Customer service here is absolute garbage. When you get all your food, they neglect to return your card back and when you ask "is that all" for your order and transaction they stand inside with their backs turned ignoring you and pretend as if they give you your card back. Pretty sure one of these employees is sneaky and will buy something from my credit card now. Wouldnt trust your staff especially because yall dont know how to apologize for your own mistakes. Ordered the $3 chicken bites box. Comes with 1 free sauce (I asked for buffalo, they gave me BBQ smh) & an additional sauce was 45cents. The workers here clearly do not give a shit about anything. The drive thru line barely moved every 10 minutes and the drive thru automation is just awkward to talk to and overall unresponsive. When I finally got to the window. I waited for over half an hour for just a shake and fries. The person working the cashier was just laughing aloud at the window while I was sitting there waiting for my food with a line of around 7 cars behind me. He smelled straight up like mold. There was no communication at all between us. When I finally did get my food, not only were the fries soggy and cold, but they also ended up giving me the wrong sizes. The cashier had no idea what she was doing, the guy in the Kitchen (Asian,kinda heavy built, looked like the manager) was TRASH, super slow, had an attitude, no sense of urgency to take care of orders. Oh how I am grateful that rally's exist. I only live less the 5 minutes away and absolutely love coming here. The price if their food matches the quality in which they serve. Everyone of the burgers here at rally's is amazingly good. The fries are delicious and the deserts are even better. Service has always been quick and the staff have always been openly friendly. Unfortunately they charge for ranch which is beyond me. And when I do buy the ranch it comes half way filled & can be disappointing. Rally's is quite amazing, thanks yelpers for letting me know this location was good too! Being a chain, usually people go places because they recognize the name. I'm one of those people that relies on yelpers to let me know if a certain location is safe to go to or not worth a second look. When I was a kid (Oh god, another one of those) my mom and I used to go to Checkers whenever we wanted fries or a milkshake. It became a family thing for us to go there once a week or so (no we're not all fat). I was feeling homesick and remembered Checker's has a sister chain called Rally's! So after doing my research I drove the 20 minutes to go to this place and get my delicious Champ (no cheese please!) small combo w/ my milkshake. The lady working the window was awesome, super polite and patient. Apart from the person running the drive through, everything was crap. I ordered a chicken kids meal and a chicken and fries basket. All the chicken was very lukewarm, and honestly tasted like it was left out for at least an hour before being served. The fries were cold, and entirely disappointing. My bbq bacon burger was cold, through and through, with the cheese partially melted and partially still cold and in its original form. I ordered a cone that I never got, and I ordered a fruit punch with the kids meal that I never got. All in all, it was utter crap. All the food was cold, inedible, or missing. I used to work here about 8 years ago. And the way management was with the staff was very effective. Last night I dropped by for 2 ice cream cones around 8:00pm and we got our cones 40 min later in the drive thru side 2. It seemed that they were short staffed. However, Ive came here and there and I ALWAYS wait 40 min. Management has been really slacking. We used to have a timer of getting the order out in 150 seconds by the time the customer reaches the speaker till they get their order. We used to like coming to work , we were such a great team. This staff seems like they dont care. We used to be top 10 in the NATION. It so sad to see somewhere I grew up and learned so many things and seeing it go down the drain is very sad.
