I had bought plenty of cars. Work with plenty of financial assistance. Well there is this guy at this dealership name Micheal King (he suppose to be the manager of the financing) he had told us that VIP coverage is only $30 more for 72 months. But after i had found out that its not $30 but is $83.5 more each month. And when we confronted with him. His face start changing emotions and couldn't explain to us why is this more then what he had told me! We ask him to print out the price for us to take a look at he didnt wanted too. He sat there for almost 10 minutes looking at his computer and start throwing his pen and note on the paper with attitude and ask us with a voice of attitude said "so what yall want". We was like we need to see the price of everything that had cost it from $65k plus task only $71k. But now in the paper it jump up to almost $80k. After that he print out the paper and we start asking him why is the VIP coverage in the beginning you told me is $30 a month so 72 months only $2160. Now is $6012. He couldn't explain to us. So we made him take off that VIP coverage. (With an attitude) Back to the beginning before we do any paper. He had told me that my interest rate is 3.99%. And after we made him took it off the VIP coverage he said the interest rate now is 4.99%. Im not an expert in financial or anything. But i know damm well that my interest rate and that VIP coverage had to do nothing with each other. I dont know that with this hatred came from racist or something else. But we bought a $70,000 car we doesnt mind to pay for coverage like that. We just doesn't want them to cheat on our money like that. As the same with you. This dealership does not even deserve the one star it's given. Our family bought three vehicles from them in a weeks time and each one of us are HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Let me first start off by saying the day that my boyfriend bought his truck, they brought it to him filthy and the gas tank was empty. There was old taco bell cups and belongings of the last owner in the console etc. We tried to get them to make it right but they never did. They promised a cleaning and a free tank to him by appointment and never did so. Our next issue was not even 6 months after having the vehicle the transmission started acting out (not even 100,000 miles on it so it definitely still has a warranty) so I called the first week of December 2021 and requested and appointment. They gave me an appointment for December 23rd And called December 22nd at 7pm to CANCEL it. Flaming their transmission tech had quit over a week ago and they had no one to service our vehicle. In case you're wondering, we still have not been serviced. My boyfriends mom then took her BRAND NEW traverse (bought here of course) to be serviced for the check engine light being on And they told her that something "came up off the road and unplugged some wires so her BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER THE COST OF THE REPAIR!!!! THE 26 DOLLAR PART TO BE PULLED BACK IN WAS OVER $350!!! They charged her 359 dollars to plug in a wire and it took two days. on top of that, her husband's truck which was ALSO BOUGHT THERE ... ALSO HAS TRANSMISSION ISSUES .. and y'all already know where that's going. NO. HELP. AT. ALL. We went in to complain these matters because they are completely unacceptable and yet, no help. David the service manager cannot accept accountability for not adequately doing his job. My 2018 Tahoe needed a new passenger door panel because the speaker cover was punctured. This was ordered in late March. I call August 12th and finally get the truth about it being sold to another customer but he states the wrong panel was ordered. When asked why wasn't I called or updated he points the finger to someone else. But when asked if following up with service tickets, completion time, and wrong part orders was all a part of his job he says yes David made absolutely no attempt to apologize or make it right. I've custom ordered 5 vehicles and I've never received such horrendous lack of service as I did today. I will be going to another Chevy dealership! read more

Let me start off by saying, I'm a car enthusiast, so I buy a lot of cars. Most of them I've bought out of state, having to trust the dealer to be clear and honest about what they have, and have never had to back out of a deal until now. I flew in from Minnesota, planning to buy and drive back the white 2016 Cadillac CTS V-sport with 11k miles that they have for sale. Was told that nothing was wrong with the car and was led to believe that it was in good condition. That couldn't have been further from the truth. In my quick look around and test drive, I found oil leaking from the differential, a service air bag message in the dash, a rattling exhaust, the window trim was loose and coming off on the driver's door, all the window trim was completely faded with the clear coat flaking off, deep scratches in the hood, the right front fender was bent up and creased behind the wheel along with some broken under body panels and a couple broken interior pieces to top it off. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed in Ralph Sellers. If they would have disclosed even half these problems, I would have never wasted my time and money flying down to look at it. Of course, the owner had no interest in taking responsibility for their obvious mistake by helping cover the cost of my wasted trip, and got visibly angry when I tried to politely reason with him. At the end of day, Ralph Sellers was clearly dishonest and deceitful in the way they portrayed this car to me. There is no possible way that they did not know about the extensive list of problems with this car and yet, not a single one of those problems was mentioned to me. I'm very disappointed in a salesman at this location, and idk why I am even shocked but I hope they can learn from this review. I won't name drop because I realize these people need the business to make money & care for their families, but DO BETTER! My husband let this dealership know on a Sunday we were coming Wednesday to test drive a vehicle. We live over an hour away, so I took off work, texted the salesman while on the way and just wanted to confirm it was there and we could test drive. He says yes it's available but he was not working so he hooked us up with another salesman. No problem! We were almost there when the new salesman texts us and says that vehicle sold the day before. Now, I'm not expecting a dealership to call me when a vehicle sells but if I text you to say I'm coming, I expect the truth. I know they just wanted us there to try to sell something else. The first salesman was so wrong to tell us it was still there when he knew it wasn't. Based on that, I will not use this dealership. I hate car shopping to begin with, and this sketchy situation just confirms why. If he had been honest and said it was not there but was willing to look for comparables for us, it'd be different. I wish I could give the collision center less than 1 star as well. Had my car for 1 month and 2 days to replace a bumper and a fender. Only reason I brought it there was because the BMW dealership told me that they had the only technician who was certified to work on my car (CFRP frame). There wasn't any frame damage done and if I would have known I would have never brought my car there. I will definitely be sticking to my regular body shop in the future if I unfortunately have any damage. When I did pick up the car on Friday it had 7 obvious issues (door handle not working, paint flaking off, hood not adjusted, etc) so they promised it would be done Tuesday. Not done until Thursday! Worst possible customer service and quality I've ever experienced. Pick this place if 1) you like being lied to about when your car will be done 2) if you are ok with subpar quality of repairs and 3) if your rental car is nicer than the car you own because you will be driving it for awhile. read more

-Review on Used Car Salesman and Mechanics only!- I cannot give this place a good review unfortunately.. I bought a used vehicle from here that started so much mess for me it's unrealistic. A 2003 F150 Harley Davidson edition. I did buy the vehicle used and before inspection supposedly. I did sign the waver understanding that they would not be responsible since they hadn't inspected it. *The salesman however did not give me the car history nor did he mention its prior wreck.*This was my first vehicle purchase. The vehicle did have a wreck in the history he never mentioned. I did test drive it, but not on the interstate like I should have. - within 2 weeks my engine was done ($7000). The previous owner had plugged up the blown head gasket to hold out long enough to sell it. Would have been done in just a day or two but I rarely used the vehicle while I was online applying for jobs (I had just come off my deployment to Afghanistan). I had it inspected at two places, tried to return the vehicle but their salesman said they couldn't take it back after I had it that long... Offered me trade in at 6600 after their mechanics said it was just a bad coil, when I paid 8800 (10k after tax title license). Another $1000 of work had to be done with the engine work. Radiator, flywheel, starter. - within 1 year my transmission was done ($4,000). I drive very normal not treating it as a toy - had at least one bad tire at the time of purchase as I was leaking air ($230 a piece for the stock 22" low profile tires) - now currently having wiring issues I cannot ignore (they were always there, but it became more apparent later on. Cost tbd) I've replaced So much more than this. Once I got my job it affected my work on a regular basis. Always having to bring this truck into the shop, having to be driven to work by family and to this day still having a few things I must replace. I couldn't give up on the truck either since it was my means of transportation Only thing left I can say is the salesman buying this from someone was appalling. And that their mechanics should be let go if they just plug it up to a computer and ignore all the rest of the vehicle saying it's just a bad coil. It was a bit sneaky and underhanded in some ways so I caution to never sign that waver like I did and to always get information on the car. You can get the vehicle a little cheaper but here the risk outweighed the expense. Ultimately, I give this Brian Harris a thumbs down for salesman's lack of integrity, Mechanics not being able to see a bad engine, and the company for letting me ride with this And there's always someone trying to defend the company (comment just below v). There's no defending your employee's decisions. Only 2 available options for you. Admit your salesman was undertrained to do his job (as well as your mechanics), or that your company is fine with letting things like this happen. It'll be easier for everyone. You gave me the option for a trade in to more used vehicles with no warranty. I asked that salesman to his face and he said "We offer no warranties on any of our used vehicles". I wouldn't want to make that mistake again, and there's no way I could shell out another 20-25K after already footing 10k. read more

Bryan Harris Collision associated with Brian Harris Chevrolet, was wonderful to me when my car was rear-ended in a 7 car pile-up. Wyatt Montalbano was professional, quite helpful and kind. I was impressed that he had me come out to see the damaged areas on my car's frame, so I could understand just how extensive the damage was, even though from the exterior it had not looked so severe. He explained what procedures would be required to fix it and showed me the hydraulic rack. I was also impressed with how he conducted himself when I overheard him with with an unreasonable customer who made unfair accusation at him. He remained calm, did not raise his voice, pointed out why her claims weren't validated...as I said, he was professional. Dealing with the public is difficult. I just wanted you to know that Wyatt is making customers happy, being professional, and representing Brain Harris well. I was very happy when I bought my Silverado and had a great experience and that's where it ended. My free oil changes for the first year took around 3 hours for each oil change and that's when I have an appointment for early in the morning. The 5 minute oil change people are more professionals than these losers. Anytime I have some type of work being done it is damn near impossible to get someone on the phone who can help. I REFUSE to have anymore work done here and they will not be getting any more of my business. I'd rather drive to Texas for a new truck than buy another vehicle from Brian Harris and have to deal with their service department. What a joke. read more

First of all, I wish I could not even give them 1 star. I had my Chevy Malibu towed in on Tuesday, January 13th to have my car put on the diagnostic machine because of overheating. Prior to having my vehicle even towed there, I called the service department and told them my dilemma. They were friendly and told me they would be able to assist me. What they didn't tell me was how long it would take. No one called to give me updates and when I called them, they would tell me that it was 2-3 day backlog. The following day, they told me that there were 20 cars ahead of me. Be mindful that I just needed a diagnostic done before we even proceeded with the work. It is now Friday 01/16/15 and after calling AGAIN around noon. NO ONE has even touched my vehicle. The service advisor also informed me that he did not know when it would be looked at because 2 of the technicians called in sick. I told him 4 days without my vehicle is completely unacceptable. If it takes 4+ days for them to put my vehicle on a diagnostic machine, then how long will it take them to repair my vehicle? I won't be finding out. My boyfriend went with a tow truck company to retrieve my vehicle and they tried to charge him a "holding fee". The tow truck said that my vehicle was in the same place where he dropped it off on Tuesday. My boyfriend refused to pay the fee and spoke with the manager. The only thing I have nice to say is that Ray, the service advisor, seemed to have patience but the situation is HORRIBLE. This is horrible customer service and I will never bring my vehicle to get an oil change or anything else. read more

I called on a friday morning at 8am and was told that if I brought it in immediately, they would be able to get to it before monday. I left work for a hour to get it to them so it could get done quick, I knew when I brought it in that it was just a sensor messed up. The only problem I was having was a message coming up that said AC switched off due to high engine temp. With that the electric fan would cut on, but the temperature gauge never moved to hot. I was told when I dropped it off that I would get a phone call when they got to the car. I never recieved a phone call that day, Saturday I called them and was told that the man I dropped it off to was off so they didn't know what to tell me. Not to long after that my mom called asking to talk to the manager so we could understand why just because one desk worker was off they couldn't look at my car, we were told they would go find it and call me back, they never did call back that day. I called again Monday morning and was told they hadn't even got to it and I needed to understand that they were going in the order that the vehicles were brought in. When I asked how many vehicles I had in front of me and they would call when they got to mine. 3 and 1/2 hours later when I still had no phone call I called my grandfather who is the cosigner on the car and explained the situation to him, he tried to call and got no answer so he went to the service department and was told if the technician that it was in line for couldn't get to it that day they would get it to another one and they would call us before they closed at 5:30, needless to say we never got a phone call. Tuesday morning I called and was told they finally had figured out it was a sensor messed up they just needed to figure out which one and they would call me back. Tuesday afternoon, when they still hadn't called back, my mom called and was told they couldn't fix the problem I brought it in for because they had ran the car Saturday, sunday, and monday, and the message didn't come up for them (keep in mind the story has changed because before we were being told they didn't even get to it until Tuesday morning) but the air conditioner was making a noise so they had ordered a compressor and there would most likely be next day delivery, if it was delivered the next day it would be installed and they would have the car ready the next day. I recieved a call Wednesday morning at about 10:30 and was told the compressor was in so it would be installed and my car would be ready that day. 11:15 Wednesday morning I received another phone call letting me know that the vehicle they were working on would not be done before they closed at 5:30 because they were installing a steering column so they would not be able to get to mine and the exact words to me were "if you can not bear another day without a car, your keys are on my desk, but we can't install the part until tomorrow." I was told they could definitely have it done thursday. My mom called after I hung up trying to figure out why I was guaranteed the car more than once and they couldn't get it done, the service department would not answer the phone, and the manager of the dealership was not there. It was finally ready thursday, we were told that they did not appreciate so much communication with one vehicle. My problem with this was their story changing more than once, they were rude 99% of the time, they did not get to the car when I was told they would, and the worst part is they did not bother to call me and keep me updated until we started constantly calling. It was nothing but horrible customer service. I just bought this car with 25,000 miles on it at the end of June and purchased the extended warranty, you would think they could at least keep good communication going while they have my car to keep me coming if something else happens. If you ever buy a vehicle from them, do not use the service department, the receptionist said this was nothing new because they have someone calling to complain every day. Friday I was in the car and the entire radio system completely shut off, so I have they didn't screw that up in the process of installing the part. read more

DON'T GO HERE! THERE IS A VALID REASON WHY THERE ARE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS!!! Parts department and service departments don't communicate. I had a truck towed in because the only key to it was lost. I was told I had to talk to parts. I was quoted a price which was fine. I did not dispute it. The only time I talked to service is when parts connected me to them and they told me they did have time to program the key then they sent me back to parts department. I had our secretary email all necessary paperwork for legal purposes. I then called to pay for the key (and it was for only 1 key at least with Ford they give you 2 keys). I paid them for the key and told them I needed everything to be ready so when my husband got there in the morning all he had to do was wait for the "key to be cut" and leave. I had everything else done to make it easy for him. My husband is a very busy man and has a lot to do. Low and behold they rip us off and say we had to pay ANOTHER $100. When I try to tell the manager what happened he is VERY DISMISSIVE AND TALKES DOWN TO WOMEN AND WOULD NOT LET ME TALK. He was sure to say on his end of the phone that he was getting interrupted when he was the one interrupting me. I even had to tell him to shut up 1 time be cause he interrupted me when I am trying to explain. So he says 4 different times if I say shut up to him 1 more time he would end the call. I only said it 1 time. I had him on speaker and I have a witness who heard EVERYTHING. My witness even started counting the times he interrupted me. The manager interrupted me so much that he told me he doesn't have a secretary. Funny thing was I was trying to tell him that he had talked to our secretary but he would not listen because he was too busy belittling me. Several years ago i bought a Traverse from Brian Harris i did recieve a good deal reagarding it. My issue is not with the sale department it's with the service department. on Friday of last week i took my vehiche to have the recalls done and there was another problem that needed to be taken care on Tuesday morning when i picked my vehicle up i noticed that my console had been opened and thought nothing of it it wasn't until i was drivining that i noticed that my inspection sticker had been removed when contatcted service department The mamnger informed me that it must have been stolen. that was when i deciced to check the rest of my vehicle and found that there were other things that were taken. The first due date was two weeks prior. I did finally receive a call to say that the car was fixed but they had lost my keys. The car was then sent to Brian Harris Audi, where i was told by their service department that i had multiple issues with my car due to incorrect coding that happened at the collision center.
