It would be so much better but…read more... you literally get in the line and it doesn't matter if there's one person or 25 people in line, every time you have to literally plan on waiting like 15 minutes in the line because they don't bring up any more cashiers to help check people out. A lot of times there's even employees just hanging around the front on their phones. Like what in the world? And there are literally eight cashier stations and every single time that I have come to this place (and keep in mind I live very close by so I come fairly often) and every time there's only one cashier station being used.... Then she said I can't do anything about it sorry I'm like are you serious can I have the corporate number she gave me 609-387-7800 and the lady told me she couldn't do anything for me to call back and ask for a manger higher then her and so I called back Aubrey told me she couldn't give me that name per policy or her number so I asked her what time do she come in so I can talk to her she said I can't tell you that either per policy which she gave me another number which is the same number just different. So I called back she then continued to hang up on me while laughing in the background i called 6 times which I have the screenshots of the call then I called her from my other phone she then answered saying Hello I said why are you playing and hanging up now I'm pissed off because your playing games. All this over $20 that they could have just giving me back. Aubrey needs to be demoted from being a manger because you don't do that to paying customers this is bad customer service something needs to be done and I need my money back. It's an outlet so sizes are limited when it comes to the stocked models. As for the store the staff are hands off, but when asked I was shown which aisles held men's wide shoes. its a spacious retail space with seating between aisle rows. I noticed sizes for men when shopping 8 - 14 in wide / extreme wide when shopping, and a great variety of styles both slip on and not. During my trip I bought 2 pairs of shoes, and used an earned credit. You can get a discount as a 1st time customer, and earn points / dollars $ / credits for future purchases. They carry popular brands like Birkenstock, Doc Martens, etc. The store itself is clean and well organized. But the staff is lazy and doesn't speak very kindly to customers. They don't greet you when you walk in, and are very put off when you ask any questions. When I was checking out the girl pretty much just tossed the shoe box at me and continued talking to her friend. For such a nice store, the employees really bring the value of the store down. Quite disappointing. However, I'm happy with my new shoes, but won't be back to this particular location. I'd rather drive to the DSW in Cedar Park, or shop at an entirely different shoe store in Waco.
