The restaurant was extremely messy, and the salad bar was dirty and did not look safe to eat from. There appeared to be a lot of cross-contamination between the food items, which is a serious health concern. I also ordered the broccoli soup, but it was spoiled and completely inedible. When I mentioned this to the cashier, she didn't apologize or even offer to take it off the bill, which I found very unprofessional. On top of that, I ordered four adult meals but wanted an item from the kids' menu (Bosco sticks). A different waitress came back to tell me I couldn't order a kids' meal because I didn't have a child with me. Then she said the manager would "allow" me to have the $6.99 kids' meal for $8.99 just because I didn't have kids with me. That made absolutely no sense and felt like I was being taken advantage of. Overall, the restaurant was not clean, the food quality was poor, and the customer service was lacking. If the dining area looks this bad, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.
