Great burger, though greasy. Had the Ralph's with no changes to it. Before I go further, the one nice thing the girl at the counter did was say my order would be brought to me, and it was. I walk with a cane & I had brought my dog. I rather doubt I'll be back. I'd rather go any of the other WEC restaurants where the staff is gracious to the level of Disney gracious. Staff were not at all on par with the rest of WEC, well at least not the blond young woman that waited on me. She did smile upon arrival, but their tone was condescending and obviously an old, plump lady didn't fit her idea of who to be nice to. I ordered quickly, as I came to just try the place out and figured the Ralph's burger was the way to go. I felt all the staff sort of walked around her and gave her a wide berth and frankly all looked nervous. Is there a tyrant there? Layout: is odd! Condiments are on the far right end of the counter, yet the utensils and beverages are on the opposite wall. The girl who took my order said nothing about that. I was surprised to get a burger with no condiments on it. I ordered coffee and they give you a cup and it's self-service, which is perfectly fine, but the tea and coffee were not labeled or if they are, then it's up over 5 feet, I tipped 18%, not my usual 20%*, as it's counter service. I assume that's divided up, as the staff cleaning tables were quick & efficient, as well as pleasant. Maybe blond girl was having a bad day, but if that's the case - don't share it. I was there on June 4th, 2026. Since this is not a chain fast food restaurant and they apparently don't put condiments on the burgers, I think having them on the table would be better. My wife and I decided to try out Ralph's Burger during the Home and Garden show at the WEC. Boy were we surprised to see this placed packed! In addition to the Home and Garden show, there were horse jumping competitions and apparently some tour groups with their yellow lanyards hanging on their necks. Needless to say, we waited in line a while and had to hunt for tables and chairs. Fortunately, my wife and I "divided and conquered" as she secured a table (which we happily shared with another couple after my wife wiped it off with a wet wipe) and I stood in line to place our orders. I ordered the Southwest Burger ($17) and my wife ordered the Patty Melt ($14.75). Both came with fries. We just had water. The wait was longer than we thought (the place was truly packed). My burger had good flavor but thought the burger patty was a bit overdone for my tastes. My wife liked her patty melt and thought it was full of flavor as well but would've preferred the marble rye to be grilled instead of toasted. All in all, despite the crowd which we thought may have affected their execution a bit, we thought of our experience a positive one. We might consider trying out their breakfast when we decide to head back out to WEC for a Sunday service in their quaint chapel. Quite the rollercoaster experience at Ralph's Burgers! The emotional highs and lows were almost like a mini-drama in themselves. The Southwest Burger looked promising with its chipotle aioli and candied bacon, it was a gastro-enthusiast's masterpiece, but the service? Yikes. Many other interesting burgers, sandwiches, shakes, and cake concoctions were on the menu, but my decision was set in stone. The anticipation of that first bite of the burger was going to cure my animalistic hunger as we headed to the counter and met with the cashier, Denise. She literally sounded like a robot requesting the choice of hamburgers and toppings. Then rudely explained the credit card payment options. I thought to myself, am I on a hidden camera television show? Absolutely zero personality, which sadly just severely diminished my highly anticipated Ralph's Burgers experience. Wait there's more...Emotionally defeated, I made payment for the food and still left a $12.00 TIP for Denise to merely enter my order into the computer. We all self-serve at the fountain drink station and find comfortable refuge at a quaint table. About ten minutes later, Denise yells my name alerting me that our food order was ready and I instantly acknowledged. Oddly, she yells to me, "I Need Hands!!!", as she just stood motionless behind the counter holding two of our food trays. It felt like a walk of shame to take possession of our food. Took a few minutes to shake off our initial contact with Denise and finally dug into that beautiful long awaited burger. Holy smokes, the chipotle and candied bacon were integrated perfectly with the juicy cooked beef along with big golden onion rings as a perfect sidekick. The World Equestrian Center provides unparalleled service at their luxurious estate, which I have witnessed during my stay, thus, if aware, this type of unprofessionalism toward customers and guests would never be tolerated. This experience definitely makes for an interesting holiday memory! It's just a shame that something as simple as friendly service couldn't make it even more memorable. read more

Order at the counter kinda place, but clean and bright with friendly staff. We had a double smash burger and the grilled cheese. The burger was excellent! Just the way a smash burger should be...hot, oozing cheese, a little crispy, all the right fixings. The $13.00 grilled cheese was a bit of a let down, but this is a burger place and they do that very well! read more

Based on Facebook comments, we decided to give Ralph's at the World Equestrian Center a try. We are glad we did! We ordered our food online for carry out and ate in the car. The food was ready when promised and the customizations were perfect. Everything was hot and delicious and condiments are readily available for the taking. There is a shelf for carry out orders, but the sweet employee took it off the shelf and handed it to me. That made the experience more personal. The onion rings are incredibly delicious, as were the fries and burgers. We are so glad we caved in to peer pressure and found this delicious burger place! read more

Good for fast grab. The best part is the self service Starbucks coffee dispensing machine. The fries are best when fresh, the breakfast sandwiches are very good. We took out breakfast to the main stadium to watch the equestrians horse shows. Nice n casual place to fill yr belly. read more

The service was good. My kids ordered various cheeseburgers and those tasted great! I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it was not good. It was burned and had none of the spice that a Nashville hot chicken sandwich should have. Do not order that, a total waste of money. Our onion rings that we had with the burgers were nearly cold. If I came again I would stick with just getting a burger. read more

What a great little place. Ralph's is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff is friendly and well presented. As for the restaurant itself, you may be wondering if it's clean? It is spotless throughout the lovely, bright, open, and well-distanced dining room, behind the counter and what can be seen of the kitchen, yes it's clean, everything gleams. It should, after all, it's new. The menu at Ralph's is traditional American with everything from burgers to wings to milkshakes with what look to be other good & tasty bits in between. We ordered the Nashville Hot chicken wings, ghost fries (we were told they were super spicy), and the All American dog - a huge Hebrew National Frank in a thick Texas Toast wrap. The wings were fabulous and sadly we were both knuckles deep in dry rub when I realized we hadn't taken a photo - so no photo of the food I'm afraid. It was a shame because the wings were bright flaming red to match the flavor and the ghost fries were also a lovely shade of fiery hotness. We cannot sing the praises of these fat chunky wings and skinny torture filled fries enough - WONDERFUL. However, the All-American hotdog was awful. Dried out, flavorless, and made us think it had been on a warmer all day. It came on dry Texas toast with a side helping of mustard, ketchup, and relish packets - bleuch! We couldn't eat it. The hotdog was the reason Ralph's didn't quite manage the 5 beautiful and much-coveted shiny, Yelpy stars. Everything else was spot on. A table behind us had milkshakes, they both appeared and sounded as if they were more than happy with them so the milkshakes are no doubt a good bet too. As the burgers probably are as well. We were talking to an employee (of the Equestrian Center, not Ralph's) and he couldn't stop bragging on them. His favorite? The Double Double. Go ahead and try Ralph's they are worth the walk - and I also think they will be rating a full five stars before long. Keep up the great work Ralph's. read more

It reminds me of amusement park food and to that note, so does the service. The order taker was less then supportive when I kept asking her to speak up due to the echo of the room itself. Hard to hear. When the order was wrong and I asked for it to be rectified by the expo, she was also put off. The fries are better when you take them out of you your freezer at home. Save the money. The burger is not a 14.00 burger ( amusement park price/amusement park product) Maybe our expectations had been a little to high due to its location. Had delish B-day dinner for 20 riders/family. Chef Nathikah and her team went above and beyond to make it very special and Fun. Food was fresh and tasty! Burgers, onion rings and shakes so good!! I was even able to buy slice of chocolate cake for the birthday girl. Chef Nathikah was the best. Definitely be back next time we visit WEC. read more
