I walked in and was greeted by a smiling service member at the door. She asked how she could help and directed me to the teller counter. No line. Awesome. The teller was friendly and efficient. She got my new card in no time. Of course, I had my ID handy. Whew. While I was there, I noticed their display for Visa gift cards. How convenient. They're super cute, too! You can get some right there or mailed out, depending on the card you choose. Mine came with a card sized register booklet to keep track of when you use the card. Christmas gift cards ... check! They had to send the application to my wife's email because that was the email on file even though the day before they sent it to my email.??? So, I got the application from my wife's email, and the information cannot be verified under my SSN or my wife's.??? I have had an account with Rally CCU since 2003.??? Needless to say, I will be moving my banking elsewhere. This used to be one of the best CCU's out there, but they are absolute chaos now. When I started with Mariner finance it was very nearly 3 years ago and I was in a low low spot and…read moreI needed the help and they sent me a check in the mail which I could just deposit into my bank account. I needed the help badly so I went ahead and deposited this check. I have been steadily paying back the loan and I haven't had any problems with them. About a year ago I decided to get a consolidation loan with them and they told me one thing on the telephone and then when I got to the office to sign the paperwork, they told me a whole different thing. Something I was not prepared for and I didn't care for that inattention to detail. So, I left that office and I swore I would never go back to Mariner, I decided I was just going to finish paying out their loan and never do any business with them ever again. Well fast forward to this year. They started sending me emails about $5,000 loan that I could get and we could do it over the phone. I was a little leery so I just ignored it and started deleting that email from my inbox. But it kept coming up and kept coming up and I thought well maybe I should give them another chance. I asked for a consolidation loan and they approved me and they told me what paperwork I needed to submit and I submitted it. And then I was told I have to go to the office, even though on the email it said that I wouldn't have to, but they said that they needed to photograph my car. Evidently this is a secured loan. So I jumped through all the hoops that they asked me to jump through. I submitted all my information online through the quote secure document portal unquote, and today I took off from work 2 hours early, so that means I lost money. Then when I get to the office they put me into the smaller office where that you sign the papers. I was there to sign papers, have my car photographed and to take my check so I can go and deposit it in my bank account. Well when they put me in the little office they kept me waiting for another 15 minutes. And they were laughing and having a grand old time I heard them talking and it sounded like a party out there. The one woman was talking about drinking the other two were giggling and I'm not even sure what the fourth one was doing and quite frankly I really don't care right now. By the time the lady comes into the office I'm already pretty frustrated and I was already getting ready to leave. But she showed up and so I thought okay let's just see what happens. I already had the feeling that this was not going to work. So the lady tells me that she starts asking me for paperwork that I already sent. So that kind of you know makes me mad that they didn't even go over that. And then she asked for paperwork that she didn't ask for before. She didn't tell me before that I needed this extra paperwork. So again, another bait and switch. They told me one thing on the telephone and then when I get to the office they tell me an entirely new thing. I just need to pay off this loan and get rid of these people because the inattention to detail is mind-boggling. I don't even know how they have a business still. I really just do not want to deal with them ever again and I hope I get to pay off that loan that I have with them really quickly.

He has a lot of patience, he puts in 110% effort for you and he knows everything you can possibly think of about mortgages. He also has very good communication skills and does not give up. I will recommend this guy to anyone I can possibly think of in the state of Texas. You won't find a better Loan Officer than him.
