That was odd because the last time I was there Miguel said that the rims had a little shimmy but did not need to be fixed because they would balance out and unless I felt something they ok. So now Miguel charges you to use your credit card and a hefty fee or you can pay Miguel cash so Miguel does not have to declare it as income "right into his pocket" "under the table".
