I had a very concerning experience at this location that needs to be addressed immediately…read more I was shopping with my daughters (including my 8 year old) when a supervisor came down the aisle with a cart while my kids were going to grab chips. I was standing at the end of the aisle, and I clearly heard him say "f*ing move" under his breath directed at them. They heard him say it! And I also clearly heard him say it. This is unacceptable especially toward children. When I asked if there was a problem, he said "nope," then went to the register and gave me an intimidating stare. The behavior felt hostile, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for someone in a supervisory role. I reported this to the store manager and was told it would be handled. However, when I returned to the grocery store. The same employee was still working and gossiping about us while we are shopping and checking out. Both of my girls were very uncomfortable and upset to see this man again. Which raises serious concerns about how situations like this are handled. No family should be made to feel disrespected or intimidated while simply grocery shopping. This is unacceptable behavior from any employee, but especially from someone in management. If this is how supervisors treat customers, it reflects a serious lack of accountability at this location. I expect this to be properly investigated and addressed, and I will be following up until it is.

I've never had an issue with this request before. I watched the employee put on fresh gloves before making my sandwich. However, while my sandwich was in the toaster, she handled multiple meat products with those same gloves and then immediately began adding vegetables to my sandwich without changing them again. When I politely asked the older African American woman with glasses whether she had changed her gloves after handling the meat, she became defensive, rolled her eyes, and responded with a noticeable attitude, saying, "Yes, I changed them." An older Hispanic woman also insisted that the gloves had been changed, but they had only been changed before my sandwich was made--not after she handled the meat. Cross-contamination is a basic food safety concern, especially for customers with dietary restrictions or personal beliefs. What upset me the most wasn't just the mistake--it was the complete lack of accountability.
