My favorite thing about this shopping center is that it's free of undesirables (druggies, creepy weirdos). My favorite thing about this store is I can order my groceries online and pick them up without even getting out of my car. Lazy and proud. For the most part this store is great but the deli section could seriously improve. They need a bell so customers can alert the workers in the back that there is a customer waiting. The grocery store is great but my review is for the isle one gas station. I tried to put $60 in gas but the older gentleman behind the counter was very rude and said he could not give change for a hundred to go to the main store and come back???With today's prices you don't have $40 change for someone spending $60. How do you stay in business with no change. His attitude made it worse. Wont be back there any time soon. read more

I am sorry to say I will be looking for another store. I have been shopping at Raley's on Floyd since it opened. Always knew they were more expensive but was happy to shop there- it was clean convenient and people were friendly and helpful. I'm not sure what management changed but there has been a steady decline in everything. Items are out of stock or expired. The clerks are rude. There's old ice teas where the clerks are checking my freash meat. My groceries are all thrown together ( dish wash detergent with meat and vegetables.) Half the items they don't bag even after I let them know I would be happy to buy bags. I have asked several times and they still leave the cantaloupe and vegetables out. Things are placed in the basket and go flying out when I roll them to the car. Not sure why I'm paying for extra service and goods. For this I could be shopping at Walmart and saving money! read more

The Brand new Raleys is close to our home within walking distance and i am without a doubt very impressed ,I was a district Supervisor for a grocery chain which no longer exists because i am retired but i will tell you that they have the cleanest store i have seen it sparkles and the people who work ther actually look at you and say Hi and can I help you out the door and everyone that worked there if you walked by the would say Hi!! There prices are high but you get what you pay for. The y have a beautiful produce dept and a nice Meat Dept and the bakery Deli is so clean as well, The only complaint is i bought some chicken strips and when i got home they were all dried out. But I later told the clerk and got a refund we will be shopping there always because it is very clean and very friendly.And the restrooms sparkle a must. read more

I live in Patterson, the only grocery store we have is Save Mart.. I drive to Raleys in Tracy to buy my groceries. I LOVE this store, I watch my 2 yr old grandaughter so I use the ecart service quite often. I just order online, drive up to speaker, they bring everything out-load and I am on my way. The ecart stops me from impulse buying and is so nice when you have a child asleep in the car. I previously lived in Ceres and shopped at the Raleys on Hatch Rd from the time they opened. I loved this store also, everyone was friendly and had great service. Our favorite checker there was Jose, he now works in Turlock. Our favorite person in the Pharmacy was Janet and she also went to Turlock store. Iheard that this store is closing at the end of August. read more

Love this store! We used to live nearby, but recently moved to Riverbank. I miss the quality of the produce and the customer service far exceeds anything I have seen in Riverbank. I find I tend to detour to this store to do my bug grocery runs, as I enjoy being treated like my business matters. Keep up the excellent work! read more

Raley's has been my go-to pharmacy for 4 years now. The staff are always friendly, and are always quick to fill my RXs. Joe, Rose, Klarissa, Emily & Josephine (other staff too) provide exceptional customer service. If my RX is out of stock, they give me a loaner (depending on what it is), and have it for me by the next day. They do their best to set the proper expectations. I highly recommend Raley's Pharmacy for your family's RX needs. read more

I love Raley's. I just wrote a really bad review for a clothing retailer, and I was feeling so bad, that I decided to cheer myself up and write a really gooooood review. I cannot say enough about this grocery store. I looooove the staff, and most importantly, the selection! I buy wholesome foods, and have I a child who cannot eat gluten, and this store has it all!!!! I can't even go into another grocery store in this town, because it puts me in terrible mood. I drive past three other huge grocery stores to go to my Raley's (I shop on the one on Oakdale). Raley's is the best... I try to only shop there. The natural food section is great and if they don't have something you want they're almost always willing to order it for you. I love that they have a post office in the store.... I do all my shipping at Raleys and there is rarely a line. Everyone who works there is super friendly... the only thing that would make it better is if Jimmy from the Orangeburg store worked in their produce section... he's my favorite! read more

I've always thought that Raley's was one of the more expensive grocery stores in Modesto, but my recent visits to this Raleys has lead me to realize that the savings are in other products and most of the time the little extra I pay is worth the great selections and other options unavilable at some of these other stores. The ecart,, gas station, and self checkout are all pluses as well. If youve never wanted to shop at Raleys because of price reasons I urge you to check this store out, you should be pleased! read more

the overall quality of the store is excellent, however, the service at the bakery left a lot to be desired. I ordered a cake one day in advanced and picked up the cake without a hitch. My problem is...the cake dried out in a matter of hours, not in a couple of days. By the next day, the cake was no longer moist and the sell by date (which was covered by tape) was a day after I purchased the cake. So I called the bakery and the response I received was that they have never received a complaint about a cake being dry. No sorry for the inconvenience-just that we don't sell dry cakes! I imediedately responded with- I'm not aksing for my money back, I'm just letting you know that I received a dry cake so now you have one COMPLAINT. So needless to say, I will not purchase a cake at Raley's, I will go to SAFEWAY or SAVEMART. read more
