The very next day, the tire pressure warning light came back on, and after checking, I realized the tire they sold me was used, completely worn out, and had no grip at all. I tried contacting the shop multiple times, but Josh, the only person working there, didn't answer my calls. He just replied once via text saying he was busy. Keep in mind, Josh works alone, so you'll have to wait while he finishes working on other cars before he can assist you. The place itself feels very shady. You need a code to get in, and Josh is the one who lets you in and out. I honestly don't know if he even has the proper permits--it felt like work being done "in the shade." I had no choice but to buy a brand-new tire for $120 the following week. Selling a defective, unsafe used tire is not just bad service--it's dangerous. Please don't waste your time or money here. The service is not reliable, and the product quality is unacceptable. I saw many reviews talking about how honest and great the service was--I fell for that. But my experience was the complete opposite. As a single mother, money matters, and above all, so does safety for my kids on the road. Definitely not recommended.

The technician was kind enough to suggest moving my existing rear tires to the front because they had more tread which would have been a great idea but I needed those rear tires replaced because of a cut in the sidewall. Took their time, even showed me the tire in the dunk tank that there was no leaks, and when I asked why it might still be leaking one of the guys said you know what maybe we should replace the valve stem sometimes it gets stuck. They replace it for free and the dunk test for free. Which also meant a lot because I've had to put a couple thousand dollars into my van just this month and money is tight. I would highly recommend this shop. They are very professional very courteous. If I have need, I will be giving them my business in the future.

This was a last minute decision, but it was my choice to make as the customer and buyer. I made a point to inform Justin and Richard before closing time that I would not be coming in. Despite this, Justin proceeded to repeatedly harass me into the next morning. Both individuals attempted to make me feel guilty for my decision, as if I had done something wrong. Trying to make it seem like they all stayed after hours to make this happen. During this exchange, Justin was especially rude, unprofessional, and immature. Making comments that no customer should ever be subjected to. To make matters worse, the following day they ran my credit again without any valid reason or authorization, after the deal had already been canceled. This appeared to be done out of spite and was completely inappropriate. I understand that losing a sale is frustrating and that the auto industry is competitive, but sales professionals should still maintain basic standards of professionalism and respect. Management should also take responsibility for the conduct of their staff and the way they represent the company. My advice, consider shopping elsewhere. You may be surprised how much better the pricing and overall experience can be sometimes just 30 minutes away.

I've waited 3 months to write this review because I wanted to not overreact in the moment. But I…read morestill feel very strongly about how badly this shop handled our car and situation. Would not recommend to anyone. They had our car for about 10 days longer than they stated it would take. We were told 3-4 days to finish when dropping it off. Their prices were a few hundred more expensive than other shops in town but we setup service with them because we had time sensitive needs to go out of town, and they assured us multiple times it would be ready. They never contacted us about any of the delays, we had to call and ask each time if it was ready yet or when to expect it to be, and they failed each extension of time. We delayed our necessary trip several days trying to be as patient as possible. We finally had to go out of town with a borrowed car. They didn't contact us for several days even upon returning the next week and we had to stop in to try to find out again when it would be or see if we could get it back. They told us it was finished the day before. But yet never bothered to call and say so? How many people can go indefinitely without their car? They added on work, for more costs, and services that we never discussed, agreed to, or requested be done. When we left with the car we got home only to realize they'd not put the engine cover back on and had to return for it, and later found they had not reconnected a sensor they should have. My husband normally does our car repair but wanted to let someone else do this as the transmission needed to be pulled, and we needed to make a 1300 mile long drive with it. We took our car in for flex plate and they took it upon themselves to change the oil and filter without approval. To do extra engine mounts when we had just replaced them and even had warranty on them. We had personally just changed the oil and filter less than 1000 miles before leaving it with the shop. My husband was very specific about exactly what he wanted done. Imagine what they would try and do to someone unfamiliar with mechanic work or their own car needs. They did sneak in everything they could to charge more and did not even try to discuss or keep in contact about these things or delays that come up. They also did not warranty their work - only the parts. Beware.
