This location has been going downhill for the last 3 years. Cold food, cold fries done in old oil, slow service even when food is pre-made and waiting, and employees that don't seem to care about any of it. When I complained to corporate about my experiences over the last few years, all they wanted to do was give me coupons. Do I want a 15% discount on crappy food? No. I want the restaurant back like it was and always has been. Guess that's not going to happen, so when I want Rally's, I will go to a different one. Or not at all. I haven't had Rally's in like a decade. Moved here and my wife's never had it. Went like 30 minutes out of my way to come here despite the awful reviews. You know what sucks about Rally's? If you work there you can't get your pay deposited into your bank account like all other places. Instead they pay you with some kind of pay card that charges you to get your money. You think they would care about their employees to set up direct deposit into their own bank account. First off, my order has always been right and I have never got sick from their food, which is a big plus for a fast food restaurant. Ordered two of the double Deep Sea fish sandwiches. When I got home I took off the top bun and each sandwich had one and a half fish patties. The halves were literally torn in half not even cut with a knife. Took photos and tried to send to the customer service url on the bag but it wasn't working. i visited this location twice in one day. First time I went there they were having sales on one of the burgers a sale that was going on all week. So I went back a second time before I left the area to drive 50 miles home. On the secound trip I ordered 4 of the same burgers this time the cashier was very unfriendly didn't give me the credit card copy of my receipt. I live in South St. Louis and oh how I miss Rally's. I used to have a location no more than a mile and half from my house, but all of the locations nearest to me have closed. Now I have to either drive to this location, or the other one off Grand in the city. I LOVE their fries, hands down the best fast food fries, no contest. I remember visiting this location years ago when in college and I was with a buddy of mine. Being our young silly college selves we joked with the girl working drive thru asking if they would substitute our large fry and just put a bunch of fries in a large drink cup. She paused and then just told us to pull around. After pulling around I told her we would pay for two larges, or whatever we had to do. She just laughed and handed us a cup of fries filled nearly to the brim in a large drink cup, and just charged us for a single large. We couldn't stop thanking her and that right there sold it for me. I always go to this Rally's when I'm in the mood for a Big Buford and some seasoned fries. read more
