However, my real interest was in having a custom-made, lab-grown, pavé diamond bangle bracelet, one that was unique and exquisite. My wife and I brought in my grandmother's diamond engagement ring to create a custom ring for my wife. This was for our 10th wedding anniversary and she has not had a true diamond engagement ring this whole time. My wife is very picky about style and wanted a custom band design all her own. She brought in drawings of what she wanted. The owner and master jeweler Aiman worked with her to create the exact design she wanted and recommend a few smart changes based on structural integrity and to hide some of the natural blemishes or chips on the diamond after decades of wear. Aiman Also offered that he could re-cut the diamond but told us it would come back smaller. My wife and I decided to keep the natural wear left by my grandmother. He also evaluated the diamond and showed us the wholesale and retail price. We were just curious but had no intentions to sell it. After 2-3 weeks he created a master piece. We are so happy the way we could honor grandma's diamond. As a bonus we sold the gold band and got it taken off the price of the new band. I just explained what I wanted and Mike helped sketch my design, they made a ring mold from the design to try on and and confirm my ring was what I wanted before it was made and finalized. I was able to hand select each stone too. They made the whole process so easy and enjoyable! Since having my Stunning Engagement ring there and purchasing my wedding band, my husband and I have been back in several times for various jewelry needs. My ring was a little heavy on top and spun on my finger. They tried resizing it a couple times but ended up getting a special piece added so that it wouldn't spin and it wouldn't have to be sized down anymore. Where do I even start. First of all this place treats you like family and nothing less. From being greeted by name as soon as you walk in to being shown the newest jewelry that hasn't been put on the shelves yet. I've bought several diamond rings and necklaces as well as numerous repairs to rings and bracelets. I don't know why it has taken me so long to leave a review because I've dealt with them so many times and have been more than satisfied on every purchase and visit! My last visit really stuck out though because as I was cleaning my jewelry before an event I had, I unfortunately dropped one of my rings face first on the floor, and of course a diamond popped out. It's a pretty big ring with noticeable diamonds, so it was extremely noticeable that the diamond had fallen out. I had only a couple hours before the event and I was really hoping to wear that ring. Stopped in and I was probably out within 10 minutes on an immediate repair that they thankfully had the diamond for already. They have always treated me right and they are always budget minded when it comes to your jewelry goals and never pressure you to buy or to upgrade, but always have the knowledge and accessibility to jewelry in case you want that. If they don't have it, either they can find it for you or create it! I have the pleasure of dealing with Sebastian when I visit and he always makes sure that there's many options for me and has given me deals you just can't find anywhere else. Aiman is always there for the creation and repair expertise and always listens to my ideas on a new pendant or jewelry creation idea that I have, and actually takes the time to explain why it wouldn't work or the best way to make it work. A while down the road, the bracelet broke. I go to Walter Nash...they are no longer in business. Question to daughter: Any tips on a good jeweler?
