Allow…read moreme to explain why: 1) Patrons are incredibly loud, rude, have no etiquette with wiping down the machines. Most patrons will will have their speaker at FULL volume without any consideration. 2) This one is specific to the men who hang out at the weight area and are so loud you can hear them from the moon. Vulgar conversation, yelling, acting like its their clubhouse without consideration for other guests. It's distracting and innappropriate. Beyond annoying. 3) The staff here is useless. Watch the manager sit on her phone the entire time. THE ENTIRE TIME! THE ENTIRE TIME! She's getting paid to literally do nothing. Her attitude reflects it as well. 4) The bathroom makes me want to vomit and is unsanitary. Horrendous behavior goes on. I do not get to enjoy anything in there like the pool or the sauna because the guests are so vulgar and misbehaved. 5) All the men there hog the machines like they own the place and intimidate you if you try and say anything. This is a dangerous place for women. 6) Staff at the front...you might want to get off your phone and be attentive to who comes in. They are always on their phone. 7) MACHINES ARE ALWAYS AND CONSISTENTLY DOWN. 8) Staff never cleans the machines. I am there frequently enough to recognize the same disgusting garbage left behind at the different stations . 9) They constantly have the most obnoxious and irrelevant vendors set up at the front. It doesn't even make sense. Girl scout cookies, the police academy, some guy selling hideous shirts. This is a gym. No one wants the hallway blocked with this ridiculous selling push. 10) THE GUESTS ARE ARE ALL INCREDIBLY LOUD, RUDE, LACK ETIQUETTE, HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR OTHER PEOPLE. AND THE MANAGEMENT JUST ENJOYS IT. The absolute worst gym I've ever been to. I'll be emailing corporate as well. I doubt anyone will do anything about the behavior here. The staff is friendly and the coaches are empowering. The workout is 50 min rotating between a rower, treadmill, and weights. They also have classes with the treadmill only or weights only. The workouts change up a lot with some reoccurring events and challenges. They have benchmark classes where you can track your progress. I'm excited to start transformation challenge in January, and I'm a big OTF fan.

I, along with others have had to put in several noise complaints. The landlord is taking action for the noise level rendering him unable to rent out his residences. The dance studio that was marketed to the landlord as a yoga studio, is small enough that the music volume can be controlled, however, the owner jacks the music up and wears a completely unnecessary headset all of which is entirely disruptive to the neighbors. Rude when approached. Overall terrible for the neighborhood. Don't recommend supporting.

The sequence was so well-rounded, and her cues made so much sense. I appreciate when I can tell a teacher really knows what she's talking about, and Christy is the real deal. Ana's barre class is also fantastic! Finally, PiYo with Becky which was a killerrrrr and such a good workout. Do it. The studio is absolutely beautiful and the manager Christy (different Christy from the teacher and owner!) is so, so delightful. Prices are great, parking is easy. Great spot!

The cost of his services are way lower than at other gyms and you get actual one on one training. I really like that I am able to make my own schedule as I have a very busy life.
