Yum! I first tried one of these after an exercise class and it was delicious. I've only had Raleigh Raw Juices a handful of times, but I've been very pleased with how fresh the juice was. A few things: 1. Raleigh Raw does not currently have a store (their website says one will be opening in 2015), so it makes the juice hard to get. However, I have ordered from their website, and it was easy to coordinate delivery with them. 2. Kale Me Maybe and Salt-N-Pepa are my favorites! I wasn't a fan of the nut milk one, but that might just be my personal preference. 3. Like all raw juice, it is expensive and it expires quickly. This is a great treat for myself, but not something I would purchase weekly. I look forward to their store opening next year and can't wait to see what they will bring! read more

High quality, delicious, really pricey but oh so good...I always cringe as I realize i'm paying $20+ for a small lunch and smoothie, but two seconds later I understand why everything costs so much. Everything is so freaking good and I always feel so good after enjoying Raleigh Raw. The space is small but comfortable, there's always a table to grab lunch or enjoy your coffee. The employees are very helpful, always ready with suggestions of what to try! All in all I am a a fan! We have been receiving a delivery of Raleigh Raw for about a month now and cannot say enough good. They delivery straight to our door it is the perfect thing to wake to on Monday mornings. Favorite flavors: Cashbah, Morning Glory, Rock Steady, Kale Me Maybe, and Ion Lion Zion. Not only are they amazing but they are the only Organic, fill the bottle to the rim, 100% raw, 100% all juice (no water), and sourced within 100 mile juice in Raleigh. Raleigh Raw Cafe is an amazing addition to Downtown Raleigh. I'd been following their posts and updates about opening and went for the first time last Thursday. I've. Been. Back. Every. Day. Since. I can't get enough of this place. As I'm working through the menu I've found everything delicious, fresh, and of amazing quality. I'm excited for them to offer more "in house" options rather than grab and go in terms of food, but today for lunch I took the Coconut Ceviche to go and wow. It's probably in the top 5 yummiest things I have ever eaten. The staff here is amazing. Twice I've gone in with friends who didn't know about Raleigh Raw or what they did and someone there kindly told them about their juice and other products even explaining the process and how they select ingredients. This is definitely a great place if you're a vegan or vegetarian and want to introduce carnivorous friends to some healthy meat-free options as well. I'm definitely going to look into one of their cleanse packages, but outside of that this is going to be a constant in my breakfast/lunch/all the other times rotation. The vibe inside is relaxed and cool. I can definitely see myself spending lots of time here on days when I have the opportunity to relax and stop for a reason other than a quick lunch. I decided to try a 3 day custom cleanse and while it was alright, it def wasn't the best I've ever had. Could be my taste though i don't know. When I do juice cleanses, I want the juices to be thick enough where I need to chew it at times. It just tastes and feels so much fresher. The Ion Lion Zion and Regulator flavors were terrible. But, Morning Glory and this Watermelon Chia flavor they had were amazing. In other cleanses I've done, I'm "cleansing" way more if you know what I mean lol. So would I do another cleanse from Raleigh Raw again? I don't think so. But I would def recommend trying a few of their juices as a snack or something. I want to write 2 separate reviews bc I really want to give this place 5 stars it has great juice and smoothies the poke bowls are sooo good and although the selection is limited food wise, you can always eat in really good conscious here. The first few times I've been when visiting Raleigh I loved it i always bring friends w me, this time with a date I arrived a little before closing (they close at 7pm everyday) the cashier was super nice and accommodating he said it was fine if we ordered quick and even let us finish eating b4 clearing the patio area. We order 3 bowls to share, "no sesame on anything please" get the bowls, So beautiful we open one bowl and start eating, open the next two, look down, okay sesame visibly all over 2 bowls, I panic as I had already started into one of the bowls "I'm so sorry I hate sending stuff back and it might be too late if so I understand but I'm really allergic to sesame" the cashier again super nice says no worries no sesame. The bowls come back I'm so excited, start eating, happy, talking to my bf and look down for the next bite and omg I'm eating sesame! Sesame all inside the bowl in the form of wakame salad (delicious if ur not allergic to sesame) ughhhh. I ate here on Thursday, it's Saturday, I've been too sick to even write a review and as I sit here super sick still with cancelled plans on a ton of allergy meds ignoring everyone's texts bc I feel like I'm legit dying, I can't help but think wth, not cool man, not cool. PS everyone complaining about cost 1) you get what you pay for they have good quality produce you might be more comfortable at smoothie king 2) fish costs more here than Hawaii bc of the shipping. They trudged along during the forced restrictions of the pandemic and are taking a stand and not forcing people to follow along unnecessary mask mandates nor are they enabling the violation of our constitutional rights and freedoms by asking for "vaccine passports". Four stars for freshness and high quality ingredients. A great attention to detail is what has brought this place on the map. I love absolutely love that. Their green tea match latte is my favorite. It's got maple syrup which I thought was kinda unique and added a special taste. I love love love their poke bowls! The rosarito is my favorite but I regularly order the Faroe Monch. The poke bowls are amazing but small in portion, making them expensive and a serious indulge if you're like me and crave these regularly. You will especially spend around $20 for lunch here if you order an accompanying drink. I just wish the portions weren't so tiny because I frequently find myself hungry a bit afterwards. I have been ruined for Poke since I have yet to find a place that has such FRESH ingredients and amazing sauces as Raleigh Raw. My partner and crime and I always get the House Wheatgrass shot, a fresh juice and a poke bowl (also sometimes a Crack Coffee because that is the perfect term for it). This place is GREAT for those on a Ketogenic or Paleo diet as well. The Crack Coffee is MCT Oil and grassfed butter - it will HYPE you up and also taste super delicious. One of my favorite parts about living downtown is trying new spots like Raleigh Raw Cafe. I was really excited for the place to open. I would occasionally pop into Benelux Cafe to grab a juice from the vending machine there after working out. Now I can pop into the cafe for a smoothie on the spot. Today was my first visit, it looks like the perfect place to stop in, work on your computer or meet with friends and grab a coffee or smoothie. They have a fridge too so you can also just pop in, grab juice or fresh snack and be back on your way. I tried the Berry Bee Pollen smoothie, it was really really delicious. Very crunchy but they care about their product here and that goes a long way in my book. I'm not a big health nut but I know a quality smoothie when I get one. One made with real fruit, vegetables, and none of that fake nasty sugar you find in the likes of Smoothie King or Jamba Juice. This place knows food and makes it taste great in many forms. I haven't had the lunch dishes or really any of the food but I hear good things. I have had the crack coffee and that is done really well here so give it a try if you need a healthy pick me up. Love these juices! I think I have tried them all now... I have done several 3 day and one 5 day cleanse. The only juice I don't like is the Cashbah nut juice -- but I think that is just personal preference bc my family all liked that one, I just prefer the greener / less sweet juices. The juices are fairly expen$ive, but I would rather pay someone to use organic ingredients and do the juicing work for me, than do it myself. #realtalk. Worth the money. I also like that they try to source ingredients locally. Yay local! 2 negatives: I don't like that they charge me for delivery just bc I live approx 7 minutes OTB... I work 35 minutes outside of Raleigh, but they'd deliver there for free? But then I'd have to haul the juices home? Just a little annoying. Second complaint is that I'd like to know more about the nutrition facts (sugars, carbs, etc) in the juices. That's mostly just bc I'm curious... These juices are much LESS sweet than any of the "national" juice cleanse companies that I've tried, so I don't think they have excessive sugar, but I'm still curious.
