I could not walk, stand up straight and sleep well at night. The medical diagnosis was determined to be mild arthritis and the MD's did not think I should be in so much pain. I have had physical therapy elsewhere in years past and I am a retired physician. I have significant osteoarthritis. Jim is, without a doubt, the best, most knowledgeable physical therapist provider I have ever met or worked with. He knows exactly what he is doing, can communicate wonderfully about musculoskeletal problems and pain and is a wizard with his fingertips. He has extensive knowledge of human anatomy. I NEVER thought that I would be relieved of my pain or get back to exercising. I am 68 and now am thrilled that the muscle and tendon pain and tightness that came with aging and long term exercise has been eliminated.
