Worst service! Manager has no customer service etiquette! They are charging $14 plus tax for these chicken tenders! Waited patiently in line to get a refund and she continued to do everything but address my issue. She ignored me and continued to serve people in the drive thru. I had to tell her I was a customer too and I was addressing this inedible strips they decided were okay to serve. The cashier was also clueless! People in front of me asked multiple times for their drink! They are not that busy to be ignoring people and need to prioritize! I'm a customer who took the time to go through the automated drive thru get crappy food and patiently wait in the walk up line not to hold up the drive thru and she's literally ignoring me! 30 mins to get a refund! Didn't order a burger from here because 99% of the time the bread is stale! Fries changed!! Never going back

Very disappointed with my order. The burger looked nothing like the ad--it was poorly put together and didn't resemble what was advertised at all. The presentation was a bad representation of the food, and it really took away from the experience.

5 for 5, not so bad for the price! Everything is pretty small 160z drink Double cheeseburger- small, but it's decent Chicken bites - crunchy comes w/one sauce Fries- yum crunchy and seasoned And an apple pie- hot yummy!

Loaded fries is a NO NO--- too salty!! Read the reviews!!

Stopped by for a quick night bite after drinks and was deeply disappointed by their large loaded fries. They were too salty to eat and I love salt but goodness gracious were they loaded with SALT! Someone needs to lay off the salt salt shaker. Don't know if I'll go back just do to that but their regular fries never disappoint. Ordered some wings, regular fries and the loaded fries and the wings were just ok. Seems like the service here has definitely declined in flavor. Service through drive through was ok. Had to wait about 10 minutes for chicken wings which I still don't complain about but the salty loaded fries really was a disappointment. You can do better Rally's! Based on the other reviews I read down below, it's seems like more than one person can agree that these loaded fries are soo Salty they probably cause bloating and swelling the following day. Please beware and don't order these fries!!!

First time trying Rally's, the food was great, but the portion was barely enough, and it was a bit overpriced for fast food. I ordered 5 tenders and 5 lemon pepper wings plus a drink. It came out to almost $25 Tenders were so small, they packed 5 pieces in a tiny box, and my box for wings also the same way. Sadly I could go to Wingstop or any fast food chains for better deal on wings and chicken even if they're not specialized in wings. So I can see the big disadvantage here for Rally's if they want to compete and survive because you don't see a lot of Rally's left out there anymore, soon they will probably jump ship. Fix it please. Your food was good enough, just need to adapt.

We came here once before and should've known better. The first time we came, the workers were rude and although there was no one in line- it took forever. We got home and the sauces we requested weren't even in the bag. Today marks the last time this place will receive our business. We went for a quick bite to hold us off until dinner. The total ended up being almost $30, but I didn't think anything of it since prices are always going up. Finally checked the bag and found 5 orders of Mozerella Sticks, instead of my one. Makes sense why it cost so much now. Well, we went back to get a refund- but because they "can't take the food back, Rally's can't do a refund". I managed a fast food spot and customer service has always held a 5-star rating for us. Then again, reading the reviews... apparently they really don't do refunds here. Take your business elsewhere.

Rally's use to be one of the go to fast food places back when I was in high school. I remember their fries, apple pie, and burgers being really good for fast food. However after ordering today, they have dramatically fallen off. I don't think I'll ever crave or want to eat here again unfortunately. I ordered their crispy chicken sandwich which was just a major disappointment and then their chili cheese fries were bland and I don't know what type of meat they used in their chili but it looked weird. The food was just no where close to hitting the spot smh.

I've been going to this Rally's since it opened in the 90s I think... And while the surrounding businesses have changed since that time, this fast food joint has managed to remain, which I think is a testament to the value and loyalty customers have for this franchise. Today, I rolled in at about 1230pm on a Friday. There were several cars in the drive thru lines and a small line at the window. I still managed to put in my order, pay and get my food in about 5mins! The usual turnaround on orders is nothing short of amazing if you bother to notice. How do they do it? Well this Rally's, like many of their other locations, features a double drive-thru! After placing your order, I admit It can be a bit of a stretch to reach across your passenger side seat to hand your money and receive the goods. It can be done, but it's far easier to have a passenger perform these transactions for you. Otherwise you should stick to the usually longer right-side drive thru line. Of course the breaded fries are a winner to those in the know. I've spent many evenings in this drive-thru just to satisfy someone's craving for Rally's fries. My burger favs here are the Big Bufford and the Baconzilla. Just keep in mind This is not where you go for grass-fed burgers on brioche with a touch aioli. There are plenty of those kind of places around lately, several of which I do enjoy from time to time. Rally's is a fast food burger joint that aims to do a decent and consistent job of serving up tasty food quickly. Stop by and give Rally's a try if you're in the area. It shouldn't take you long in the drive thru!

Duke's Old Fashioned Onion Burgers has become a pretty popular spot in La Mesa. Every time I've…read moredriven by, there's always a steady stream of people coming in and out, so I figured it was finally time to see what the hype was about. They also rotate fun milkshake specials, and when I visited they had an Apple Pie Milkshake that sounded really good. I just wasn't in the mood for something sweet that day. I kept it simple and ordered the Single Onion Burger ($13.95) with mayo, ketchup, and lettuce, plus an order of the Original Fries ($5.75). The onion burger is made with fresh ground beef that's smashed with onions on the grill, and you can customize it with toppings like lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapeños, cheese, mustard, and ketchup at no extra charge. Bacon is available for an additional charge. The restaurant itself was really clean, and I appreciated the self-serve condiment station stocked with ketchup, spicy ketchup, ranch, plenty of hot sauces, and to-go containers. The fries ended up being my favorite part of the meal. They're fresh cut and double fried, coming out piping hot with a crispy exterior and fluffy center. The portion was also super generous. They packed so many fries that they were spilling outside of the container into the bag. Paired with the ranch and spicy ketchup, they were honestly worth ordering on their own. The burger was a little more disappointing. The patty was overcooked, which made it pretty dry. You could even tell by the color that it had spent a little too much time on the grill. Since I usually keep my burgers pretty simple, there wasn't much to balance out the dryness, so I found myself dipping almost every bite into extra ketchup and ranch just to add some moisture. I can definitely see why Duke's is a neighborhood favorite, and I still like the concept behind their onion burgers. It just didn't completely satisfy the burger craving I walked in with. I'd come back for the fries without hesitation, and I'd be willing to give the burger another shot hoping I caught them on an off day.

This might honestly be my favorite meal. Even if it's quite a drive from San Diego, it was well worth it in my opinion. The Güd Burger completely lived up to the hype. The double Wagyu patties were juicy and full of flavor, the cheese was perfectly melty, and the sweet chili aioli brought everything together. I wasn't sure what to expect from the ube brioche bun, but it added just a hint of sweetness that somehow made the whole burger even better. Nothing overpowered anything else. It all just worked together. The Kare Kare bowl was generous in the Kare Kare, which I appreciated. The physical bowl felt too small compared to the amount they gave us! I'm glad I was sharing this with someone else because I was already full halfway through the bowl. We had to order the ube churros as well...don't skip this! The dipping sauce it came with was so good. I kept dipping my churro into it too because it was that good. The churro was crunchy without being dry. This whole meal was one of those meals where you don't want it to end. It was my first time here and we waited 45 minutes for our food to be ready because of how busy it was. Some people ordered ahead of time so they skipped the wait altogether. The restaurant itself is quite small but we were lucky enough to snag a seat after rush hour. There are less than 10 tables for eating in. Restaurants like this are worth supporting because you know it's a small business and the food tastes like it's made out of love! What a great start!! I ordered pork lumpia and their Gud Burger. The pork lumpia was standard fare - freshly fried and delicious like most lumpias. The Star of the show was the Gud Burger and boy did it shine brightly! 2 Smashed American Wagyu Patties, Sweet Chill Crisp Aioli, Butter Pickles, Pickled Red Onions, White American Cheese, in an Ube bun. Plain and simple, all the flavors came together for burger perfection. The patties were perfectly fried, the aioli flavor was on point, the fried garlic was a chef's kiss. I loved it! My wife tricked me into going with her to Walmart to pick up some shit, so I got to pick the spot for lunch and this is what I picked. Got there about 2 PM on Good Friday and there were a few people there but nothing crazy. Got seated right away and ordered drinks, a Pacifico for me, Sprite for the wifey - got them right away. For food, I got a BBQ bacon cheeseburger with tots, wifey got a regular bacon cheeseburger with everything plus fries, and I was curious so I also got the $10 chocolate (fudge) shake. Shake was delivered first. Expectations were high, and I was not disappointed. The shake was served in the metal tin, made with loads of real ice cream, whipped cream, fudge, drizzle of chocolate syrup, and chocolate sprinkles. Honestly not sure what I was thinking when mixing beer with shake, in hindsight I wouldn't do that again... but it was one of the best shakes I've had in a long while. Burgers came out shortly afterwards. Wifey's was cooked perfectly medium, which is an unusual thing for most burger places these days; most of the time when I order a burger medium, it comes out medium well or well done. These were both perfectly medium. Both burgers came out with a generous amount of potato products, more than either of us could hope to stuff down our gullets in one sitting. The food was outstanding. The service was great. The music was too loud for the wife but it was the kind of music that is supposed to be played loud so no points off for that from me. A nice vibe overall. I'll definitely be back.
