear of Lauren Hendricks. First, she is not a credentialed doctor. She lacks empathy, communication skills, professionalism, and any trait that is necessary when working a public servant job. Terrible person. Not worth typing a novel about, just be warned of this disaster, and see a real doctor if you must. But honesty there's a million practices between here and chapel hill that are actually worthy of your money, time, and mental health. RUN! read more

I don't recall how I found this place, but so glad I did. I love my provider team. Dr. Weir and her mid level, Lauren are amazing. They have a philosophy that is person centered. They ask about my life and what changes I need to make and how I can accomplish this. I feel like most doctors dictate to you how to mange your health. The truth is most of us know we need to make changes, but how to accomplish this and still work and live. I have made some good life Chang because of their support. I have been more willing to consider and take medication. I am still working on accepting my health changes, but that's another thing. My only concern is the wait. Somehow they seem to end up behind a lot. I know it is partially due to the large number of patients they see and the good care, but wow. On my last visit some poor doctor was running two hours behind. I work in healthcare and so that poor providers whole day was now a nightmare. Not to mention the poor patients. Overall, I love my team and I have learned to just take the whole day off when I have to visit because I never know what to expect in terms of wait time. read more

So far I've had a good experience with Dr Sheshadri and staff. On time, easy to schedule without the long (long!) waits at Duke-affiliated practices. I see many poor reviews from last year or so, mainly centered on long waits, unfriendly personnel/staff, and extra hassles stemming from the practice being behind the times technologically. I know at my first appointment in early 2023, they had just transitioned to using an online app, digital records, and everyone was friendly at the office. So, my guess is they have taken these steps to improve. read more

The PA (Kiesha) incorrectly wrote my prescriptions. The items she wrote prescriptions for are incompatible and cannot be use together. I tried to get it corrected, thought I did, and learned later that day they were still incorrect. I called again, and she asks why I called earlier and took up her time if I was calling again now. Im calling again because the problem was not resolved. My prescription still was not visible to the pharmacy, so I send a message through the (barely functional) patient portal. she tells me that she sent it to the CVS. I've never used a CVS and all other prescriptions went to a nearby Walgreens. I call again, and ask why that is. She responds that she told me in a message that she sent it to the Rite Aid, and that that was what was in my patient portfolio. I tell her that's incorrect as everything should be going to Walgreens. I'd already spoken to the pharmacist and they didn't have it. She denies and, admittedly very frustrated at this point, I tell her that she needs to correct the prescription. Her response is to end the call. I was also sent a bill for $500 despite providing my insurance which covered the cost in full. Though I did not have to pay it (supposedly, I don't trust that they have actually nullified this correctly) it is very concerning that they missed it in the first place. I have heard of at least one other similar experience from another patient. Staff reject any attempt at communication, are unable to write prescriptions even when shown exactly how the prescription should be written, are rude and unprofessional, and quite simply, are either incompetent or lie by denying things which they have done incorrectly. Dr. Berlin was fine (though not outstanding), however, the abysmal quality of the staff far outweigh any positives. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've EVER had in any medical setting. While Dr. Sheshadri herself seems knowledgeable and might be great in a different setting, her nurse is an incompetent, dismissive, rude and simply careless employee. I've started going to this practice in February and its mid June and I'm an just now able to get a prescription filled. I wish I had REALLY read the reviews before choosing this place. From the get go it's been a circus, I made a appt and waited for 5 weeks as the doctor I wanted to see was on vacation. On the day of the appointment that I NEVER received a email/text confirmation from, I called almost an hour ahead of schedule to let them know I wouldn't be able to make it 15min ahead as they suggest for new patients, the answer I got on the phone was "that's totally fine because the office closes for lunch from and they'll probably just be reopening by the time you get there. The person didn't care to look at my information or my appt for that matter and when I get there exactly at the time of my appt they said they'd need to reschedule because my appt was for 11am not 1pm (even though this was 100% untrue) after clearly being aggravated and shuffling around to give me other dates for the appt, I asked to speak to the office manager about the whole situation and she was trying to accommodate my request so I just agreed to one of the dates offered again only to find they offered me wrong times and that wasn't available. The manager starts shuffling other things around hoping to reschedule another patient to get me in and when we had agreed on that and I had left the office, I got a call while in the elevator to come back upstairs because they conveniently had a cancellation so that initial appt that according to their info usually takes an hour was rushed and lasted no more than 15min. I was scheduled for labs (the lab techs were honestly the only people in the place capable of smiling and being friendly) and when my results came back and went for my follow up, the Dr. said a pre-auth for the medication would have to be sent and that the process would probably take 3 weeks. I initially went to the Dr. in hopes to manage my hormones but with lack of sleep and extreme fatigue as my major concerns, I was prescribed a weight loss drug. After 3 and a half weeks had gone by and my insurance had not received any paperwork, I began to contact the office to check the status. I sent a couple of messages and then called until I finally got through and the nurse said they only had a single person handling pre-auth from home and she was slammed so to please call her by the end of that week and I did but she wasn't in the office. I contacted again the following Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and every time got no response through the portal and no call back. After nearly losing it over the phone with the operator somebody actually put her on the phone and she proceeded to tell me I needed to calm down and that she wasn't going to be harassed or let me be rude to her staff when I was doing exactly what she asked me to do which was follow up. She claimed the forms had been sent the week before but my insurance had no record of it and she kept saying that was my problem so I called my insurance and asked them to participate in a 3-way call only for this nurse to be dismissive and rude to the ins agent. The truth is she didn't even know what the insurance company was but somehow she wanted us to believe she had sent the form. These call took place around 4:00 that afternoon and the insurance was certain they had not received it so she asked the nurse to please resend, that ALSO didn't happen instead the following morning around 8am I received a message through the portal saying my insurance had denied the claim and a new drug was prescribed and sent to CVS for me to pick up, I picked my battles and tried but to add insult to injury one of the most common side effects of it was insomnia (literally what I said I needed help with) I tried the medicine and my body hated it, I went for my follow up explain the symptoms and the bad experience with the nurse and the pre-auth problem, Dr. Sheshadri told me that the person in charge of those was actually in the office that day and that she would personally walk it over to her (this was May 16) I waited, and waited, and waited because this time it was supposed to not be delayed so I started to follow up I sent about 5 messages in the portal over 2 weeks, I left at least 3 voicemails, and called and asked to speak to someone who could help and each time I was sent to the nurse's voicemail, the same one clearly incapable of responding to me. She finally answered on Friday Jun 3 that she had not sent it and that she was out of the office with a sick child (same explanation I was given the time of the first delay) but that she had just sent it, she cut me off as always, didn't answer my questions because I'm assuming her time is more valuable than mine and read more

I have some complaints about the front desk staff. Tasha is very rude with a nasty attitude. Not a good look for your office. I wouldn't hire her to change my cat's litter box. For that reason, I WOULD NOT recommend!!! read more

Everyone in the office was very polite, efficient, and friendly. The doctor spent lots of time with me, which made me feel very confident.

I never give bad reviews but this time I feel that I should. I've given this medical office at least 5 chances. But, after poor service, awfully long wait times to see the doctor when I have an appointment, and mediocre medical advice each time, I gave up and now go to another Endocrine that I love and who has almost healed me. I finally asked the Doctor at Raleigh Endo why the wait times are consistently over an hour and he admitted that there are two types of Doctors here - consultant and salaried. Salaried MDs don't have the pressure of seeing patients like a cattle call. Consultants do. So, Consultants need to see more patients to meet the quota and get the big payments. Salaried MDs can take their time and don't need to see hundreds of patients a day that they can't provide good service to. This place also doesn't have the PA, RN or Admin staff like my other MDs. My other MDs have their support staff take notes into the computer and prep the patient before the MD sees me. My MD here, typed in his own notes which took forever since he couldn't really type fast, also didn't seem prepared and seemed out of sorts. One other note, just because you're moved from the main lobby into another small office with a few patients is unsanitary and still counts as wait time!!! Waiting over an hour to see the Doctor when you have an appointment seems antiquated nowadays. I never wait long for my other specialists. read more

Appointments are always running late (though I've learned to choose appt times early in the morning to improve the odds), and filling my prescription (which requires authorization from Raleigh Endocrine) always requires numerous visits and/or phone calls to the pharmacy and Raleigh Endo to make any progress. If there is a positive side, the staff and doctors are certainly competent and friendly enough. But I'm very tired of the inevitable hassles and delays every time I attempt to get my med. I'm ready to look elsewhere, or just go off the meds and see what happens. read more

I have never "fired" a practice before I did with this office! They don't explain anything, just push pills! The nurse, if she is one calls, is very disorganized and unprepared, cannot answer any questions at all! They are very cold and with the reaction to the two meds they put me on with no explanations as to why, they could hardly care when I got sick from them! Do not go here. - Wait times - even if you show up on time for your appt, wait at least 1hr+ - Prescriptions - consistently screwed up, mis-handled, mis-placed, or just never made - Communication - if you call, you will be forced to leave a voicemail, which they do not return - if you get someone on the phone at all (sheerly by luck) odds are they cannot help you This place is just generally mis-managed - they cannot fax a form to insurance, return phone calls, get an appointment right, charge the right amount to a card - they schedule appointments then re-schedule them without telling you. I am not sure if it matters if the doctor is any good, when you can't see them or get what they prescribed. read more

This place is horrible. Communicating with them horrible. Long wait times and they forget about you. I came in for blood work and waited an hour. I was waiting in the main waiting area, the front desk staff tells me to walk around to the blood work area after already waiting 30 min for a scheduled appointment for blood work. Then I proceed to wait another 20 min or so because I see how busy they are, just to finally get up and ask what's going on and they tell me I was never on the list for blood work . The doctors are great but the nurses and other staff under are very disorganized, don't pass information to other employees, one person says one thing you call back and hear something different, they get snippy with you when your just trying to get your medication and supplies to legit survive. I've even used the message portal and would be talking with one nurse and had different nurse reply and say what the other nurse said never happen, which is funny because the proof is literally in the messages. I'm a type one diabetic and let the office know my supplies are running low and they have had ample time to communicate with where I get my supplies from because a new order was needed. It's been 2 weeks now (I called almost every other day to see what's going on) I'm basically out of supplies and have to revert to my old way of checking my blood sugar instead of using my CGM. My insulin pump supplies are low too. Funny this is in order to send a new order it's just faxing information. I've talked with one nurse that said she got the information and sent it back already yet no one received it and then the following day another nurse from this office says they haven't even received anything. Somebody is lying or not communicating!!!!! Being a fellow nurse working in busy emergency department I completely understand some things are out of the staffs control. BUTTTT better communication, giving explanations of what's going on ( the flow of things, the tone of your voice/attitude, showing empathy as ALL healthcare workers should do would go a long way. I would not tell anyone about or even go to this office until some changes are made. read more

Dr. Berlin is great and reassuring!! He makes you feel very at ease and goes out of his way to explain your condition. The Doctor talks in common terms so there is no misunderstanding. The use of a model to help descibe the issue is very helpful. He checks with you to make sure his disciptions are understandable and complete. You are not rushed and incouraged to ask questions. Dr. Berlin and staff are very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone! I will be sure to let my general practioner know how pleased I am that he referred me to Dr. Berlin. read more

This rating is for Dr. Becker. As a person who has spent a lot of time in various doctor's offices, I can honestly say that I've never had a worse experience with a medical professional. So bad that I broke down in tears during my visit. First, there is no question that the electronic medical records system is ruining healthcare in America in general. (It's one among many things doing so, but still.) Dr. Becker takes electronic medical records to a whole new level. He was so obsessed with writing down what I was saying that he didn't appear to actually hear anything at all. He made minimal eye contact and he obsessed over what billing code I might fall into. Second, on the theme of listening, his interaction with me was so bizarre and robotic that I wondered for a while afterward if he actually might have some sort of disorder himself. Here's how this played out. I went in thinking that I might have some sort of thyroid disorder. Horrible fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, stomach issues, skipping periods, etc. etc. The following conversation ensued: Dr. B: Your test results are negative for a thyroid disorder. M: Ok, but I'm still suffering from these symptoms. What are some other options? Dr. B: It could be anything, really. [full stop] M: .... Well I've been reading about PCOS and I've had these various symptoms. Could it be PCOS? Dr. B: Oh, well you definitely have PCOS. M: Ok, well, isn't there treatment for PCOS? Dr. B: There are several, but you haven't been tested for PCOS. M: Ok.... so I'll take the test. Dr. B: Well, there's not really a test. M: Ok, so how do you know anyone has PCOS. Dr. B: Well, from these various symptoms, I can say you have PCOS. M: Ok.... so why can't you prescribe treatment for PCOS? Dr. B: Because you didn't come to see me for PCOS. You came to see me about a thyroid disorder and you don't have a thyroid disorder. And so on, such that I was trapped in an unwinnable logic game with my doctor who was somehow unable to treat me because I didn't check the appropriate boxes on the intake form. (Shame on me for confusing a thyroid problem with any other endocrine issue.) Third, his condescension regarding my health issues is what ultimately brought me to tears. I said I had fatigue so bad that I couldn't even make it to work some days, when I had a history of working 8 hour days and then spending 2 hours in the gym regularly. His responses included, "sometimes we don't have as much energy as we would like to think that we do" and "sometimes our age catches up with us." (I'm 33, by the way.) When I complained about weight loss despite my very tightly controlled macro counting diet for my 5'9 cross-fit frame (see, e.g., two hours at the gym, etc.), he told me that couldn't possibly need to eat more than 1200 calories a day. I found it callous and, dare I say, sexist, that he did not recognize my symptoms as legitimate. Thus, the tears. Go to Dr. Becker if you have a clearly defined measurable issue. He is probably a great doctor for reading labs and administering medicine accordingly. But if you have anything less than an easy answer and are looking for someone to really think through your healthcare with you, spare yourself the time, frustration, and tears. Dr. Berlin is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is thorough and takes time to explain everything so you understand the basic science behind whatever he is talking about. He cares about numbers as well as how you are feeling and is never dismissive. He is also very personable. The office staff could use some improvement and there are often wait times but I would rather wait than be shuffled in and out of a doctors office without a physician hearing your concerns. read more

Doctor Becker is a fantastic doctor.... However, the billing staff and office manager are lazy and rude. If you have an insurance company that requires a new referral every year; make sure you get it done. I was told 2 years after that my insurance company was not paying them. A great company would realize there is an issue sooner and would have contacted the patient... Bottom line.. I was making payments... lost my job....was late 1 time... then they sent me to collections..... I will NEVER recommend these folks read more

I had to mark a star just to post. I wouldn't give Raleigh Endocrinology any stars. I have called their office 6 times in two days and left messages for a return call from Medical Records. I just wanted to request my records be sent to a different practice and what do I need to make that happen. Can't get to the "portal " to get to the release form. If you go here they want your authorization for your credit card on file so they can bill you if you have a balance. This practice is so interested in money. I'm interested in my health. Still have not talked to anyone except an appointment person and she transferred me to medical records where once again I got a voicemail !!! This is so unprofessional. I guess if you're trying to go to another Doctor, Raleigh Endocrine simply doesn't care . read more

i tested positive for covid the morning of my appointment with dr. berlin. i called the office and told them my symptoms and they told me not to come in. i drive from new bern nc to raleigh just to see dr. berlin, which is a 2 hour drive. i am also 78 years old. i started getting statements from the office for a missed appointment fee. i called the billing department and they said they could not remove the charge the dr would have to review and they would get back to me. i have been calling about this for several months and no one and i mean no has called be back, but i am now getting collection calls for my missed appointment for $75. i feel this is a terrible way to run a practice. i could understand if i was a person that broke several appointments, but in the over 2+ years i have never missed an appointment. read more

The doctors here are fine but office management is a train wreck. I've had multiple appointments "somehow canceled" and had to leave messages upon messages to get any response or reschedule. This time I've left 4 voicemails for my doctor's nurse and no answer after my appointment was missed almost 2 weeks ago. I'm feeling terrible like my thyroid is out of balance and they did a test but until I get an appointment I can't get any action on it or know what's going on. This is totally ridiculous. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL, The staff is just awful. A lot of them. It is like they hire the same personality as the person who is hiring whoever that is. They all have the same attitude of not caring or helping to resolve anything. They are rude and really very very inefficient or just don't care how you view them. I have tried several times to communicate with them in a civil manner and it just doesn't work or they blame the next person for their inaccuracy. I had to go somewhere else. read more

I was extremely unhappy with the practice. The staff were rude and didn't listen. I was given an in the arm glucometer. When I called to tell them the meter and the arm sensor was not connecting. The woman I was speaking to me on the phone was extremely rude to me. When after the 30 minute drive I got back to the office the nurse did the same thing I did and after about 10 minutes it failed to launch. On my way out I asked to speak with someone about my experience I was asked to wait in an office. After waiting 15 minutes I left. When on my way out I realized the meter wasn't working the lady I spoke with to talk with someone came and told me the nurse said I told them I didn't think keeping the monitor within 20 feet of me. That had nothing to do with why I was there. I told her that our inability to communicate was unacceptable so please cancel my follow up appointment and the manager gave the the two finger get out wave. read more
