This was a stellar experience start to finish. Rest assured,…read morethey are pros at what they do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The estimator came out to see the job and sent an estimate when he said he would. The cost was reasonable and fair and thorough. The installer came and was very good at communicating the process and was quick to complete the work once we were scheduled. The materials they used were above adequate, the craftsmanship was above expectation and the final product was exactly what we wanted. It turned out perfect! So beautiful. For some backstory on this project-- We originally had hired a different company through our pool company (Premier Pools- who I would NEVER ever recommend them) to make a large metal flower bed. it was a calamity of disasters, poor quality and no follow through. The previous company tried to redo the work a second time and it was again a series of poor quality work. They were obviously not professionals. Finally after a second attempt, we decided they were just not capable of delivering the product we wanted and decided to find someone else NOT with Premier Pools. Needless to say, disappointed and a little weary, we sought to find a different company who could come in and make our vision come to life the right way. ROJO DID NOT DISAPPOINT! THEY ARE TRUE PROFESSIONALS, start to finish our experience with them was nothing short of 5 star. We are even considering some additional projects to have them help us with. I would trust them 110% with any project and at a fair cost.

Danny came out the very next day to take measurements and explain some options. I scheduled the installation, partly because the price was so competitive. While waiting, my home was unfortunately broken into and I felt extremely unsettled. In my upset, I called Danny and asked if I could get moved up in his schedule. He talked to his team and they were able to expedite my order of 4 doors (without surcharge)--the doors were installed just 3 days later (nearly 2 weeks early). This was above and beyond! The doors are perfect, great attention was paid to paint detailing (gorgeous color), and I was able to sleep better feeling safer inside my home. Danny and his team create beautiful, sturdy doors and are easy to communicate with. They left my yard cleaner than they found it. They paid great attention to details like the smoothness of the locking mechanism and the paint job. They showed up on time for all appointments. AND they demonstrated great kindness toward me in my time of crisis. I highly recommend Rojo Iron Works!

I'm so glad I did, they look absolutely fabulous and am extremely pleased with the results. I will use them again for my carpet cleaning needs and I recommend this business. The only concern I have is the, "365 Spot & Spill Plan Subscription," he offered. I trusted Horacio's word (no handout offered or online info to review) that this annual plan would meet my needs, as I did my do diligence asking him multiple questions to ensure this is something I could use. Well today I see the invoice, only to read it "does not" cover traffic areas. This was the main reason I purchased this plan. Especially after talking with him and being reassured. In addition, if you purchase this annual plan, it is non refundable. 10 Nov 2025 - As directed via text, I await a "management call" today before 12pm. *Update: Owner James called and resolved my concern, restoring my faith and reassuring me of my decision in the purchase of the 365 Spill & Spot Plan Subscription. He is preferably based on his namesake east side but will wander as far as midtown. I had several/varied projects needing attention - installation of a new dishwasher (and hauling away the old), installation of a kitchen sink garbage disposal (where there wasn't one at all), resolving a minor freezer issue (ice sheet forming at bottom, under the drawers) and replacing a strip of tile in front of the fireplace. All were completed A+ for a total of about $600 in labor, plus all the parts: $120 for the Costco disposal and another $100 in supplies (mortar, tile, grout, plumbing). This included a couple of 5 gallon buckets and a small circular tile saw blade (all of which I let Jason keep). Because the mortar needed to dry for at least 24 hours before grouting, the project spanned two Sundays... yes the man is his own boss and regularly works 6+ days/week. He's good about messaging too but sometimes cannot respond until evening... like 8pm. That never bothered me and my replies frankly encouraged it, Lol. I am a solid fan of the guy however do be aware he smokes the occasional cigarette but (on his own) always does so outside and never "in the middle" of a task, only during logical breaks (completion of disposal, completion of mortaring, etc.). I mention this only because I have an aunt who is actually allergic to cigarette smoke. Besides the reasonable/reliable and very experienced qualities, I think my favorite is that he doesn't mind you shadowing and (enthusiastically) explains any wrinkles or issues he spots as he's working, oftentimes the fault of the previous installer. Bonus, he warrants his work for a year.
