I've been coming here weekly since I returned to the area after a 15 years in Texas. The food taste awesome. We went here at least 4 times a year, and we loved it, but when we went today, the plates were dirty, and the food was average, but not the best, and it took 30 minutes to get our fries are food came out 20 minutes before the fries. We visited on 8/29/25 for dinner, I'm not sure what was happening but it was really bad service. First, the side of tater tots rang up more than the signage said. I mentioned it to the very nice cashier, but she said that's just what it is in the system, sorry. We got our kids' pizzas fairly quickly, then probably 10-15 minutes later, got our side of tater tots. They were not good, I don't know if they weren't cooked long enough, but the taste was terrible. We waited a total of 40 minutes to get our sandwiches, two half grinders, and I believe that we only got them at all because after waiting for half an hour, we went inside to check where our food was. When we got them, they were made incorrectly. We took off the wrong items and ate them because we'd waited so long that we were starving. There were only 2 other tables of people out on the patio with us and two tables of people inside, so I'm not sure what the problem was. This is one of our family's favorite pizza places! With a family of 7, they have tables that accommodate and the pizza is delicious. Service is great! The store manager, Alyssa is really friendly, helpful and personable. Brian, another manager is also top notch-friendly and a hard worker! We love the drink station, lots of options. Our go to choices are Bellacinos Pride (which has fresh veggies and meats), the cheese pizza, meat lovers and their cheese sticks! Great family restaurant! Took my order over phone, he confirmed my name, phone#, I went to pick up and said they never got my order, claimed I didn't call, I showed my phone call log and the 45 seconds time, she still denied I called. When I called back 45 minutes later she said she saw I called, but said she doesn't doesn't know who took the call, there are only 2 people there taking calls, she still lied. A friend suggested this place in our quest to find pizza that isn't "St Louis" style (with that provel cheese). The manger Brian was super attentive and made obvious efforts to make our family large feel welcomed. The pizza is delicious, and fresh tasting. I normally don't like supreme style but their ingredients were so fresh it has become our default selection there. The price isn't at all inexpensive, but a clipped coupon from the local flyer does help. They recently updated their app as well, which now has a loyalty program (I think maybe $10 credit for every $100 spent) though there are still no digital coupons to redeem in it... just paper from the newspaper, which is annoying. So, most employees are friendly, the facility itself is clean & organized and the food is very good! We generally patron them 1-2 a month. read more

I was picking up lunch for my grand nephew. I felt bad about ordering a child's serving and left a 40% tip in the jar. As I started walking away from the register, having been handed my order, not one but two women behind the counter start yelling at me that children's orders are to be eaten at their dining room, even pointing their finger's towards the dining area, and the child must be under ten years old. They could have said something over the phone when I paced the order! They had my phone number and could have even called me back to explain. I would have been fine with the rule if 2 people hadn't leaned into me, with a line of customers, behind me. It was the portion size I needed, had they spoken respectfully I would have been happy to pay the adult price for a small portion! I won't be back!!! They would have a very happening bar if someone of age was working behind the bar and had the register turned on. My mom and I got drinks and no one brought them to us after 5x of asking. There are not many food options in Arnold, Missouri. Thank goodness Bellacino's is right next door from my job. It's a life saver for all of us who neglect to pack our lunches. They offer legit sized salads, "grinders" ( or "sub sandwiches"where I come from), and pizza. There is online ordering and they are pretty quick and punctual with food prep and pickup time. Ordered take out last night with some first timers. We ordered a couple grinders, pizza, boneless wings, fries and cheese sticks (their pizza crust with garlic and cheese). All was fresh, good and tasty. The boneless wings looked really good, although I didn't get to try one. The grinders and pizza were good as usual. Now their fries are baked, so it's not quite the same crisp as fries, but they were cold and put in a paper lunch bag not wrapped in anything to help with warmth for take out. Pizzas and sandwiches were perfectly warm. I think they need to look into some other packaging or make the fries last maybe to assist in keeping them warm to take out. read more

My order was accurate To Go. They have free WiFi. Three televisions were hanging and the Cardinals were on. Only drawback were several unbussed tables. It was a Friday night so they can get cut some slack. My two piece order took roughly fifteen minutes to get out the door. Price listed on the menu are not correct. We ordered a 1/2 pound of boneless wings listed both on the large lit up wall menu and printed menus for $5.99. We were charged $9.59. We also ordered a pound of boneless wings which were listed for $10.48, and were charged $14.99. When I told the cashier I was over charged she replied that's what the register rings them up as, and then went onto the next customer. I asked the young man at the To Go register if he was the manager. He replied he was the acting Assistant Manager. When I told him my concern he said " yeah they've been wrong for a while and prices have gone up". I asked when a manager would be available, and he said they just come in and out. I understand there are price changes but when those are increases 43% & 60% there should be some type of notice to warn the consumer. An hour latter we were served or wings, which were the size of chicken nuggets and were drowning in sauce. I believe there are many consumers getting ripped off due to not paying attention to what they were being charged. Usually great service and pizza but tonight was very disappointing. Maybe they were understaffed. Walked in and could not find a clean couple of tables for our group of 8. There were literally "7" tables that were in need of being cleaned up. We went ahead and cleaned up the tables ourselves and moved the dishes to another table that already had dishes. We placed or order and watched people after us get their food before us. Had to remind them about the side salad. Also had to ask for more glasses for the pitcher of beer. Service was slow and staff were not very engaging. The only reason I didn't give a "1" star is I know from experience they have been better than this. Maybe it's new management? I live in Illinois and I forever crave Bellacino's Alfredo pizza. I left a party early over a craving for Bellacino's, and even though the online order messed mine up and scheduled it for TWO DAYS LATER FOR SOME STUPID REASON, the guy still insisted on making my order anyway, even though they closed by the time I got there. I was fine with just leaving, even though my order was already paid for. My first job was at a pizza place, so I understand allllll too well how annoying I was as a customer today . When you have a specific craving for a certain food, nothing is more satisfying than scratching that itch (so to speak). Pizza quest continues. Today it's brought me to Bellacinos, right here in my hometown of Arnold. I've lived here all my life yet never been to Bellacinos. I ordered a 12 inch cheese though online ordering. About 20 minutes later I arrived and my pizza had just come out of the oven. Let's start with the box. I don't like when pizza places feel the need to put their name on the box. Make it creative or make it simple, but I already know where I got the pizza from. Personal preference, no points lost however. The problem for me was the pizza itself. The presentation was good. Looked like a classic St. Louis style thin crust, loaded with cheese. Could've been a little saucier and well done, but looked ok. The crust was a MESS. Soft, soggy, and tasted stale almost. Zero crisp, and that was a huge deception to my belief this was STL style pie. The sauce was fine, nothing special. The cheese was a disaster. It didn't stretch or ooze at all, but every bite pulled the entire slices cheese off into a clumpy cheese ball in my mouth. Not too fancy, just great food and at prices that won't break the bank. Its always a hard decision between their grinders or their pizza. Both are so delicious, how do you choose??? My normal go to's are their Club Grinder and the meat lovers pizza. But their menu is huge and worth checking out. I always go in addimant that I will try something new off their huge menu, but the regulars are just so good it's hard not to go with those. They also have a small bar with a few beer options and their baked fries are awesome too. They even have a Cajun variety and their baked cheese fries. Definitely recommend the cheese on them. The only warning I can provide, is expect a little longer wait for your food. It can easily take a half hour, as it takes a bit longer to bake the sandwiches. But I promise that the wait is more than worth it for their delicious grinders! read more

Delicious! First time in and I was pleased. I ordered the half italian grinder with fries and a drink. I payed $11, anytime I pay over 10 for a lunch im very picky, but here I had nothing to be picky about. The sandwich came out toasted to perfection, the bread was great, kinda tasted like there pizza would, the meat and cheese were good. The fries were fresh, not held in a warmer and were delicious, and as everyone else keeps saying the have the new coke machine which just adds to the experience. First time visiting. Pizza was great! We ordered the pepperoni & bacon & they definitely didn't skimp on the toppings. We also ordered wings, and I couldn't figure out why they would opt for sticky oven baked wings rather than fried. I understand for places like Dominos where they don't fry anything. Instead they use their pizza oven, but this place has fryers. Guys, fried might not be the best way but it's certainly better than baked. If it weren't for that I would've given the place 5 stars. I have had pizza from Bellacinos several times. I usually get pizza to-go, but I have dined in several times. It has never been overly crowded when I have dined in. The staff are always friendly and the pizzas are ready quick. I have never been disappointed with the pizza. It is hand-tossed thickness and the sauce and cheese are very good. It has a hint of garlic taste which I love. I have never tried the grinders there, but I have heard nothing but good things about them from my friends who have tried them. The Arnold location has a small bar with a few beer choices available. It is a good place to watch a game since they have several televisions throughout the restaurant. read more

I've liked their food for a long time, but my five star review is for service today. Friendly, helpful, wonderful people! They weren't too busy, it was raining, I ordered a lot of food to go and was carrying my son. While we were waiting for our order they came to me and said they'd let me know a little before the food arrives so that I can pack up my son in the car and just pull to the front door and they'd bring my food out to me. When the time came, I packed my son in the car, shut his door, was about to open my door, and there was the manager, he had just walked my food out to the parking lot for us. How nice! read more
