My car windshield got broken, turns out no coverage, so I add it along with roadside assistance and rental car coverage. My car gets stolen and for some reason the rental coverage is not there. After going through a rough time getting this situated, when asked for a copy of my policy, now there is no road side assistance or towing coverage. Even after the mistake was noticed and I added the things I needed this agency still made mistakes. Its unacceptable. My family is suffering because of these mistakes. And it is terrible that we have to suffer. I am just so appauld by this whole situation. After my claim is closed i will be going somewhere. And I definitely will not recommend this place!!! The agency is just not organized or out together at all.

The situation was frustrating and stressful, especially given the time already invested. While I understand that circumstances can change and professionals have the right to choose their clients, I expected clearer communication and more follow-through after being hired. Based on our experience, I would encourage prospective clients to discuss expectations, timelines, and commitment before moving forward.

I'm leaving two stars instead of one because her communication was professional, she returned my documentation, and she referred me to someone else who may be able to take over the project. But the bottom line is that the job was not completed, and the delay has caused me a lot of issues.
