In the past, walking through the door meant hearing warm greetings from nearly every staff member. It felt like coming home. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was completely different. We didn't recognize anyone, the warm atmosphere we had grown to love was gone, and the service felt impersonal. Instead of feeling like valued longtime customers, it felt as though it was our very first visit.
