Small Rally's store inside the mall. Bought a Red Wings pennant, metal signs: Tigers and old school Lions. A Lighted Lions and lighted Tiger's D. Lexi and Nick are helping us. Super friendly and helpful. Not sure why each Rally's doesn't have the same items. Had the first one we went to earlier had the same items, I wouldn't have had to go to two places. It's done. All good. My CC is taking a hit today. read more

This store is probably one of the most busy at Oakland Mall! I stopped in after the holiday season to look around at the Lions clothing options. My boyfriend received a lions hoodie that was a size too snug and we were looking around to see if they offered that hoodie at this location. All the employees were very kind and very helpful in our search. Once they realized they indeed carried the hoodie, they called over to the Rally House across the street to have them hold his size since they had it available. Overall great staff and lots of options here for anyone who loves Detroit, sports, and Michigan. We truly appreciated how everyone went the extra mile. read more

I ordered one mug and it came broken, as not enough bubble wrap or popcorn was used in the small shipment box. I am trying to return it. It has been cumbersome to communicate with someone. I respond to someone's email and the email bounces back to me. If they come through - I will update this response. I was finally able to respond to someone who responded to my email. They indicated that they would issue a credit. I am assuming they will, which ends nicely I think. read more

Don't come here. Most unfriendly business. Gate was half opened at 12pm....walked in at 11:50am (didn't even start shopping) and asked if they were open. We get looked at in a terrible way and then told "is that even a question, does it look like we're open." Will not ever be coming back! read more

I went in looking for 2 specific Tigers T-shirts that I found online. According to the online store, the Rally House closest to my house did not have any in stock HOWEVER both shirts were showing available at the Oakland Mall location so I drove out of my way to obtain them. The Tigers T-shirts were all crammed into a small space at the back of the store...honestly it would have been hard to find anything in there due to the small space allowed for so many items...most items were not on display but folded and stacked one on top of the other. A store associate came to help me find the item I was looking for and he mentioned that he has no idea where to start looking for my items and that we really just need to go through everything... in the end I found one of the items that I was looking for and made my purchase. Lastly, Rally House stores close at 8pm regardless of its location. I would have thought that the Oakland mall location would close at 9pm like all of the other stores in the mall...but it closes earlier than the other stores keeping to the 8pm standard for their particular store. read more

Three employees, all were sitting behind the counter on their phones. My niece brought a shirt up to the counter to purchase. The clerk could not get the tag to scan. The other female employee tried unsuccessfully, and we suggested getting another shirt off the rack to try (there were at least 10 on the rack). Full of condescension she informed us the item was not in their system, therefore we could not purchase it. We brought another up to the counter to scan, and she informed us she wasn't selling us anything because she did not like our attitude, and told the other clerk not to help us. All the while she was on her phone, earbuds in. I took a photo of the employees and told them I would be contacting/sending it to corporate. The employee called me an asshole as I left the store. I'm willing to bet your sales are low to non-existent in this store. People walked in and out, and not one of them offered help or came from behind the counter. Definitely not coming back. read more
