These guys are solid. Brought my van in for an alignment after I replaced the upper and lower control arms and needed the caster, camber and toe to be reset. Do Not Get You Car Inspected Here! They are scammers looking to rack up charges on things that don't need to be fixed. I call the number on Yelp Saturday to get an inspection as we had just gotten a ticket. The guy says to bring it in. I got there and no one had any idea what I was talking about. I called the number from Yelp again and the same fellow answers and says that he will be right there. I waited about 45 min and when he did show up, he took a 10 seconds me look at my front wheel and said "you need new brakes". The car is 1 year old and just got serviced a month ago at the dealership. I mention this fact and the fellow says "oh, you are still under warranty?" To which I replying "Yes". He says to go get the brake fixed and then he will inspect it. I just got the car back from Toyota and low and behold the brakes are fine and inspection was passed easily. read more

Way cheaper and better than at dealer. They use a state-of-the-art Hunter Laser Alignment System. Did some digging. Best system around. Saw the diagnostic results in 20 minutes on computer and with photos as proof. Perfectly matched uneven wear on just replaced tires. Fixed the problem quickly. The results were terrific. Car drives like new. Separately, while I was waiting, the shop customers independently said these guys are also excellent mechanics. They have used them for years. I was there for a simple question on the cost of a tune up and after I was told the price I decided to leave but asked the owner to check the A/C, he said it will be at no cost, and next thing I know my little car was elevated with my mother inside, when I asked them to stop what they started to do, apparently the owner's order was misunderstood by the mechanic, they put some antifreeze and was charged $65, for something I still don't know. Be aware of this place and the overcharge and the rudeness of the owner. read more

One of the worst places I've been to. Went to get a wheel alignment on my car, 2000 Sportage which has seen better days, but it's NOT a reason to make fun of my car that I care so much for. Not all, he said I couldn't proceed with the alignment because a ball join was wracked on the drivers side. Wanted to charge me $140 to fix that. Which I know it's simple! I called MY mechanic all the way in Brooklyn, and he said he would do it for me for $70. I bounced! Got to my mechanic, it wasn't the ball joint that needed replacement, it was a idle control arm on the passenger side. So please, save yourself money, and time, go somewhere else, they don't seem to know sh*t. ps: they seem to treat woman customers very rudely ! Be aware! read more

I first met Ram about a year ago when my husband and I got into a really bad accident. Thankfully we were fine but the car was not so lucky. Our car, a 2010 Cherokee jeep was beyond repairable. The front part of our car was COMPLETELY "broken," the radiator was damaged, the hood looked like play dough (it was smashed), the headlights were broken, both airbags diploid and much more was not visible. This obviously was going to cost us a lot of money (especially because our jeep had parts that could only be obtained by the dealer) and we needed the car to get to work (we reside in Long Island). Thankfully, we contacted Ram's alignment and managed to tow away our jeep to his shop. We really wanted to make sure he wasn't going to overcharge us so we decided to call his competitors and compare prizes. I was shocked at the amount they wanted!!! We decided to stick with Ram because the price was affordable. Ram called us 5 days later and told us our jeep was ready!! I honestly thought that he was joking. The whole front part of the car was destroyed, how could he complete it so fast? We picked up the car and we honestly could not be happier. The price was fair and the work was amazing!! Ram's is literally the best auto shop I have been to, fast, reliable, great workmanship, and very fair prices. I bring all my cars to him. Ram is a pleasure to deal with. I had a break line fail on my old high millage Ford F150. It happened to have failed next to another shop in NYC called 54th street Auto (Don't ever go there) so I brought it there hoping it would be a quick fix. They told me that every line needed to be replaced and that it will take 10 hours of labor. I asked them if they were building me a new car for that amount of time? I told them to that them to only replace what was necessary. They refused and told me it was a liability issue. After telling them not to do anything they robbed me of $70 for a diagnosis. I happened upon this place having car problems while visiting NY. I had had my car towed to a dealership that told me I needed 2k worth of work and could not do anything with it til 2 days later. First I found the owner kind and helpful. Willing to jump right in. He was even open til 7 on a Monday evening. He ran the diagnostic immediately and collaborated with his employee about what the options were. He was straight forward about the issue. An MAF sensor and offered to clean the sensor to see if this would work. I had read this is often what is needed with the sensor rather than replace it.
