Had a pleasant experience with XLNT party rentals! From the beginning, communication with Julio was fast and helpful. He gave me a fair price for renting tables and chairs for my event. However, I had to be the one to message him several times to please send the invoice and to please coordinate the times of drop off and pick up. Julio arrived at the venue at the agreed time and was kind enough to pick up the items at the time agreed as well. My only complaint is that the resin chairs were dirty, my dad had to wipe each of them down, one by one. He didn't complain, but I wish he didn't have to go through that extra trouble. This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a VERY long time. I went out on a limb and searched on Yelp for a party rental business due to the company I normally go through not being available. I came across XLNT Party Rentals and requested all of the following: a tent, chairs, tables, heating lamps and white table cloths for my baby shower 1/12/25, 1-5pm. A man by the name of Julio responded and stated that he was available to provide all of the following but will deliver: the chairs, tables, tent (that has lighting), two heating lamps and white table cloths around 12/1pm on 1/11/25 for $350. Julio did not show up until Sunday, 1/12/25 around 8am. He stated it would take him about 2hrs to set up everything, mind you my baby shower started at 1pm, I still needed to set up my decor. He came with no tools, asked to use scissors and a hammer. He brought light blue table cloths, although I asked for white. He had someone drop off round white table cloths that were all different shades of white, I had rectangle tables, the cloths had holes in them as if they were used for umbrella tables and they were wrinkled. I asked Julio if he would be able to provide a discount due to the tent not having lights, he brought one working heating lamp even though he said he would bring two, the table cloths were horrible and his attitude was not great. Julio simply laughed and said no it is what it is and because he stated the cloths were included he did not get them dry cleaned. He was very nasty and distasteful! I was in tears due to this day being an important day for me and he just gave the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I then told him to leave and he needed to contact me when he was going to pick the stuff up. He stated he would pick everything up the following morning on 1/13/25. Julio showed up at the event location unannounced and just walked into my family's backyard. Luckily my family was home and seen him walking in the backyard from their ring camera. If I can give this provider no stars I would do just that! I have never met someone that was so careless about how their business is operated. He has definitely put a bad taste in my mouth on how I will proceed finding vendors on Yelp in the future. read more

These guys set up our baby sprinkle and they did such a great job. We had 4 round tables 32 chairs and a 20x20 tent, table cloths and I liked to survey people on how much they think it all cost and most guessed around 5x the amount we paid. It was $169 all in and everything was hands off and easy for me. He came in the morning, configured the tent, tables, and chairs in an hour or so and then he came back 2 days later to pick everything up. Good prices and easy setup and lots of options.
