The diamond fell out of my ring and I was panicked. I went to Ralph's because it was near to my house. When I first visited, I went without any jewelry because I wanted to check out the establishment first. The security doors, system and security guards made me feel safe. I was greeted well and promptly. The person helping me listened to me explain what happened to my ring and they educated me on why it happened. (Apparently diamonds are harder than gold, so the diamond was bound to slice through the gold eventually. I would have never known, and I am grateful for the understanding they provided me with). The next day, I took in my ring and dropped it off. Their turnaround time was one week. I picked up the ring one week later and it was as perfect as when I first got it. They cleaned it and made it look SO GOOD. Since, I have taken two other rings to them for resizing and cleaning. They sell and make jewelry and their maker works directly there, so they have all of the information for estimates immediately. I appreciate how they don't send the jewelry to someone else so l don't have to worry about where my stuff is going, pay for outsourcing or wait for outsourcing. Apparently a lot of jewelers send their stuff out to a third-party person to clean, resize or alter jewelry. This is the jeweler I will use forever and I recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweler. read more

The gentleman named Solomon has always replaced my watch batteries and adjusted my bands and I think its well over due to leave a review on how kind he is the friendliness he offers is exceptional to say the least I have gone to quite a few Jewelry stores for watch batteries and band adjustments but they always seem like they do half jobs like they dont know what they are doing here I give my watch and it done in 5-10 mins no hassle or problem and the batteries have 2-4 year lives for only $10-$15 that is insane most places charge more and you need a new battery in 2 months I will recommend this location to all my friends and family forever also the other gentleman was very kind and understanding on me wanting to speak to Solomon regarding my watch he also offered me chips and water witch I gladly accepted while I waited they have complimentary snacks, water, seating, and great conversation while you wait unlike 95% other places I have visited for my watch needs I am a huge watch collector and I cant thank Solomon and Ralphs Jewelry enough for the exceptional/amazing watch/jewelry repair they offer and customer service I am so thankful they exist! read more

I had an incredible experience at Ralph's! I came in looking for a wedding band to go with the engagement ring my now husband gave me. He got a beautiful ring but, I was having trouble finding a band at other stores to match, and I hadn't found anyone I was comfortable with making a custom ring for me until I went to Ralph's. The taller young man was so helpful and treated me so well right off the bat. I felt like he was treating me like an old friend and not just a customer. his team listened to me and asked great questions to get my mind going around what I was looking for in a wedding band. Also, they were always so honest and upfront about the cost and talked me through ways to stay in my budget and to get the style I wanted. Ralph's team created a custom ring with their is in-house equipment and, I couldn't be happier. The diamonds and their setting look identical to my engagement ring. I made the mistake of going into Ralph's jewelers again. Both Yoseph and Suleiman were just as nice usual. Why do I say it was a mistake? Well, perhaps I'm lying or perhaps I spent a lot more money this time then I did the previous time. Why did I spend more money? Because of the absolutely fantastic service, attitude, and knowledge of both of these individuals. I have significant experience in the jewelry trade as well as the watch trade and this is one of the first jewelry stores I have gone in where I feel like I have equals and in fact I learned a lot. Again, I say to all of you that might read this review that out of all the nonsense jewelry stores at the mall and in fact, all the nonsense jewelry stores in my area, Ralph's is the only place I would go. I commissioned a very special piece of custom jewelry from Ralph's. I had never designed jewelry before, but I went in with my idea and some pictures. I worked with Yoseph to make my vision come to life. He promised me at the outset he would ensure I loved the final product and he was true to her word. He was extremely patient and committed to making sure that the final piece of jewelry was exactly what I had in mind, even though it took more than a couple revisions so it was perfect to my likings. Great experience at Ralph's Jewelers I requested a quote of how much a gold chain repair would cost best price and fastest response after a week of scouting the market I decided to go with them and they fixed the gold chain in 15 minutes and while I waited I was offered water and I also ended up buying a super cute silver necklace and earring set that was on SALE super friendly staff very welcoming and amazing service they have a jeweler in the back I am amazed how fast the chain was fixed it look like it never broke I highly recommend this place the two gentlemen working this morning couldn't have anymore friendly! I saw something they had posted and came in to see it in person. The service was great. I walked out a happy young lady with my first Rolex watch. I didn't know very much about Rolex but that they are a very classy expensive watch that doesn't have a battery and it's last forever and holds its value. Well a week later I had to go back in to.learn how to.chamge the time on my watch. Love Ralph's . They always treat me so incredibly well. And it doesn't matter that I might not spend a ton of money. They treat me like I matter. I've always been able to find what I was looking for and at a price that is reasonable. What you see on display is not all they have. If you can tell them what you are looking for or have a picture, they can create it for you. I've always been offered a Water bottle. And if my timing is good, a snack as well! After Another jewelers in the mall closed, I had to get my wife's ring welded together before our wedding. I asked a couple places and they weren't willing to do it. I stumbled upon Ralph's and they were more than willing to help. Took about a week but they got it done in time for my wedding and polished it up too. Couldn't be happier. Just went back to get it resized and they did it at no charge in just over a week. This place is awesome and the guys are supper nice.
