About to call it a night but I realized I saw a great deal last minute I didn't have to take advantage of it. Bacon (12oz or 1lb) for $3.99? Are you kidding me? I had to run in here even at almost 10:00 at night to get my share, or at least see if there was any left Here's the catch.... The deal was only through the digital app, something I'll be honest I absolutely abhor! Translation: I'm old school and in case you haven't noticed by now prefer the human touch, or the face-to-face experience. Something about dealing with yet another app just has me at my wits end! And God help you if your phone data is having trouble or the Wi-Fi in the store sucks. Smh That's when CSA and old school veteran cashier Francis (declined pic) stepped up and made it happen! She was able to take care of the special deal for me without the app, and as always is a pleasure to deal with. I got out of here with five packs of Jimmy Dean bacon that is to die for. What's more, I'll the fat to do a lot of sauteing of my fresh ingredients in a host of other meals-so this was a triple win. All in all, a great quick stop! read more

So, with things going a bit stressful these days, this supermarket offers so many great deals every day. I love to cook for my family, and these deals are "purse" friendly ;) I am able to save upwards to 20$ on every visit plus their markdowns are fantastic! I always go by 8a in order to shop and save! Daniel meat clerk was extremely helpful. I live nearby this Ralphs and go in on many occasions and I was making something that required a specific kind of meat and it's not always just like right there available so they didn't really have exactly what I was looking for, but they had kind of close to what I was looking for and Daniel told me about it and he cut it out for me and he gave it to me and was just extremely helpful. You know I saw him cleaning the back. He keeps the whole butcher area super clean very important and you know he has a smile on his face you know again very important because too many people just are acting like they're mad they have to go to work, but then when they have bills to pay, they gotta have money for it lol anyways if you need anything from the butcher at the Ralphs talked to Daniel. Sometimes you need a snack like some roasted or fried chicken at the Ralph's Fresh Fare. They usually close around 1am. I popped in late in the evening for some late fresh fruit like Pineapple, Watermelon, Mango or mixed fruit bowl for only $5. What a deal at night. read more

I dropped by Ralph's on the morning of 09/27/25 at 7am to pick up some things for lunch. I stopped and asked the middle aged lady with curly hair at the self check out area where can I find the cheese. She answered in a rude voice "just go back there to the meat and cheese area" I responded with where? I don't know this store! She pointed to the back to the store. The lady was acting as if I was bothering her by asking such a question. My next stop was for a coffee at the Starbucks, the cashier was just as rude. I understand that it is early on a Saturday morning and we would all rather be in bed.. but the amount of rudeness in this store is astounding. Usually Ralphs employees are nice and helpful but this morning and this crew was awful . Makes me never want to go there again. Such an unpleasant experience. read more

Some of the cashiers have an attitude so I go to self checkout even for a full cart of groceries. It's really bad customer service and degrading to be talked down to by them. However, they're well stocked, clean, and organized. But so are other stores. I will go to another grocery store as much as I can to avoid the cashiers here. So done with nastiness in their tone. I believe there's likely some subconscious racism sadly. read more

I've been to a few of the stores over this way and finally made my way to Ralphs. And it was a good one! This whole shopping center reminds me of nicer ones outside of L.A., and the store also reflected this. Perhaps it was time I went (during the day on a weekday) but the employees seemed friendlier; they all seemed to know the customers, it had a small-town feeling which I am not familiar with in this part of town. I liked it. I was able to find what I needed, and was out in no time. They also have self checkout which I prefer. Large parking lot since it's in a shopping center; no issue finding a spot. Even though there is a Ralphs slightly closer than this one, I'm willing to go a little further out for what I need. read more

Came over to the deli (never been) I didn't know the different types options of meat and cuts there were, but Dabbin did an amazing job of explaining it all to me. Everything was very clean and organized. Other Ralph's locations weren't much help and I gave up, but here I felt like I was talking to a friend. I have been to worst locations but I don't think that should be the gauge. During my visits, the store was decently stocked and clean. I come here for certain food items that Pavilions fail to stock regularly. The customer service here could use some work; other reviews have already touched on that so I won't feed a fed horse. Pandemic style drive up and pickup. I'm all about it. Look, my order was correct, the guy who brought it out was cool, and the process wasn't crazy. It's quite a busy parking lot l, so I appreciate some semblance of order and their clearly marked signs. The only reason I didn't go with a 5 is that I was there waiting for about 10 minutes and there were no status updates. I'd say 4.5 stars is more accurate. In fact, if or when I pickup again, if it's u set 10 minutes of waiting, I'll bump it up to a 5. All in all, the drive up here wasn't half bad. That's what's up. From good to bad to worse. A single star for the friendly employees, who are unfailingly polite and helpful despite being overworked and under-supported. Nearly two years into the pandemic, most stores have adjusted. Kroger - Ralph's parent company - has made *record profits* during this time. Instead of reinvesting in their business, though, there are fewer and fewer workers here, which is the major problem. On a recent Friday afternoon, the line stretched back to the middle of the frozen food aisle because there was a single cashier working. You practically have to go looking in back for someone to help you at the deli counter. Products are not stocked or disappear entirely that you can find easily just down the 90 at the Marina Ralph's, so it's not a "supply chain" issue. And always check the expiration dates, because it's not unusual for items in the refrigerated section to sit on shelves weeks past their sell-by date. The only thing this store has done well recently is make a Pavilion's shopper out of me. read more

I'm writing this review because Stanton is THE cheese man. I live within walking distance from another Ralphs, but ever since I stopped by this one because mine was out of an ingredient it's become my preferred location. It has better inventory across the board, a cheese guru in the dairy dept and kind folks creating a nice environment at the checkout counters. Stanton does a great job curating a varied selection of cheeses and accompaniments and I always end up leaving with 2-3 more jams, spreads, cheeses or crackers than I mean to and I NEVER regret it! I hesitate to write this because I don't want anyone eating up all the good cheese, but I've gotta give props for great service. My only complaint is they may need more stockist - often the shelf label will say "out of stock" even if the item IS on the shelves which can make it hard to determine what the price is. The produce dept is also pretty popular but there's usually always someone trying to replenish the shelves so you can do a lap and come back for what was missing. read more

I was hoping to find this Mexican marinated chicken wing I bought once, but they no longer sell it. I went today and I did not realize they have alcohol for SALE and Starbucks mugs etc!!! Curbside Pickup is great especially being disabled. I appreciate being able to park and pickup my orders.. I exclusively use various stores pickup and go services for my shopping needs. The reason for the one star review at this particular location is because I arrived to pickup my groceries exactly at my pickup time and the entire pickup staff decided to go to lunch during that time slot (Monday at 12noon) WOW what a headache. Not even ONE employee could bring my groceries outside so I foolishly waited and waited in the parking lot burning gas because I assumed they would come out AT ANY Moment but that went on for 45 minutes. No one answers the phone number posted on the pickup sign. So if your cell phone has no internet service for any reason while picking up orders no one will answer the phone.. I called the general store number as well no answer. Finally after the "pickup manager", came off lunch and decided to bring my order out she was rude. I ended up placing a Pavilions pickup order but then having to wait several hours later for a time slot---No apologies for the long wait. Nothing. I asked her if Kroger would be happy that she has customers sitting in the parking lot waiting until the whole staff is done with lunch.. still trying to contact the real store manager to complain.. no answer, go figure! read more

I don't live far from Pavillions, so that's where I've been going for years. But, today I decided to take a mile walk, if not more and go to Ralph's. The produce, variety, cleanliness, and customer service was top-notch. Pavillions is scary compared to this place. I'll be visiting Ralph's more often for sure! read more

In entering this Ralph's, the customer has to take a breath because it is not the easiest store to navigate. It's very overwhelming and feels like, well a lot crammed into this space. Anyway, it is not my go-to store but will stop if I am in the area. What I am reporting on is a Buyer Beware! Maybe a small issue but it is something we all have to watch. Tacked on to my bill today was a $.10 charge for a bag, although I am so very conscientious about bringing my own bags to stores. As stated, a small issue but $.10 can add up for a nice profit for the grocers, whether it's erroneously or purposely added to our bills! Just wanted us consumers to beware. We are paying a premium for groceries today. Put your $.10 in your piggy banks every time you use your own grocery bags. It adds up! read more

Never had a chance to review the food. The people at the deli were just not interested in helping anyone. The one man they had there was working and nice. The others were busy with each other. As 4-6 people stood and waited for the only deli worker the women that looked like they worked there (had the badges and were behind the counter) did nothing. Horrible customer service. Came here (5/25/17) after reaching out several Ralphs trying to find: Townshend's Brew Dr. Kombucha. I called before I went over and the staff who answered the phone was very pleasant and attentive. The guy checked to make sure they had the product and I was excited to know they had all the flavors. He also let me know where the drink would be located once I made it to the store and inside! Talk about above and beyond! MY PURCHASE: Brew Dr. Kombucha (flavors: Love, Clear Mind, Superberry --- see photos attached). This Ralphs was very diverse with customers and employees (which I like to see) and they close at 1am; which is a plus for people who like to beat the crowds and would rather come at night. I would return back to this location again and would recommend to anyone whose in the area. read more

Along with a sugarless Green Monster and a Hostess Cream-Filled Chocolate Cupcake, it makes an excellent, great tasting, and inexpensive lunch. I highly recommend it, but save some for me! This Ralphs store has been going downhill for awhile now... tonight is my last time to step foot in here. The manager on duty, Mike -- his badge says Michael T. (Teske or something, he's an Indian guy with an accent, short with black hair -- he refused to give me his name) was extremely rude and arrogant. I told him I'd like to get his name please... but he next heard me say I'm reporting him to Ralphs HQ regarding his unacceptable behavior, he ran off. Seriously. He ran off! And yelled "I'm not giving you my name". This is not the first time that I put up with his attitude and disrespect to customer at this store. What a shame to have this kind of Ralphs employee in my neighborhood. The poor attendant Jesse C. was trying to help me out with the checkout issue but really couldn't 'coz "Mike the manager" was unwilling just stood there, embarrassed to witness such poor managerial example. Where did all the well-trained and pleasant to interact with managers go? There used to be 2 ladies who would be on manager duties before but haven't seen them for awhile. I just keep getting this arrogant and rude Mike T. each time and each and every single interaction I've had with this Mike has been beyond unpleasant to say the least. Today this Ralphs was beautifully stocked & filled with great energy and very nice employees; two very kind cashiers helped me out with a problem I when my first cashiers pos system froze from an issue with my card ,with a line behind me, she quickly resolved the issue by the help of the lady cashier that was directly in front of her. What can I say? This is my local grocery story that's within walking distance to where I live. I've probably been to this grocery store more than any other place in my life, to be honest, since I go there two or three times a week. The best thing about being close to a grocery store is that I can stroll there and peruse through things and always find things on sale, whether it's their coupons or weekly deals which I can find about online, or if it's their manager's special items. I always like going around holiday times or after holiday times to find really great sales that are practically steals for how good of deals they are. I even bought an additional freezer to have enough to store things that I stock up on when they are on sale. At this point, I can have a holiday meal just about every weekend if I truly wanted to, and it would be so much cheaper than eating out. It helps that I'm a chef with a fully equipped kitchen! I fell over an object in the store. Hurt my hip and lower back. Filled out an accident form. They said they had footage. Cut to. When I called them about paying for medical bills. They said there is no video. Denied that this was a legitimate injury. The girl from their insurance company was rude and dismissive. I'm pursuing this. Because they could easily have paid me for loss of work and my Chiripractor. But they aren't taking any responsibility. I now know why people sue. The Manager there is slippery. Pretended not to remember a conversation we had. They all lied. I've lost redirect for this huge company. Which includes a lot of different stores. Like Kroger. Etc. I'll never shop at Ralph's again.
