It's set back in a shopping center across the street from Bud's Jolly Cone ice cream and burger joint. Lots of parking. I go in and place my order with the person up front. I just want a burrito to go (steak) and not have a plate with a bunch of sauce over it, cause I like to eat a burrito with my hands not having to use a fork and knife. I guess that's just me. They said they could do that and I waited not too long. I got the burrito, feeling the weight in my hands, and headed back to my house. I unwrap the foil and its all hot for sure. I have some salsa at home, so after biting off one of the ends, I pour some of the salsa on. YES, this was the taste I was looking for, a real Mexican flavor, not like that Americanized Burrito place at the north end of town. The burrito had all the fillings I like and I didn't even finish the whole thing. Save about half for later. Now I'd like to try the dine in at Carlito's.

The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and packed with flavor. I've honestly never had a bad meal here. Whether it's the pizza, wings, or one of their famous E-6s, everything is made with care, and it shows. Our family and group of friends--usually 20+ people--eat here at least twice a month, sometimes more. With a group that size, you'd expect to run into issues now and then, but we never do. The food is always excellent, orders are accurate, and everyone leaves happy. That's pretty impressive! One thing people should know before they visit is that this isn't a full-service restaurant. You order at the counter, they bring your food to your table, and you bus your own table when you're finished. Personally, I LOVE that concept!
