I love this Ralph's location! They always have the items I need and everything is always fully stocked. They have the best clearance section too! Their deli section and sushi area is always clean and the food is always fresh (at least around noon when I go lol). I rarely see long lines and they also have self check out as well. I had placed an order for a school wide "party". I had placed the order online on a Tuesday, to be ready and picked up on Friday at 11:30am. I called on Wednesday to make sure the order was received and that it would be ready on time to be picked up; I was on hold for a good 15 minutes until someone from the deli picked up only to tell me that they couldn't go in the back and check. I called again on Thursday and aftrer another long wait on the phone, the deli picked up and told me that they never recieved the order. They transferred me to the bakery and they said they have the order (there were sandwich and dessert platters in the order) and they confirmed that it would all be ready on Friday at 11:30am. I went to pick up my order on Friday and they told me it wouldn't be available until 12:30pm. I understand things happen but I made sure that I did everything I could to make sure the order would be ready on time because this had to be prepared for a timed event. I'm disappointed that it took so long to get hold of anyone and that nothing was being coordinated/communicated between departments. read more

Inside, it's well organized and by section of fruits, veggies, deli, meat, frozen, etc. they also have several food vendors inside (Starbucks, wings, etc). There are several entrances from both side of the market. It's right across from UCLA campus staff are nice and helpful. There are 2 options of checkout, self or cashiers. I used to shop here at this Ralph branch frequently. The store is huge, very organized and clean. You can find anything you are looking for. They have various merchandise for UCLA. The staff are always friendly and cooperative. There are ample parking spots. They offer two hours validation when you enter your car plate number. I went to Ralphs in Westwood, spent $100, and then got charged $11 for parking on my way out. They advertise two hours of free parking, and I was there for less than 30 minutes. Definitely not going back. read more

An hour later I got a text that seems to think I'm still there and is reminding me to validate and they are charging me $15.99 on my credit card. It's 11 pm. This is my favorite Ralph's to go to. The store is huge and has basically anything you could need. The bakery/fresh food area is also huge and has tons of variety. Parking is easy with a large lot and parking garage that offers free 2 hour validations. There are also generally plenty of check out lanes open. read more

Store has everything you need. One thing I don't like is the way management and security do loss prevention. I shop often come into the store at least three times a week and I have had the displeasure with f being followed by security. Why follow me around and look inside my cart while I'm still shopping? If I go to get Starbucks security is right next to me. This has happened on a few occasions now. It would not be an issue expect I do spend about 100 dollar every time I go into the store. I have my receipt and paid. It's unprofessional and the management and security need some serious training. It's doubtful that this will happen. This is the best grocery store in the Beverly Hills/Westwood area But what I'm really excited about is the pharmacy. It's one of the few that's open late. The pharmacist who helped me was so genuinely patient and helpful and normal--that's a rarity. Out of all the pharmacists I've been to throughout my life, she along with another woman who works at Walgreens on Santa Monica have been the loveliest I did once have a bad experience here with the shockingly immature manager who, a couple years back, was very rude over a technical issue at checkout that wasn't at all my fault), so as long as you don't need to talk to him, if he still works there, this place has a great selection and a great pharmacy And yes, I agree with another reviewer, the self-checkout worker is always very grumpy, and the metropolis parking is system is very frustrating in many ways read more

The manger, asks me where the flowers are. And I told him that they fell apart and there was nothing for me to bring back, it was just dead stems. He begins to school me on how refunds works and refuses to give me a refund. After some back and forth, he agrees to give me another bouquet. I come home and the flowers are covered in mold. I love Ralph's I really do. But. The past two times I have had the same encounter with an old white man in a shoulder brace/sling. As a worker in the service sector I know what interactions are supposed to look like. An interaction is NOT supposed to be rude and prejudiced. Why was I the only person (my first bad visit) asked for a receipt and no-one else (make that make sense). The second time I had just bought my girlfriend flowers and knew what I was doing. The gentleman, then goes up to me giving me an attitude not conducive to Ralph's policy. I understand he probably trying to do his job but he has a lot of improvement to do. This Ralph's is decked out in all things BRUIN! Of course it makes sense because it's in Westwood Village and so close to UCLA Campus. Parking here is interesting. You'll want to download the Metropolis app and load in your car information and a payment type. They offer 2 hours free with validation and $10 per 15 min until you hit the daily max of $50. Expensive!! This location is super busy but there are so many good things to add to your cart. This is the largest display of Beatbox I have ever seen but some of the other alcohol vendors had crazy displays too in preparation of the Super Bowl. Team here is super friendly. They do have cops patrolling the store for added safety measures. There is a guy at the end of the self checkout lane who reminds everyone to validate parking. I thought that was a nice touch. Steve (supervising self checkout employee on a Friday evening) harassed me multiple times while I was bagging groceries. He claimed that after scanning I had to put my items out in the open, rather than directly in the bag. I'm not sure if this is true, but I found this strange as I've always put items in the bags during self checkout and never received any complaints from the supervising employees. I had already bagged all but a few of my items, and I said that I acknowledged his message. He continued to harass me and make me feel belittled and like an inconvenience, telling me that I had to do it his way otherwise I would be making his life difficult. After I finished bagging everything he refused to let this go, was paranoid, and made it a point to go back and check all the items in my bags again (which were less than 10 in total). I didn't see him enforcing this policy on any other shoppers while I was there, so I felt targeted and really put down by his menacing behavior. I'm a frequent shopper there and I've never been harassed or treated with the same level of disrespect from any of the other employees. I like this store, but have an issue with Metropolis Parking who operate the parking lot. The lot is operated ticketless, so there is no documentation of your arrival. They take a picture of your license plate. They wanted to charge me extra up to $50.00 with no proof of when I entered. It ended up where they said they would tow my vehicle if I ever came back. I used to spend $1,000/month and now nothing. I contacted Ralph's and no one would help. I hope this is a heads up to other shoppers. read more

I am a regular shopper at this store, but no more! On Friday (Feb 13, 2026) I couldn't get out of the parking lot! Even though I had correctly entered my vehicle license plate inside the store, as I had done many times before, the gate wouldn't open. I drove to the other exit gate, and that, too, wouldn't open. Other cars were having the same problem. When I called the help line noted at the gate (615-678-3628), nobody answered. I tried a few more times but nobody answered. I parked the car, went back inside the store, and spoke with a manager. What was her response? "We are not in charge of the parking lot; you'll have to go downstairs (to the indoor lot for Ralph's and Target) and find someone there." Nobody was there, of course. I got back into my car and tried once again; this time, fortunately, the gate opened. Don't shop here unless you want to spend a half hour trying to leave the parking lot. Very unfortunate they chose this abysmal parking solution called Metropolis. You are required to use a cell phone for registering and paying. There is no anonymity, no payment kiosks or any option for payments other than your phone. The grocery store is large in scale, and next to UCLA campus. It's so spacious and bright inside, carrying variety of choices for food and drinks. The plaza has auto gates in the parking lot, make sure you get validation before exit, and it's free for the first two hours. read more

This is a good store with a huge selection, however, their parking lot is managed by Metropolis parking, and their system is terrible. I keep being charged for parking even after I have validated or when the system is down. I cannot afford to wait two weeks for their customer service to refund the erroneous charges, and it certainly can't afford the aggravating two hours it takes to finally speak to a customer service representative. I know that the landlord is in charge of that location and lot, and I know the Ralph's corporation is not responsible for this terrible parking situation, however, it is part of the experience of shopping at this store. read more

This is the most fabyoooolussssss Ralphs I've ever been to. It's literally a Target, Bed Bath & Beyond and BevMo all wrapped up under one roof! I kid you not, this store has EVERYTHING and its HUGE. I'm not a total boozer but... I'm so happy about their "21 and over" section. I swear, they have the most incredible selection of alcohol! Could it be because they're across the street from UCLA and students like to get their drank on? Makes sense to me ;) Aside from the boozalicious selection, if you should happen to break a dish or put a fork in your blender well your in luck, their selection of dinner wear and kitchen appliances absolutely ROCKS! And let's not forget about the pots and pans selection... should you need a pot to cook your ramen in, guess what?? They have a major selection to choose from! They've got hand towels, aprons (for all you messy chefies!), and also trendy sets of utensils (to replace the fork that got eaten by the blender). The bakery and deli have massive selections of pre-made scrumptious sandwiches, salads, cupcakes, donuts and specialty breads. Their freezer section rivals Costco's minus the 'family size' food packaging- they have sooooo much to choose from! This store is by far the most ridiculous one I've been to and its my personal favorite as far as "Ralphs" stores. The bakery doesn't know what they're doing. They wasted two weeks of my time with what could've been a very simple answer. I asked if they did photo cakes and they said yes. Not yes but you need to have an 8 x 10 photo. Just yes. They said I only needed 24 hour notice but I gave them three days. I brought my photo in yesterday. The nice lady took my order and I thought that was that. I was so looking forward to this very fun cake for our 50th reunion. Bad news. I just got a phone call. My photo is too large and so they won't be able to do my cake. It would've been so easy two weeks ago when I called to give me the full information. But instead, they have untrained people. Shame on Ralphs. I now do not have enough time to do a photo cake from anywhere else and the person who talked to me on the phone didn't even know what the required size was. She had to look it up. I finally found my Ralphs! Before this one, I was trekking to the Studio City one on Ventura/Vineland (the Rock & Roll Ralphs was an okay one until the service went down and during the really early Covid times, they seem to have higher cases than other grocery stores) but I'm pleased to say I am no longer settling! I wasn't sure what to expect on my first visit here; coming into the UCLA designated area, I figured it would have to be pretty large to accommodate all the students. Parking was easy; you can either go up the ramp (as I did on my first visit) and wait a very long time for the elevator, or stay street level where there is a decent amount of spots. I believe this shares space with the Westwood Target location as well. The store was huge; I'm still getting used to it after a couple of visits, but they've had everything that I've come for (I'm not a deli/seafood girl so I'm not sure about those areas) but the junk aisle is satisfying, and their fruit seems to be in fairly good shape. Only downfall is this is the UCLA store, so they sometimes lack a lot of stock on snacks for obvious reasons, but this doesn't happen too often. I did buy a box of Cheez-Its that were absolutely disgusting, almost 'chewy' (and the date was fresh too) and the nice man in customer service was great to work with. With the lack of items now due to COVID, I swear the quality of some foods has gone down significantly (certainly not Ralph's fault here) so I'm glad this was an easy transaction. They do validate for two hours in their lots. There is some parking outside on Le Conte but someone who was too large to be on a motorcycle actually backed up, nearly running into my car that I was still sitting in. He bumped it enough for me to feel it but of course he didn't say anything, just scurried off into the store. Thankfully there was not any damage done. However, your chances of running into a fat, long-haired white male who should not be on a bike is slim, so you should be safe. Otherwise, stick to the lots. As soon as you step inside the store, you can tell this is not your average Ralph's. This place is HUGE! It's like Grand Central Station of the Ralph's chain. I call it the Ralph's Superstore. Way larger than my nearest Ralph's on Venice. The produce dept. is so expansive and loaded with all kinds of fresh & nutritious produce. It seems there's always at least two produce guys re-stocking the many fruits and vegetables available. Much larger dairy dept. than anywhere else with so many choices of yogurt, butter and various milk on display. The liquor & wine dept. is huge as well. Before the pandemic, they even used to have a PUB right by the liquor dept. The Meat dept. is never lacking and often has some great deals. The butchers are always present and ready to help you. The flower dept. always has a wide variety of roses, carnations etc. to choose from. Much more than other Ralph's stores. Lots of balloons everywhere, too. Great place to pick up some flowers in a snap. The cheese selection is extraordinary. So many options to choose from. They even have a deli that serves Boar's Head meats, freshly roasted chickens and all kinds of salads and sides. You can even get freshly made sushi, crafted from real sushi chefs on the spot. This is the Ralph's where I can always find Sheepherder's bread! Tons of cakes, cookies, croissants, bread in the bakery section. One of the main things I like about this location is a much larger Asian Section, which includes many tasty treats from TAIWAN that I never see at other Ralph's (or Von's, Whole Foods etc.) I really appreciate that. The staff is always friendly and will gladly help you find an item. Two Self Check outs: One by the entrance is an express check-out for smaller purchases and a regular check-out for larger purchases. Security at the entrance. One will patrol the store at regular intervals. 2 hour FREE parking. Just get your ticket validated at the machine near the entrance. read more

This store has to have the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. I was just walking down the aisle and hear someone shouting "HEY A**HOLE!" over and over, dozens of times, across the entire store. When I finally turned around, to my shock, I realized it was the security woman yelling at me. I couldn't believe it. All because she claimed my mask was too low on my face. I spoke to the manager about the incident and he said he'll have a talk with her. So I asked for both of their names and to take a picture of them and he complied. When I went back inside to take a picture of the security guard, she snatched at my phone and threatened to "BEAT MY A**!" So I went back to the manager and told him about this and he finally went to have his talk with her. Aside from this story, my buddies were trying to pay for some 12 packs of soda for over half an hour while all this was going down because the cashier couldn't figure out the resister. It's a shame that such a nice store in such a prime location has such terrible employees and customer service. Horrible experiences at this location, and am moved to do my part in averting you from having them too. I've happily shopped here for years, dropping around $200 weekly. But this last year it's become untenable. Although the pharmacy is fine, I'm withdrawing my family's prescriptions and setting up elsewhere, as it's not worth the atrocities of this location. Firstly, the parking lot at dusk. I was descended upon by a loitering (sleeping there?) central casting Night of the Living Dead foursome banging on my car (3 rather scraggly women and an embarrassed man). I guess they wanted something, but yikes. I rolled down my window asking them to step away from my car, as I wanted to leave, which they didn't for several minutes of being surrounded. No help from any attendant nor security. I was shaken, and every time I've gone there since, I say a prayer of protection. Yesterday, I shopped for my elderly mother on one card, and only 2 items for myself on another, and for the latter I presented a current Ralphs coupon for 1 free brand toothpaste. I noticed the receipt reflected the checker still charged for that item and then manually entered a phantom second one with no charge. My separate receipt for my 2 items clearly reflected the full charge of the "free" item, it was not credited. No big deal, just a mistake. But I never imagined such an insulting travesty trying to remedy this. No one was at the customer service counter, so a random employee, not grasping the issue, said I'd just have to return it with no way to give back my coupon. The original checker couldn't remember, but could not possibly have made an error, according to her. It was then passed off to the sub-manager, who was checking a line out at the time. He suggested I must've purchased 2 of the same exact item, instead of grasping the quite obvious manual-entry blunder. This is the same as accusing you of lying and wasting all this time to get a $10 credit. I showed him that was not the case, and with my receipt I asked him to then show me the other $10 item I purchased (there was none) to add up to my charged receipt final toll. He refused to even look because he knew he couldn't explain it. Who trains these people? He told me to stand there and wait while he passed it off to yet another person. You never want to be that person holding up a line, but it was he who was holding it up at this point. Why was no one manning the Customer Service counter? All this, to insult a good & longtime customer over a checker's obvious coupon-entry error. As a result, a grizzly old brute next in line loudly barked, "Get out of the way!" while he angrily rammed his cart onto my heel. I didn't know where to go, as I was told to stand there. And as I turned, he tried to mow me (a smaller woman btw) down with it. I've never had such an experience, and all I can do is hope you never do. If you value your dignity, I suggest you never shop there with a coupon, and always go with someone larger than you after dusk. Most definitely use the self checkout whenever available. Or best just choose a different grocery store that has it together for it's customers. read more

Huge and overwhelming but the Ralphs store map or employee can help you find your way. This is like the Ferrari of Ralphs's - clean, Make Your Own Smoothie stand, a bar with tv, wine room, snacks and frozen food like Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Alfredo by the pound. Even prepackaged hot Asian food, and housewares including soft towels I didn't have time to buy. Kosher choices, too. Get your egg challahs here! The only thing missing here is a masseuse! I wondered if this Westwood location charged more. The frozen dinner prices were the same as the Ralphs in West LA. Amy's amazing Roasted Veggie Dairy Free pizza is the same high price as other Ralphs in the area and competitors. Two hours of free parking with validation. Helpful, friendly employees, too. I bought a Sephora gift card here and the cashier did not activate it or she kept the money. "Beware of that". unfortunately, I lost the receipt and couldn't do anything about it. i called the manager she was so rude that denied everything about it and she said it was my fault not double checked the card was activated when I bought it. that was BS#!@. how can i check it if it was a gift card for my niece.
