Went to an atm at spohn drive thru and tried to do a simple withdrawal and it stated I selected an incorrect transaction. Got my card out and went to another atm and it kept loading for 2 minutes until it said sorry atm out of service and now my card is stuck. Now I have to leave it in there and go home, go to bed with the worry of someone having access to my card if my card magically pops out. I swear nothing at this CU is ever easy. It's the absolute worse. Only reason I bank here is because I have a mortgage with them and Im truly considering refinancing with Rbfcu with a higher interest rate just to get out! I can't even Zelle my money to Rbfcu (primary bank) because there's ALWAYS an issue on rally's side!!!! Do not bank here! read more

I have been with this credit union for 20+ years. The last couple of years have been totally different from any previous. Our debit cards are continuously compromised by fraud. OUR card is continuously put on hold for suspicious activity when WE attempt to make online purchases. YET other online purchases that are NOT OURS go right through. We get no answers as to or how this is happening. The interest rate quoted to us on our last car loan was laughable. We ended up financing at the dealership through the Navy Army Credit Union at 4% lower than quoted by a credit union who receives automatic payroll deposits, bonuses, etc. for 20+ years. My auto loans have always been paid off early. I continuously have to call the credit union to request an increase in MY spending limit. They seem to have the idea that MY money is theirs to dole out in increments. Forget buying large ticket items for cash... the credit union must give you permission to use your money. The overall friendliness and welcome you receive varies from branch to branch. You will leave one location feeling guilty for imposing on them with your questions. You will question why you didn't just close your account and move to another Texas based bank. These folks aren't who they used to be. I am at the end of my rope with this situation. read more

This used to be the best banking experience . These people appreciated their customers, valued their input and were flexible for their members. That's all gone!!! Have banked here for car notes, savings and checking accounts many years since moving to Corpus. They have changed their philosophy of the customer experience. After having 2 separate savings idle, noticed they deduct $10. Each month for lack of activity or direct deposit. They do this until they deplinish all your money, then close your account. They Nickle and dime you for everything from statements to fees if you call in for assistance.. really? Slowly I am moving all my accounts out from here, having multiple savings, cds,etc Additionally, Waiting time is ridiculous in the lobby, I refuse to run my car notes thru here anymore. The customer service is really lacking. Way too many choices for banking to throw my $ to these folks when they don't value customer loyalty. read more
