Unfortunately, almost everything after the sale was frustrating. Communication was consistently poor. I repeatedly had to contact the company for updates instead of receiving them proactively. Although Taelyn responded to emails and apologized at times, getting clear answers about scheduling was difficult throughout the project. The biggest issue occurred on my scheduled installation day. I took time off expecting the crew to arrive, but no one showed up or contacted me. I had to call several times before learning the crew was delayed on another project. I was first told they would arrive that afternoon, only to later learn they weren't coming at all. Delays happen, but customers should be informed instead of having to chase updates. Even after the installation was complete, I had to request my final invoice for two days before receiving a payment link. Shortly after paying, I received a request to leave a review. The fence itself deserves five stars. My two-star rating reflects the company's communication and project management. If those had matched the quality of the installation crew, this would have been a completely different review.

Stay away from this company. They may charge less than other builders, but if you hire them, you'll…read moresee why. I had them build a very small, very simple deck and there were multiple issues. Crooked cuts, unlevel steps, piers not dug/poured to the correct depth, and a major safety hazard from not properly securing the posts to the piers. They refused to fix their mistake the right way, and only offered a cheaper/easier option that would be unsafe and would violate building code. I ultimately hired a qualified builder who properly fixed the issues and brought the deck up to code. If you do decide to hire them, make sure their work is inspected closely upon completion. My best advice is to go with someone else and pay a little more now. You'll definitely get a higher quality deck.

Poor communication between sales (Jared, Seth, and Lauren) and the foreman (Oscar) and crew. The work was sloppy and I had to check on the crew's work every time they finished. We were delayed due to the rains in July, but there were many dry days when no one showed up. It was only when I would follow up with sales that miraculously someone would show that day. I also found that corners were cut. For example, the scope of the firepit was a demo and rebuild. Instead, the crew decided to concrete over the existing firepit. In addition, they elected not to stain and seal under our hot tub despite the quote noting that the hot tub would be removed for the entirety of the project. Worst contracting experience I have ever had. Customer beware.
