    Grilled chicken nuggets
    Tricia C.

I'm a huge fan of Chick Fil A in general, but this location is consistently the worst I've ever been to. I purposefully go out of my way to another location as to avoid the Arnold location. I've never been served a meal that was fast or correct at this location, and the staff is never what you expect from your typical Chick Fil A staff. I waited over 15 minutes in the restaurant (I had mobile ordered so it was over 15 minutes since they had my order) and was served this (see picture) as my "grilled nuggets" This location is the worst, and changes NEED to be made.

Was this worth paying extra for?

Again they charged us for empty boxes! This is an ongoing problem at this location. Skip Arnold and go to South County. It's still overpriced waffle fries but you'll get what you pay for!

My daughter and her friend were there and my daughter asked me to place a mobile order for us. I did and the total was $23.18. I paid through Apple Pay and it went through and then it asked how I want my receipt and I had it emailed. Well then my daughter said "chick-fil-a " was telling them the card was declined and I knew that couldn't be right. I sent a copy of receipt to my daughter. And they still said no. Well her friend was like "just let me pay for it", because this girl had her families food already (getting cold). The worker took her card and was gone for like five minutes and charged her $20 on her card. They have my daughter one little bag and my daughter asked "may I get our drinks". They said "well we discounted so you don't get the drinks". REALLY. So of course my daughter accepted this, because she felt bad for her friend. Well, I'm not had accepting as my daughter. When she got home, food was horrible. I order chicken strips and she ordered nuggets, let's just say I couldn't tell the difference. Mine just looked like 3 nuggets. I called and asked to speak to a manager and this girl that sounded 16 named MORGAN was rude as hell. When I tried to explain to her what happened (interrupting me as I try to explain) she was like, so you want to come and get your drinks. I said no, I'm not coming all they way back for drinks. My point was, your telling me a large teal, a large iced coffee and a large frozen lemonade was $3. Come on. So this girl offers to credit me for $3 for the next time I come in. She had an opportunity to make a customer happy by just accepting the fact that they screwed up, but she choose to be a smart a$$ and make me angry even more. I said "well I don't think I'll ever want to come back there" she goes fine with me" and hangs up. HERE'S. MY ADVICE to this is DON'T HAVE KIDS RUNNING YOUR ESTABLISHMENT". I've left pictures of the receipt and how much money the three drinks are and tell me these kids are pulling a scam. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Line too long at 026, Red Robin line too long. Ehh...

What really stood out to me was the service we received! I really appreciated not being rushed through our meal. The fact that they actually let you order your courses separately so they're not coming out on top of each other was refreshing. And even though it was a Friday night and there were others waiting to get in we weren't rushed to pay our bill but instead invited to take our time. We hadn't seen or heard much about their pizzas, but we were in the mood for one and decided to order the meat pizza. It was made in a brick oven and it was really tasty. Honestly there were so many toppings that we ended up asking for an extra cup of the marinara sauce to dip it in. The sauce is made in house, it was delicious and the waitress said it's the same one that's used with the spaghetti and meatballs. In regard to the pizza size even though they're considered personal pizzas it was definitely bigger than we were anticipating. I would say they're close to 11 to 12 inches in diameter. My husband and I each enjoyed two pieces with our salad and took the other half home with us. They are definitely big enough to share, especially if you're ordering an appetizer or a salad to go with it. Our group very much enjoyed the artichoke spinach dip. It came with bread that had been cooked in their brick oven and I love that the spinach was in bigger pieces. My husband, and I also shared the harvest salad which had butternut squash on it, candied pecans & goat cheese. It was really yummy. Others in our group enjoyed the salmon and the crispy chicken sandwich. I had recently seen on a local Jefferson County page that many people consider Twisted Tavern the best place for a good piece of cake specifically, their wedding cake . Truth is that was the primary reason why I suggested this restaurant to meet our friends at but sadly by the time we finished our meal and were ready to order dessert they had already sold out. We were told this does not usually happen. Overall, we found tasty fresh food made in house, great service and fair prices. I am already planning another visit to the Twisted Tavern (so I can try their wedding cake! ).

We ordered apps. Spinach dip, onion rings, fried pickles, Brussel sprouts, and aside of spaghetti. The brussels sprouts were nicely fried, a little greasy. The fried pickles were lightly breaded, but very salty. The side of spaghetti was large enough to be a full serving. Wasn't overly impressed with the food, but the service here was top-notch.

A little later and we may of had had to wait. Menu is extensive with burgers, sandwiches, pizza and entrees. I ordered the No Where Burger which comes with fries. Homemade burger cooked to your preference with cooked spinach, caramelized onions and garlic aioli. Hit the spot! My husband had the steak sandwich and upgraded his side to a baked potato. He also enjoyed his selection. Now the reason for the 4 stars. We had the ditsiest waitress we've ever experienced. We asked about the 20% discount advertised on the table...she just smiled and nodded. We just couldn't seem to communicate with her. My husband even thought she may be hearing impaired because she didn't respond to a word we said or questions asked. At the end when she brought the bill, we asked if we pay up front. She answered yes so we proceeded to the front only to find out we pay her. By the time we walked back to the table the bus boy was clearing the table. We had to ask if we could have the table back so we can pay. Hope next time we get someone else...then this place will earn the 5 stars it deserves!

So when I called I initially received the opportunity to come back and gat a different sandwich which doesn't have avocado or tomato. That is exactly what I want. I want the opportunity to go back to a restaurant which I just left because I got their order wrong. That is not exactly making things right in my opinion. Then I got the opportunity to have the asiago bagel taken off of my card. Once again I would have to go there to have it taken off my card. So driving an additional round-trip trip to get an asiago bagel taken off for their error. Then finally I was offered a free you pick two on my rewards. It seemed the only reasonable suggestion so that is what I went with. However, I will not be going back to this Panera. In essence we paid over $29 for two coffees and two danishes and a sandwich that was completely wrong, which will not be eaten. The $29 also includes the charge for the Asiago bagel which we didn't order and didn't receive. My husband told them yo go to the grocery store on the same parking lot for tomato's and avocados and they said they couldn't.
