Had a truck broken down on the side of the highway near this shop. I called them and they came out right away. Great communication, getting the truck to the shop & repaired when it said it would be. One star does not apply. Called on April 7th to schedule service on my travel trailer brakes. I provided them the make, model, year and even the VIN number of my travel trailer. Technician shows up and basically states that he's never worked on trailer brakes and has no idea what he's doing. Also stated that he was told he was going to look at a motorcycle trailer. Did not know how to get the tire off so I basically asked him to stop and leave. Called United and told them to have they're technician to stop. Told them that I wasn't paying for having nothing done. They sent the wrong guy to work on a vehicle who had no knowledge of trailer brakes. Before the technician left my driveway United charged me $331.35. so their mistake cost me over $300 for absolutely nothing! What a disgusting, despicable way of doing business. Send a guy who knows nothing about what he's working on, has no knowledge of what he's coming to work on and thankfully was honest enough to say he didn't even know what he was looking at. Bottom line: United Roadside was responsive and professional, and if I need their services again, I'd go out of my way to let them do the work. I was traveling through the area in a motorhome, and had a problem with my suspension. I called United Roadside, and they agreed to look at it. Within a 1/2 hour of arriving, a mechanic had diagnosed the problem, and asked for my OK to order parts. The parts arrived within an hour, and they went right to work making the repairs. By the end of the workday, everything was fixed, and I was rolling out of there. read more

These guys came and put my brand new tire on my m3 in just ten minutes, mounted, balanced, and all. I would recommend them to anybody! Very professional, very convenient and very time efficient!! United roadside is great these are some of the nicest people you will ever meet very knowledgeable and quick to get the job done too not like some of the Big Brand companies that will tell you to be there one time and make you wait 8 hours to get a small job done. This is my second time doing business with them they installed a set of Michelin tires on my steer axles of my tractor trailer and couldn't be happier I highly recommend them. I'm an owner operator so time is money and these guys wont leave you sitting around long waiting! read more
