So last week I went to their store on Loyola which doesn't have a yelp page. I ordered a Baconzilla and a vanilla shake on the app. I went to go collect my food to be told the shake machine is broken do I want a coke instead. I said sure but you are going to owe me the 1.80 plus tax difference. The guy says "That's Ok" . I said no dude YOU OWE ME $1.80 plus tax the shake is $4.99 and the coke is $3.19. Guy: A shake dat much? Me : Yeah dude you sell them you don't know what they cost. He goes off and comes back. She said it ok. Me : What's ok You owe me money. (obviously this guy is a moron) He walks off again and comes back. She said you need to get a refund on the app. I dive off. I gotta get back to work. THERE IS NOWHERE ON THAT APP TO GET A REFUND . SO I do the survey. I get emailed a $10. coupon which I tried to use tonight only to waste ten minutes in their drive through to be told "Our scanner don't work like dat we need a little piece of paper" I will never eat at or ever again attempt to eat at another Rally's location ever again. I pray they go bankrupt and go out of business soon. read more

I have only been to Rally's one other time (#1) and this location isn't going to win awards anytime soon. The major snafus for almost all fast food chains usually starts with inept service and eventually moves into subpar food and just about everything else. Low expectations is key, but even sometimes that gets surpassed with mediocrity on another (lower) level. In terms of hot food, I haven't had anything I liked here. The chicken (bites, wings, and/or sandwiches) is a crapshoot, the burgers were disappointing, and even the fries tasted stale. Add the extra greasy layer for the hot dog / cheeseburger and it's all kind of gross. The saving grace (hence the extra star) was for their cold / frozen items -- a milkshake and a strawberry soft serve. Both were actually solid and much needed, especially because of the hot weather at the time. Drive-thru was a tad on the slower side and the service, as expected, was barely there. They had given me the wrong change and nearly gave me someone else's order (#2). I really wanted a shake, but was already struggling to justify the DoorDash prices. We went with two chicken tender combos and a baconzilla combo. I wish they would hire some employees who can read. Checkers/Rallys is my go-to fast food choice; but in the 10ish times I've visited this location since moving to Louisiana, they have never got my order right, not even a single time. I've ordered online pretty much any time I get a hankering after the first couple of visits went wrong. I started going this route to make sure it wasn't a miscommunication issue, and let me tell you, it was not. It's honestly comical how they can not get it right, ever. I just can't help but feel robbed when every time I hit the "no ketchup" or "no mustard" option, somehow, those seem to be added in abundance. Or when I add cheese and bacon to my sandwiches, prompting an extra charge, they are somehow missing. It's a sad, sad display for a chain that does so much better everywhere else. At this point, I probably have fifty bucks of missing bacon and cheese. Just all-around garbage standards here. Still love the place, and I can't wait to order from a location that isn't this worthless dumpster-fire. Shut it down or clear house, place really needs a restart. read more

I actually had a great experience and bc of a review I tried the banana milkshake. Unlike other places who will tell you they shit down their machine already, Rally's had all shakes available late night. I don't usually do fast food so opted to try two things in case it sucked. The fries are well seasoned and great as they are and the bacon cheeseburger was actually dressed nicely not sloppy and was fresh. Keep it simple. I don't get the hot honey or whatever new recipe they're pushing. A classic cheeseburger is great. read more

Lol currently being judged about giving a fast food restaurant 4 stars, but who cares? This location is super convenient for me, and honestly, when I'm craving fast food, Rally's is my go-to (Checkers for all you non-New Orleans folks reading this). In all my years of going to this location I have never been less than satisfied, food has always been hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered to the point where I even stop checking the bag to verify before I drive off unlike McDonalds & BK. I like that you can get a ton of food for super cheap (perk for a broke grad student), and they have a wide variety of things from burgers with fun toppings, to chicken sandwiches, and even wings. A little something for even the pickiest eater! And unlike McDonalds their ice cream/milkshakes work 99% of the time (minus 1% for the one day they were out of banana, my favorite). Not to mention they always have a great deal going on so you get the most bang for your buck! Plus, the veggies on the burgers and sandwiches are usually crazy fresh & I've never had soggy toppings here. My only complaint is that it can be a little sketchy at night, but that little strip has vastly improved over the last few years to remove the abandoned buildings nearby and there's a lot more lighting! read more

Ordered the large combo, wasn't even given the fries. Last time ordered a Fanta, got some weird strawberry drink (Fanta?). Prior time they didn't have mozzarella sticks. My boyfriend and I wanted two Icees. My door dash driver was so kind enough to call me and let me know they didn't have the Italian icees and if I wanted something else. Rude from the start in drive thru. Had to honk my horn to get service. Ordered chicken nuggets with ranch sauce; then was told to pull up onto the street behind the tree and they will bring my food. Note it is 12 at night enough to get rob for my car and chicken nuggets in hollygrove by an pedestrian. After 16 minutes my 2.20 cent nuggets finally came I could have caught a wild chicken and made my own nuggets. I went here today Sunday 03/26/17. I was denied service once I went through the drive-thru. A woman quickly walked up to my truck and told me they wasn't serving food because they didn't have a crew to prepare it then she returned to a table to sit down and talk with her friend who didn't seem to work there. I ordered a chili cheese fry, only one, which I repeated twice, maybe three times to the "crew member" at the window. She kept saying two cheese fries and I kept telling her only one.
